Good morning my name is Carol and today I received phenomenal service provided by Ms Bianca, I needed information from my account concerning a legal issue, Ms Bianca was very knowledgeable but most of all kind and patient, this was important to me because I am seventy years old and at the time had been up since 4:00 am stressing over the situation. Just Rude. Been a member for over 10+ years, will be closing my account.

This place is to laxed with client information. While I was being helped by a desk employee I over heard a teller telling one of my family members I was just in the office transacting business. Not to mention both the manager and the assistant manager were off for the next 2 days and they were the only notaries. The desk employee got annoyed when asked to call another branch. Very unprofessional
