I work there greatest theater in the United States
I was under the impression that this was as Premier event locations, however I was not very impressed. The facility itself is fine however I was expecting more. Be prepared for extensive security and going through metal detectors. Also for those 5'6 or taller, you will have difficulty as the spacing between the rows is limited. Due to the age and lack of space, also be prepared to have the Sound and Lighting platform in the middle of the lower level of the theater.
Very nice theatre. Not too big so you can see the stage very clearly even when you sit at the upper level.
Went to see the Atl Comedy Jam with DCYoungFly, beautiful historic venue. Great view from all seats, awesome acoustics...
Rolling Stones and Tina Turner June 12 1978. Fast forward to 2018, I still like going to the Fox! Awesome place for a concert. Always my first choice for a concert. Sitting in the top of the theater may not be the best seats but wow! What a great view of the theater!!!
Cozy venue. Not a bad seat in this beautiful theatre.
The Fox is that place where you have a historic intimate experience
What a beautiful theatre! My wife and I went to see The Phantom- loved the show! Our seats were great. Everything about our experience was wonderful- beautiful facilities, helpful and kind staff, and nearby parking.
Amazing theater. It has a Victorian feel to it and feels like you are sitting outside. Go if you get the chance. (They even offer backstage and history tours)
Wonderful historic venue, could use a little maintenance, it was a warm evening and uncomfortable in the theater.
The seats can be uncomfortable after a while, but find me an aged theater with comfortable seats. Depending on where you sit the view and sound varies. Get here early, the entrance lines are long and slow. Vending is relatively quick. Bathrooms are clean, again if not crowded. Overall a beautiful venue.
Went to R Kelly concert on a 27 it was excellent good service good everything just enjoyed it
The only down is that elderly cannot get in and out safely. Elevators not available for elderly young to restroom. Getting in and out of venue not good either. The venue is nice though.
Historical, majestic and sadly deteriorating before our eyes. The Fox Theater is showing ware from the hundreds of productions that have been put on since it's last major refurbishment the ceiling is chipping paint the pastor garnishment that make the theater so grand and beautiful are cracked or have chunks missing. Has anyone bothered to look up, away from the stage and really examine the buildings condition? The Fox is a great venue for shows, but it needs some TLC.
Amazing facility. The shows are broadway quality. My only gripe is there is not enough bathrooms, so during intermission the lines to the bathrooms are around 20 mintues
One of the grand old rooms left in America. A must see
Tonight's performance of 'The Nutcracker' by the Atlanta Ballet was fabulous .. best John McFall production in the past ten years.
It is as delightful as it was when I was a kid and now I'm taking my kids! The Nutcracker was terrific and a great experience!
Great venue. Seats in the pit were packed in to tight. I would not recommend a ticket there if seated. Only other complaint is the price of alcohol. A liquor drink was 18$. Outfrigginrageous.
We went and saw paw patrol live and it was a blast! The theatre was gorgeous and the staff was extremely helpful and we had a ton of fun!
Nice cozy atmosphere. Pretty good view from all seats, from what I could tell. Got through the gates pretty fast, especially for a really large crowd. Leaving was not too horrible, had to do the shoulder to shoulder shuffle until the crowd broke up outside the main entrance. An enjoyable venue for shows. I will definitely go back to see other shows/concerts there.

I Love The historical Fox Theater Because it captured The Beauty of its beginnings with Morden day.
I love this place. Always come forthe nutcrackeralso seen the, phantom of the opera. This place is amazing takes me back to the times. Of bustle and bustle of the 30 s. Not,much has changed as I would, imagine.
Undenyably a beautiful theater, but HOT. I've never been so hot in an indoor space in my life.
I Haven't been to the Fox in years it's still an awesome place. I saw Alvin Ailey ADC, they were amazing!
GORGEOUS venue for incredible productions! Ticket prices aren't cheap, but you're paying for an experience that is unparalleled in Atlanta!
Beautiful theater. Great place for seeing mystical acts.
We saw The Princess Bride. I just want to say, incredible experience!
Love the Fox Theater! So Authentic and have been two times to see the Jersey Boys!!!
Nice theater but the one in Detroit is much better.
Great old venue. Good sightlines, lovely architecture
I really enjoy going to the Fox Theatre in Atlanta! The acoustics are amazing, so much better than any other venue. Also, if you sit in the orchestra section, you can see the moon & stars twinkling on the ceiling. It's a beautiful effect and just adds to the experience! If you haven't been, add it to your "must see/do" list when in Atlanta.
I absolutely LOVE the Fox Theatre!! It is my favorite venue for plays, concerts, and the like. First class and every visit is always memorable.
I didn't have the best experience. The ushers forced people to move who paid for specific seats.
Saw Cinderella at The Fox, an elegant venue, breath-taking in its loveliness, one that never disappoints. I plan to go back for a guided tour.
Fantastic theatre. Love the sky view and surrounding atmosphere and architecture.
During Asha Bhosle Iconic show, the first half sound quality was bad and muffled, but was much improved in the final second half, probably after the audience complaints.
I really had a great time, I love architecture of the building.
The show was great and the atmosphere was amazing. The Fox has been kept up very nicely.
Love this theatre. The architecture is beautiful. Be wary of the upper balcony seating, the chairs are the older wood style so if you've got a big butt it can get kind of squeezy.
Beautiful stylized fancy AF gem in Atlanta. Always take the opportunity to go!
I always love going to The Fox Theatre. Very beautiful & classy venue.
I first came to Atlanta to see friends over 30 years ago. the first weekend we went to a "SAVE THE FOX" drive with the Marshall Tucker band performing. Can you believe it was in risk of not being around much longer. Well.it was obviously saved AND I met my (first) wife that weekend and have been here since!!---and been back many times
Historic Theater. Gone with the Wind Premered there
Gorgeous. If you're in Atlanta, find a reason to see a show here.
Been going here my entire life with my family. Incredible experience. If you get the opportunity I highly recommend seeing a show.
Great historical theater. Beautiful interiors. Seating is a little tight.
The Fox Theatre is definitely a MUST if your in Atlanta. Absolutely BREATHTAKING. The classic sign in the entrance and the lobby are just a small preview. Once you get it, you are transported to a whole different world. You find yourself inside an Arabic Persian like palace. And it IS a palace. The decoration, the chairs, tents, carpets. No way to describe it with words.
But the actual theater.... wow.. the ceiling is painted and designed to look like a clear starry night, and you are looking at the performers in a kind of Coliseum.... you NEED to go.
This place is run by absolute morons... I also don't understand how you tack on fees equaling 50% of the price of a ticket to every purchase... That's not a fee. That is a con.
Awesome performances every time. Just don't be late after the intermission or you will have to wait an extra 10 min before being allowed to go back to your seat :)
been multiple times, every single time is a wonderful experience! beautiful and has wonderful facilities!
always a pleasure working here staff is so friendly and helpful
Had seats on main floor, Row Z. Fantastic to see and hear Celtic Thunder homecoming tour. This was my first time seeing them in person. I'll be back at The Fox when they come again. What a fabulous show!
