I have used their Roundup sprayer for the last seven years. It performed as advertised. Finally it started to leak air. The gasket had worn down. I called Fountainhead Group and after a short talk to their Customer Service, they had a new gasket on it's way at no cost to me. What Fantastic Customer Service! That's not all. When the package arrived, not only was the seal enclose, but also the rubber valve that installs on the bottom of the pump. And like the TV Ads say, not just one set, but they also sent me a backup set. No wonder I rated them at 5 Stars...Product & Customer Service.
