Excellent Location for exploring the City, fantastic concierge service, rooms are genuinely spotless and confortable, but very very noisy, bedroom door shakes when another door on the hallway is closed and can hear cleaning staff from 8am onwards. Check in was seemless, as was having our car parked and luggage taken care of. Overall a very positive experience and we would stay again.

A lovely hotel. Seems to be trying too hard. Im a working class fella and, while its nice to have a bit of luxury and stuff, sometimes it overcomplicates itself. Went to bar for drink. Ordered beer and was asked to take a seat and the drink would be brought over to me. Not wishing to make a fuss, I did as was asked of me. After 15 mins and STILL no drink, bearing in mind bar was far from busy, I made my excuses and left for another bar, nearby !!

Fantastic hotel and brilliant service. Excellent hotel ! Fantastic food and amazing service! Me and my partner stayed here twice for the past two years and we have had fantastic experience and the best service. The staff is absolutely perfect and the hotel is super clean and fresh. Amazing atmosphere and first class food and service. Highly recommend.

Beautiful rooms, good customer service and nice amminities. Very close to all resturants, only an hour away from tourist destinations. If you're in luck, you may catch the Games of Thrones crew as they frequently visit here.

Stayed here twice now, rooms are beautiful and comfortable, staff are friendly and attentive. It's a tad expensive but you expect that for a 5 star hotel in the City Centre. The breakfast is well worth the price and I will definitely would visit again, in fact if I ever won the lottery I'd pay to live there on a permanent basis. Great Place.

This is a beautiful hotel in a great location, just minutes away from many sites, restaurants and bars. The staff are very helpful and even organized a Black Taxi Tour for us in just a few minutes. The rooms are very stylish and the dark corridors are very chic. Every room door has a mirror on the outside which is really cool. Would definitely stay here again.

Love this hotel. Super location, great rooms and amazing staff! The service is 5 star from the minute you re greeted as you pull up in your car to check out. What really stands out for me is how they deliver this 5 star service in a really personal and friendly manner. Well done to all the team at the Fitzwilliam Belfast.

I stayed at the Fitzwilliam as an overnight business guest. The front desk staff was very informative and helpful at check-in, and the room was perfect. Classical music was playing upon entry and the room was simple but well appointed with many luxuries not found at the 3 star hotel I stayed at in Derry. The staff provided a turn down service while I was at dinner. My room had a walk in shower, safe, tea and coffee set, excellent lighting, and fast WiFi. Checkout at 6am was quick and the front staff printed my boarding pass for me when I emailed it to them. I regret not visiting the bar or work out facility, but I will next time.

The Fitzwilliam is an amazing hotel in the heart of Belfast. Our room was big, stylish and comfortable. The staff at check in, concierge and restaurant were so friendly and helpful. They seemed genuinely interested in what we were up to and keen to help. We had a great night here.

We were kept late for the show.
My wife and I bought a 5 star 2 course Pre Theatre dinner next door at The Grand Opera House Belfast Mon 21st Jan. We arrived 5.50 Pm we were served our starter at 6.25pm after we had to bring it to the attention of the staff.
We needed to be seated for the show at 7.15 pm . This meant we had to hurry our Delicious 5 star meal not even time for tea or coffee . We were not alone there we others who got even slower service. Meal was amazing pity we did not get the time to enjoy it properly

We had the best service before we even got out of our car. We pulled up to the drop off area- and the concierge gentlemen came right up to us to grab our bags. Our room was not ready when we got there but made sure to hold our bags and take them to our room when it was ready. Was also very helpful at directing us to all the tourist sights around, even made sure to check which ones were open as we were travelling there on a Sunday. Wish I could remember his name because he was absolutely wonderful!! The room was beautiful, tub was enormous, me and hubby could both fit! Breakfast was also good and came quickly!

Beautiful place with very friendly staff. The hotel is spotless.
Our room was immaculate when we arrived so I would like to say a huge thank you for the cleaning staff for this!

Would strongly recommend and I hope to be back again soon.

Thank you very much.

Nice hotel. Recently renovated rooms, with renovations still ongoing during my stay causing disruptive and unpleasant noises in the mornings. It would have gone a long way had I been at least notified to expect such a racket by the staff, but rather it was completely brushed aside when mentioned. The visitor experience could have been managed a little better here.

Staff all very friendly & helpful. Excellent bedroom - very spacious, comfortable and well appointed. Superb location - very central and close to westlink and motorway. Slightly disappointed with bar food which was ordinary enough and not great value for money. Overall an enjoyable stay.

Great hotel. Nice decor. Clean spacious bathroom. GREAT SERVICE . Front desk will do anything for you. Concierge Phil is totally nice. He treats you like a long lost cousin. Breakfast is super. And efficient. Location is good, too. If I need to go to Belfast, this is the hotel I would stay.

Went for afternoon tea for my son's birthday. We absolutely loved it. The atmosphere, the room & the food was beautiful but what really made it was the service from Brian. He was superb & so friendly. The extra touch was the wee birthday treat he brought out for my son. Will definitely be back again

A great hotel The dining service was excellent, also because a person was celiac and the treatment was with great attention to their problem.
It is very well located for a walk through the center of Belfast.
