Slow, slow slow...almost nonexistent movement getting loaded...turtles put them to shame

I have used their Roundup sprayer for the last seven years. It performed as advertised. Finally it started to leak air. The gasket had worn down. I called Fountainhead Group and after a short talk to their Customer Service, they had a new gasket on it's way at no cost to me. What Fantastic Customer Service! That's not all. When the package arrived, not only was the seal enclose, but also the rubber valve that installs on the bottom of the pump. And like the TV Ads say, not just one set, but they also sent me a backup set. No wonder I rated them at 5 Stars...Product & Customer Service.

I ordered a part from Fountainhead Group on May 22. It is now June 11. Last week they told me I should get the part this week. Today, they told me the part had not shipped and would be another two weeks. Customer service is very polite, but they don t appear to have any continuity in previous calls, or any clue about the reality of shipping. Very frustrating and disappointing.

Been here 5 hrs and 48 mins and only about 1/3rd of my trailer is loaded.

ordered a part 5-19-2020, still no word. called three times i was told it's being shipped. Called today still not shipped. They have no problem in taking my money.

Nice facility but they seem to only have one specific race of people employed there.

I tried to call customer support but no matter which extension I dialed I was told how important my call was, to leave voice mail and then was immediately disconnected before I could leave a message. All their phone numbers go to the same crappy voice menu. I doubt anyone ever answers the phone there or makes call backs since the caller is disconnected before a message can be left. More like customer no-service.

Lacie Goff was absolutely awesome. She is what all reps of companies should be. Very quick at responding to emails and very professional as well as patient. If you need anything in pest control then they (Lacie) is who you need to talk to.

This company has the best customer service of any I have dealt with.

Promptly sent me the repair parts I needed when I contacted them by phone.

I sent an email first and did not receive a timely response. Which from my, standpoint was fine.

I enjoy speaking with a live HUMAN BEING- everybody needs a job!

Its ok, easy to get into. But no truck stops near by.
Also the guy in reciving can be a bit of a... well you know .

Getting warranty coverage is a joke. They only want to place the blame on the customer for not properly caring for the product
