Hardware OK, Software still the same. Stubborn and rigid booking rules.
I have made the reservation in advance almost a month ago but still cannot be assigned a proper room as I previously stayed.
I have always been staying in Garden Hotel while my trip in Guangzhou (you may check my record in your guest's database). I am a loyal guest in your hotel, however, every times when I book for my next stay, I cannot book the room directly at the check-in desk.
My thought is: you have my profile, my staying records (history) in Garden have already been over 10 years, why still setting much barriers for a loyal guest like me ? why your booking process still require an official fax of booking request from loyal guests ?
Such booking experience has happened to me many times and this had happened to put me off.
Please think about giving convenience to loyal guests when dealing with reservation process.
