Classic decor that inspires images of the golden days of theater. Once in the theater seating area you're transported to an Arabic castle scene commissioned by the Shriner's who originally funded the building of the theater back in the 20's. Even from the nose bleeds the sound for concerts is great as are the views. I can only imagine that plays are amazing here as well considering the ambiance and the way the place coaxed my imagination.

This is a beautiful venue!! The sound is great and the staff are all very friendly and helpful. There are so many little details that make this venue special. I definitely recommend paying for the parking in advance, the location is super close to the venue and they charge about $8 more if you pay at the gate. We can't wait to see more shows at the "Fabulous Fox!"

We went to see Tricky open for A Perfect Circle. The concert was enjoyable. The Fox Theatre looks great! I really enjoyed the ceiling and surrounding architecture. The seats are for people much smaller than me. The prices for adult beverages were insane. After two drinks I could have bought a whole bottle outside the venue. Get to drinking before you go. Sitting up top also has the issue that if anyone lower than you stands it will ruin the view. So funny watching drunk people argue over line of sight. As a venue I do suggest this place but for that particular concert MEH!

This is such a gorgeous theatre! I love the interior design and decor. It can hold a lot of people, but having experienced the very last row, I'm convinced there's not a single bad seat in the house. I've seen several shows at this venue, and they're usually pretty good at getting everyone seated before curtain time to avoid distraction when the show starts. However the last performance I saw of The King & I, people were still milling about to their seats well past 15 minutes into the show-very distracting. Otherwise I would give 5 stars.

Always a great time! The folks in front of us in Orchestra seating were jammed in, but that was their choice. We did not appreciate the guy climbing over the low wall to exit orchestra and falling into us in row A. Uh, ushers...!

We went to the Fox and saw the Lion King. It wasn't my favorite Broadway show, but it wasn't terrible either. Children will definitely love it. The theater is beautiful, the bathrooms are clean and most of the employees are helpful and nice. My only complaint is how crowded it gets. I went to the bathroom (which is right across the hall) during intermission, took me about 20 minutes to get in and about the same amount of time to get out, I missed about 30 or so minutes of the show because of this.
Other than that and the $16 watered down beers and mixed drinks they sold, it was a great experience

Went here for "The Bands Visit".

Went here for "The Bands Visit".

Pros:
The security was good and checking in was easy.
The place is nice and the chairs are comfortable.

Cons:
From where I was sitting, I was able to hear people talking. It sounded like employees in a near by room.
The sound was horrible. I was barely able to hear the cast and from what I did hear I couldn't make out the words.
Parking is expensive and hard to get.
To top it all off a bottle of water costs $5!

It's important to get a good seat or it's not worth going.
The good seats are the ones close to the stage and up front.
The best time to come is 5 minutes before the show starts. The crowds have gone, and you are not waiting for the show to start.
I would come here again for another show.

Went to see a show recently, fantastic experience. A little limited in space, but not much can be done about that due to the age of the theater. As long as you don't mind a crowd when entering/leaving, you should be quite happy with the productions.

The fox theatre is one of the best places to catch a show in georgia. The sound inside is amazing. I recommend sitting in the front seats of the luge. The view looking up is absolutely amazing

I attended the Jodeci concert on 10/3/2015 for a date night with my wife of 9 years and the entertainment was great Sheila E, and Teddy Riley and Friends were great ,but the so called head liner "JODECI"> Nooooo wayyyyyy! they messed up every song including their new single, but back to the Fox experience the bathrooms needed cleaning and refreshing they only have one elevator ,but the attendant in the elevator was very nice. The cocktails were watered down and the coca cola was flat and popcorn was not fresh. it just need a little upgrading and the experience will be great.
