I ordered a part from Fountainhead Group on May 22...

I ordered a part from Fountainhead Group on May 22. It is now June 11. Last week they told me I should get the part this week. Today, they told me the part had not shipped and would be another two weeks. Customer service is very polite, but they don t appear to have any continuity in previous calls, or any clue about the reality of shipping. Very frustrating and disappointing.
