Great theater. Just remember its massive inside so those back row seats are FAR
I love this venue for concerts. Seeing a play here can be a less immersive experience if your seat has two letters in its identifier
Love this place. It's a landmark venue with an incredible array of fantastic acts
Beautiful theater, excellent sound, staff professional and friendly.
Box office attendant are almost criminal how they treat you! Guess I didn t dress fancy enough for her for the ghost tour night and got flat out lied to that tickets were sold out! This is after pretending that she didn t know what we were talking about.
Always gorgeous, a great venue to see almost anything.
Very nice. The only thing is the restroom situation. You have to go downstairs and wait FOREVER. If you have a little one with you PLAN AHEAD
This theater was absolutely amazing!! We loved the ambiance inside the theater!! The ushers we're a great help to us in finding our seating location.
We went to see a stand up show the show was amazing and the theater was perfect
It is a beautiful venue. The staff are always nice and helpful. They do tours that are interesting and informative.
Went to a wedding reception here and it was perfect!
Always a wonderful experience. The ambiance of the theater makes every occasion special. The sound system is great and the restrooms are ALWAYS clean.
Seating is very tight, but sound is great, beautiful venue
Great venue! Well maintained, great staff, great acoustics. If you're from Atlanta then you probably know all of these things....if you're not from Atlanta, do yourself a solid and take in a show at the Fox.
Cool place to watch a show or concert. The Summer Movie Series is a must see.
Such a beautiful theater! Just very over-priced in the concession areas.
The Fox is like walking back in time. The most gorgeous venue in the South.
What a magical and memorable experience it is to attend an event at the Fabulous Fox Theatre in Atlanta! I had not been since elementary, but luckily for me, a girlfriend invited a few of her best girls out to see The NUTCRACKER and the Magic that I recall as a child was still there! We were so giddy as we approached from the downtown street [uber, lyft, etc. Recommended] to see the marquee and glowing FOX sign. The service was excellent and bathrooms were plentiful. There isn't a bad seat in the theatre and the orchestra from the pit sounds amazing. If you have the opportunity to attend an event here -- GO!
Always love going to the Fox Theater for live music! It's the best!!
I went to the 90's Block Party Concert!!! Great parking close by and had an awesome experience and look forward to going to the Fox Theatre again!!!!
This theatre holds 4,000+ people and there are only 8 stalls in the women's bathroom on the second floor and, I believe, even fewer stalls in the downstairs bathroom. I feel like that was not well thought out. There's always at least a 30 minute wait to go. The theatre is gorgeous and the architecture is stunning, I just feel the layout for bathrooms and concession lines is abysmal. Also, it is very hard to see the stage between people's heads if you are sitting in the orchestra area. Unless, of course, you're a taller person.
Classic theater, with orignal architecure and fixtures throughout
Horrible sound quality when sitting under the balcony. Horrible. Left the concert early.
Awesome! Excellent sound quality. Staff was super nice and the whole flow of the evening was perfect.
Nutcracker atlanta ballet.. great show... nice historic theater..
One of the Best Theater to see a concert or play
Vince Gill was at his best Saturday night November 2, 2018
Great experience. Decor is beautiful, seats are reasonably comfortable for a theater. Sound was excellent. The only problem was the limited bathroom space caused a lot of difficulty during intermission.
The rows are pretty weirdly set up so it's hard to see any detail when watching stuff. The food is way over priced.
Saw Sound Garden here a couple weeks before Mr. Cornell took his life. The Fox is a fabulous place to see pretty much anything. If you get the chance don't pass it up.
Love what I do! I am a DJ and about to get this floor packed! Let's go!!!
Always enjoy visiting the Fox Theatre, especially for Alvin Ailey! There is no bad seat in the house!
I love this place. The usher very kind. The Nutcracker play was very good.
A year ago, I went there for a Stray Kids concert. The concert itself was great, and my sister and I really enjoyed it. We payed extra for the hi-touch tickets, yet a staff member physically shoved my sister through it. I don't care if they had a schedule to keep, nothing justifies touching my sister and pushing her through a benefit she paid extra for. Stray Kids is her favorite group, yet she didn't even have time to say anything to them because of said staff member. I dont know if it was the tour company's fault or the Fox staff's fault, but it was not okay. Even if it was the tour company's fault, there were other Fox staff members who were being rude and strict with the fans during the concert.
We saw Tyler Perry Madea's farewell play tonight, and it was wonderful!!!
I haven't had a stress-free experience yet. My typical experience includs poor instructions given by the staff and slow moving concession lines.
The last time I went the concession worker spilled beer into my popcorn and didn't suggest to give me a new order - very disappointing.
Beautiful place with a very kind staff and wonderful acoustics. Ordering tickets and receiving them on time is an absolute nightmare. When you have been on the website for hours waiting for tickets to go on sale then are placed in a "random" place in line, completely unfair and then tickets that are to be sent 3-weeks ahead of time yet the week before no tickets, come on now!!! Get your stuff together!!!
Always a great time here. Beautiful old building. Ceiling resembles the night outside a castle wall.
Courteous staff, OK concessions, clean restrooms. But acoustics NOT good; music was way too LOUD.
Always enjoy going to a show here... parking is ridiculous.
The show was fantastic! The Fox, not so much. Too crowded feeling. Almost like being at a sporting event.
Beautiful venue! There really aren't any bad seats at all. The sound quality is fantastic throughout the entire place. Be prepared for awkward stairs that are uneven and a lot taller than most with short handrails.
Classic Atlanta experience. We go to The Nutcracker every Christmas.
A lot of history at this place. Performances are usually great. Several restaurants within walking distance of the fox.
One my favorite venues in Atlanta. For an amazing show indoors, it's either the Fox or the Tabernacle.
Cool old theatre, but it could go for some updating. I had problems scanning my tickets and missed a lot of the first act. Unfortunately there were some people with the same problem. If you purchase your tickets through a third party try to get there about 45 minutes to and hour before the start of the play.
Small theater with lots of character. Enjoyed the color of purple play a few months ago.
It's a theater, not unlike many others but it does have an established tradition which draws a large variety of entertainments. Ornate in the classical style, the aesthetic is very pleasing. If you're going to a theatrical production, the other patrons keep the dress code classy, so consider stepping up your duds or you may find yourself under-dressed.
Super cute theater Drinks a bit expensive but it was expected cocktails 15usd wine 12usd to go prepared
My all time favorite theater. Romantic and full of history
