Staff are warm and friendly, the Bar team are "EXTRAORDINARY" they all remember me evert time and what i love to drink, to how much ice i like!
the Garden is a beautiful place to stay, great rooms, massive soft and comfortable beds, great housekeeping team, brilliant and attentive doormen, and wonderful reception! A poor member of staff will really show up here, so any one not dedicated to customer service..... Go work somewhere else:-) xx Jude Leach - Customer Service Geek! xx
