I was under the impression that this was as Premier event locations, however I was not very impressed. The facility itself is fine however I was expecting more. Be prepared for extensive security and going through metal detectors. Also for those 5'6 or taller, you will have difficulty as the spacing between the rows is limited. Due to the age and lack of space, also be prepared to have the Sound and Lighting platform in the middle of the lower level of the theater.

Rolling Stones and Tina Turner June 12 1978. Fast forward to 2018, I still like going to the Fox! Awesome place for a concert. Always my first choice for a concert. Sitting in the top of the theater may not be the best seats but wow! What a great view of the theater!!!

What a beautiful theatre! My wife and I went to see The Phantom- loved the show! Our seats were great. Everything about our experience was wonderful- beautiful facilities, helpful and kind staff, and nearby parking.

The seats can be uncomfortable after a while, but find me an aged theater with comfortable seats. Depending on where you sit the view and sound varies. Get here early, the entrance lines are long and slow. Vending is relatively quick. Bathrooms are clean, again if not crowded. Overall a beautiful venue.

Historical, majestic and sadly deteriorating before our eyes. The Fox Theater is showing ware from the hundreds of productions that have been put on since it's last major refurbishment the ceiling is chipping paint the pastor garnishment that make the theater so grand and beautiful are cracked or have chunks missing. Has anyone bothered to look up, away from the stage and really examine the buildings condition? The Fox is a great venue for shows, but it needs some TLC.

Great venue. Seats in the pit were packed in to tight. I would not recommend a ticket there if seated. Only other complaint is the price of alcohol. A liquor drink was 18$. Outfrigginrageous.

Nice cozy atmosphere. Pretty good view from all seats, from what I could tell. Got through the gates pretty fast, especially for a really large crowd. Leaving was not too horrible, had to do the shoulder to shoulder shuffle until the crowd broke up outside the main entrance. An enjoyable venue for shows. I will definitely go back to see other shows/concerts there.

I really enjoy going to the Fox Theatre in Atlanta! The acoustics are amazing, so much better than any other venue. Also, if you sit in the orchestra section, you can see the moon & stars twinkling on the ceiling. It's a beautiful effect and just adds to the experience! If you haven't been, add it to your "must see/do" list when in Atlanta.

Fantastic theatre. Love the sky view and surrounding atmosphere and architecture.
During Asha Bhosle Iconic show, the first half sound quality was bad and muffled, but was much improved in the final second half, probably after the audience complaints.

I first came to Atlanta to see friends over 30 years ago. the first weekend we went to a "SAVE THE FOX" drive with the Marshall Tucker band performing. Can you believe it was in risk of not being around much longer. Well.it was obviously saved AND I met my (first) wife that weekend and have been here since!!---and been back many times

The Fox Theatre is definitely a MUST if your in Atlanta. Absolutely BREATHTAKING. The classic sign in the entrance and the lobby are just a small preview. Once you get it, you are transported to a whole different world. You find yourself inside an Arabic Persian like palace. And it IS a palace. The decoration, the chairs, tents, carpets. No way to describe it with words.

But the actual theater.... wow.. the ceiling is painted and designed to look like a clear starry night, and you are looking at the performers in a kind of Coliseum.... you NEED to go.

Awesome performances every time. Just don't be late after the intermission or you will have to wait an extra 10 min before being allowed to go back to your seat :)
