Though this is an international 4 stars hotel, I always look towards it as a 5 stars hotel standard in compare to many others and in places like China; this specific located hotel is a GEM!

Everything fine, but the rooms on one side of the hotel are close to an KTV and so you can enjoy the music up to 2:00 a.m. in your room. So be aware to choose a room in the other tower, because the ear plugs in your room are maybe a bad solution for this problem.

Great place to stay in Longgang, Shenzhen! I came here for business and selected the closest and nicest location to the factory. Crowne Plaza has been a top notch place to stay. There were three of us staying in a two bed room and they brought us a roll in bed (for an extra charge) the night we arrived within 5 minutes of us getting to our room. Everything we needed was taken care of quickly. Most of the staff we spoke with spoke enough English to be helpful. I would stay here again. The only downside was it being further away from most of the shopping markets on the south side of Shenzhen.

Mostly I was satisfied with this hotel except noise made from night clubs near the building every night.

The rooms aren't gigantic, but they are beautiful and clean. Includes all standard western amenities. (e.g., sit-down toilet, toilet paper, etc.) Hotel desk staff speak passable English. I will definitely stay here next time I'm in Shenzhen.

The room is big, Love the bath tub and the sliding door, you can open it, then take a bath and enjoy the TV show at the same time. OK, here come the scary part, the noise in the middle of the night! I stayed in 14th floor, and I can hear the noise from the road, people talking at the roadside carpark and a disco! I can feel the beat of the disco music. No wonder all the rooms have a set of ear plugs! I canceled my stay at this hotel the next day.

The Crowne Plaza Longgang ia a decent business hotel. Club rooms are comfortable and the club lounge offers a decent bfast and happy hour buffet, but my roon smelled of a distant encounter with cigarette smoke. The lobby all day restaurant was underwhelming.

Functional if you have business in the area, but a notch below Fution Bonvoy properties. For a notch less in price.

Air conditioner broken in the summer, even in a 17th floor club room. Manager didn t seem to think it was an issue. 25.5 C in the hotel room. Had to hand check other rooms to see if the AC was working

Great Western style hotel in the Longgang area. Very polite staff and clean. Close to mall, Walmart, Starbucks, BK, and Pizza Hut. Almost like America but not. Breakfast buffett overs a good variety in Asian and Western cuisine. Best hotel in the area.
