I was v.Grateful with the good and warming check in made by " Kitty"
And the most excellent help I got from conserge office by " Jim or Tom " and " Peter"
In advising for good places when I asked their advise also for keeping my luggage for 3 days till I came back from business trip.in shanghai.
Also the fast and good service at restaurant in the ground floor.
Clean and comfortable room .everything was v.nice.
Just one thing I hope to offer me a good stay discount for my next visit in October so I caneed stay more days . ( normally I come twice a year around 7-10 days ) each stay.
