The staff were very good considering the pressure they were under due to the Corona virus pandemic: and trying to keep their guests and themselves virus free, was/is no easy task.
Hope to be back again, soon.

I was at a team building event at the hotel. We were greated with prosecco and canopes. The food was a burger slider with a cone of chips and a fish goujon too, it was tastey and just about the right size for me. You had a choice of cocktails to make and we made cosmos....not my finest effort, but it was a good enough lol. All in all a good time was had.

Modern, Clean and bright hotel. The staff were very accomodating we had a very early flight and they allowed us to come down to breakfast at 6.30am half an hour before they opened. I look forward to staying there on our next visit in March 2016.

This hotel is within easy walking distance to the centre of Belfast. The standard of accommodation is high as is the hotel itself. It would be hard to better the all round hospitality on offer.

Excellent service and amenities. The staff went above & beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. They were able to advise on a few tours/activities, which went well. The bar and room service was very good.

Very disappointed, the room was very average, with no view as was told during booking, the cupboard smelled as if it was not opened for years. Breakfast was very average, and the service so poor, you wouldn t expect from a 5 star hotel. To the extent that we didn t get served breakfast after waiting 1 hour on the table, post which a non apologetic server just informed us, they had forgotten. Never visiting again, a total waste of money.

We were in Fitzwilliam Hotel yesterday for a meal before going to the panto. There were 6 of us. Myself and another guest ordered Loin of Beef. It was so tough I had to leave mine. It was grizzly, fatty, etc. I would like to enquire from the kitchen what cut of meat they were serving. Absolutely terrible. I informed the waiter when he was collecting the plates, but that was the end of it. That s us finished with the Fitzwilliam.

Went down here for a night, and paid extra to stay in one of the corner rooms, and have to say the room was fantastic. Having floor to roof glass walls was amazing with great view. Extra touch having the bathroom doors fully open so the bath was like it was in the bedroom. Every thing was 10/10, the food, the service, the bar, the room service, everything was perfect. Will be back again.

Went here for dinner. I ordered chicken dish with a side of skinny fries. I received the chicken first but then I had to wait for ages until I got the fries and i was given chips instead (they ended up being nicer). There was some confusion around the side orders but it got sorted and the staff were very nice. They ended up discounting one of the sides anyway. It's a nice hotel and restaurant and could be worth visiting.

Had afternoon tea in the Fiztwilliam hotel with my sister. Welcoming and friendly staff. Great selection of food. Afternoon tea is served on the ground floor which is a great bright location. On cold days you can sit next to the iconic and beautiful fireplace. Good choice of teas. Very accommodating if you don t want one of the sandwich fillings on offer. You won t want to leave anything it is so good. Full review is on my website BakingBar.co.uk

This was one of the nicest hotels we've stayed at. It is in a great location, within walking distance to many local restaurants and shops. The room was clean and spacious, and the bathroom was massive! All of the employees were polite and helpful. I would highly recommend staying here if you go to Belfast!

Only had a drink, was brought the wrong drink and was brought a replacement whilst keeping the wrong order. Good service if a little slow, drinks sat on the bar a while before we got them.

Older hotel that's been updated for the most part. The turn down service and chocolates at night are a nice touch. Breakfast options are great and staff were all very friendly. Very conveniently located right by the aircoach bus to the Dublin airport.

When arrived they kept our luggage as we were before the time of checkin but they transferred our luggage directly to our room when the room is available. The room was fabulous, best in every aspects than I ever lived in. Break was delicious. The staff was friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you are going to Belfast.
