Great building, views, place to work. Needs a nice coffee shop.

Visited Span Digital and Nona, attending meetups and I must say the conversion from an industrial type of place to a digital type of workplace is superb. Security is great and parking seems like it can be an issue if one gets to work after rush hour.

What a great hub for the artistic people amongst us. With lots of little studios and artsy places around there is something for every one with a artistic bone in their body. Parking iis a bitt of a hassle so if you going there soon make sure you go early to get a nice parking spot.

One of those successful conversions, multi industry studio space and residential complexes. Visited a friend right on the railway track right under the slopes of Table Mountain.
