Great food very relaxed atmosphere start very helpful and friendly will definitely be returning

Lovely hotel with a very metropolitan, modern decor. It's centrally located and the room comes with some nice touches - iPad, deck of cards, speakers etc.

A wonderful hotel, 6 inches away from the Grand Opera House. Highly recommended.

I was so disappointed with my entire experance!! No1 the bar can only resemble a moldron or travel lodge! Second the food was so bad! I ordered my steak medium and it was given to me very well done! I have emailed the hotel twice with no reply! This hotel dosnt even deserve a 1 star carpet was filthy paper all over the floor

This was my 5th visit to the Fitzwilliam Hotel for dinner and the first disappointment. I was taken for pre theatre dinner and my sister ordered the steak. I ordered chicken. My dinner was lovely but her whole meal of steak served with chips must have been thrown together. The chips were cold dried and hard, the steak was tough and completely raw not rare! Although she had ordered medium cooked. It was taken off the bill, but we were going to the theatre therefore had no opportunity to either send it back or have something different. Server's very nice but manager seemed unconcerned.

Extremely friendly and supportive staff. Ideally located to shops and restaurants.

The rooms are quite modern and well furnished but be sure to bring your outlet converters or you might have to make a visit to the front desk or the local electronic stores.

The in-house restaurant has superb food, but be sure you visit other restaurants in the city to get a complete appreciation for the culture.

We met friends in the bar of the Fitzwilliam. It's a really beautiful place and the service is great.

Everyone was pleasant and nice . Food excellent. Loved the breakfast . Room is beautiful. Staff is helpful . Great location. Parked across the street at oarking garage was less expensive. No trouble finding hitel. Walked into town for a tour.

Sorry but despite the staff being 5 star unfortunately the hotel was not up to expectations and seemed to blame a lot on Covid. Give them their due after my wife complained they have come back and offered a nights accommodation to try and rectify the situation so fingers crossed 2nd time lucky

Hotel modern and deliciously renovated, located near the bus and train station, and near the main attractions of the city, allowing you to walk everywhere.
The front desk attention was very good, and the communication prior to our stay was also good.

I stayed three nights. Fantastic location and professional service. They went above and beyond for me. Superb room

Absolutely lovely room!!!

The welcome was as warm as could be and the location is ideal for everything in Belfast. The bar was closed on arrival but options a plenty close by.

Lovely room, the bed was very comfortable along with feather pillows. Lovely walk in shower. The bath is deep and wide too.
There was a turn down service, impressive.
Restaurant food was well presented, delicious too.
The view from the window 3rd floor was very poor.

Beautiful room, comfortable soft bed with yummy chocolates on pillows, very friendly staff, and absolutely delicious food!! The chocolate dessert with salted caramel ice cream was amazing!

Just a visit to the bar, but it's a very nice bar; they do a mean cocktail and the friendly waiter service is excellent. You might see a member of the Game of Thrones cast, although you'd better be quick because they'll not be here much longer...

1st time at this hotel and won't be the last, really stylish hotel and the staff are very friendly, which goes a long way. Was perfect location after a days shopping.

My parents stayed here & I met them for drinks in the lobby area. Very friendly staff & great atmosphere. Had a looked the very accommodating room my parents had & would have no hesitation staying here in future.

Stayed 3 nights bed and breakfast. Nice comfortable room. Breakfast was superb. Staff excellent friendly and helpful. Had evening 4 course special was really good. Cannot recommend this hotel enough. Would definitely stay again

Lovely hotel situated in the centre of Belfast. Staff were all friendly and welcoming and the rooms were very luxurious. Only rated 4 because the TV in my room wasn't working at first. I had to scramble under the desk to try figure out the problem (wire had dropped out of the back of the telly). Would have called reception to report it but couldn't work out how to use the retro phone!

Better than the Europa and other well known hotels in the city. Now a 5 star rating, and it shows. Rooms are fab. Check in was first class. We were offered a complimentary upgrade to a suite!! Breakfast wasn't the standard cheap buffet style, but was a high quality table service menu. Bar is top notch with excellent cocktails. Perfect location with handy parking.
