Loved catching WSMFP this new years eve to ring in 2019! The Fabulous Fox in Atlanta is one of favorite venues in the city by far. Only the Tabernacle rivals the intimacy, quality of sound and overall atmosphere and experience provided by the Fox. If you're considering going to a show at the Fox, don't short yourself. Go. You won't regret it.

The theater was as lovely as ever, and we saw the Book of Mormon which was entertaining. But our problem more lied in the Security checks going into the theater, which I totally understand the need for. But my husband had a little tiny pocket knife about inch and a half long on his key ring, and they made him throw it away. Places like that should at least have some sort of storage or something, so that if you have something they don't want you too, you could at least have a way to save and retrieve your belongings. It's getting ridiculous this is about the 5th one of those he's had to throw away and it's a little thing with a pair of tiny scissors, a file, and 1/2 inch knife blade. We use it for things like cutting tags off of items and other useful stuff like that. You'd be hard-pressed to injure someone let alone kill them with one of these. I get the need for security, I honestly do. But I think we've lost all sense of reason in how it is carried out anymore though.

The Fox is a stunning building with rich history. A definent must visit for any Atlantan or visitor to our great city! The inside is breathtaking and very eclectically designed. I absolutely love seeing plays at The Fox whenever I can. Even if the play isn't that great The Fox's ambiance is always worth experiencing. I always see something new every time I go and I've been going for over 25 years. It's just as much an Atlanta must see as The Varsity!

Gorgeous historic theater. One of my favorite Georgia landmarks. Love the Coca Cola Summer Movie series they do here, and the Nutcracker Ballet every December is a holiday tradition you can't miss!

Would have been better if security would have allowed parents to enter from the Marquee Club after the show to buy merchandise for their kids. The parents tickets clearly stated that was allowed post show but we were not allowed in to do so.

I've been to the Fox many times, but it never gets old. The building is beautiful, the seats are comfortable, and the view is great. My only complaint would be about the handicap accessible restrooms. There is a ramp in both directions, with no flat place to stand and wait in line. It is hard to stand on an incline when you already have balance issues! The other complaint is about their parking partners. We parked in the orange lot, and there is no walking access directly to Peachtree St. You have to exit on the street behind and walk a pretty long distance for someone who is challenged. And the elevator for the parking deck is not publicly accessible. You have to use stairs.

Atlantans don't need me to tell them the the Fox Theatre is awesome, but I will anyway. I expected the beautiful entrance and hallways, but walking in to the castle and blue sky took my breath away. We have one of these grand old theaters in my hometown, but even amongst those the Fox is something special.

I did think it was kinda weird they sell popcorn and hot dogs there though, seemed like a higher class establishment lol. But classy without no pretense is a good thing. Kind of like Atlanta itself.

Usually a great venue unless a unruly drunken guest sits directly in front and shows the world how drunk she is and how badly she can dance. The ushers and security warned her repeatedly but never removed her even though they should. I was later told to ask for the House Manager if I ever experienced unruly guest again.

We saw The Princess Bride at The Fox Summer of Coke film festival. It was awesome seeing it on the big screen after all these years. Hearing the audience reciting lines back with the on screen actors made it all that much more enjoyable. Let's do it again!

I've been to the Fox numerous times. What it lacks in acoustics, it more than compensates in beauty, ambiance, and history. The stage is shallower than standard, which forces touring companies to get creative with props and blocking, giving you a unique experience in oerformance. You can tell the people working there love the building, and that passion improves all aspects of client services.

Very nice place to see a show or concert. I show John Legend's Christmas concert and he was magnificent. The sound and lightning was amazing. Most of the staff were very helpful and friendly. It's somewhat pricey to attend an event there... everything from the tickets to the parking and concessions, it's all expensive!

I am always thrilled to visit the Fox theater and enjoy this beautiful facility. I was especially excited to attend the musical Hamilton which was amazing. My only concern when visiting the Fox is parking which is somewhat limited and very expensive, but that's downtown Atlanta!

This is a really cool old theater, but it was a but if an odd atmosphere to watch a show like Nine Inch Nails. It would probably be more well suited to a film festival or some sort of live event other than a concert.

Great place to watch a show. My only complaint is concessions. Wish they had better food options and they were cheaper. Then again, I would argue that for all place that hold a captive audience.
