Passing into the shop with my mother to look for a gift to do for a birthday, we see a sweatshirt on a mannequin in the window and since there were none in the shop, we kindly ask the saleswoman to be able to see the sweatshirt to better understand the measurements.
In short, to be able to see this sweatshirt a state affair was being created: first we talk to a manager who tells us that maybe the model would not have done for us, then the other manager was at the cashier and would have attended us who knows when. In the end after waiting and waiting we left saying that we would leave it alone and the answer was "okay", when in reality they should have just made up for it.

ATTENTIVE TO PURCHASE "HERE YOU DO NOT CHANGE!"
I have used this shop for several years without ever having had to change the item purchased but the first requirement (as a failed article) was treated in a very unprofessional, unworthy and, unfortunately, extremely rude and at the limit of 'offense.
To my plausible request to exchange the goods, even buying another item and paying the biggest difference in price, I was verbally assaulted by the store manager.
I have been accused of requesting the change after using the garment, bought and given to me three days before. Accused then to "try", to "be clever" because the manager felt a little 'perfume in the neck ..
I tried to stay calm explaining that the sweatshirt had been bought three days before (receipt in hand) and that it had actually been worn by me the same morning, but removed immediately because the writing on the sleeve was completely unglued, the reason for my request of exchange of goods.
Nothing to do, humiliated in front of the rest of the shop's clientele threw me the money I had spent as a beggar.
I've been a customer for years, treated well when everything goes well, to fish in the face of the first request to exchange goods with invented excuses, offensive and discrediting allegations.
This does not want to be a criticism of the store but the manager who with his attitude will surely lose other customers in addition to me.

The inadequacy, to say the least, of Mrs. Donatella (women's department) convinced that she is the first lady and that she has decision-making power over everything and everyone by treating orders as if they were needed is shameful.
As for the shop, everything is perfect, stocked and with all the trendy brands. As a customer, I can't stand hearing and seeing someone who treats the orders badly who do their job more than admirably. You can't always work like this under pressure. By chance I happened to see him often because I am a customer. Very bad attitude. This review is not aimed at the shop, but only at a person who should think about it for a moment before verbally attacking.
