Great that the Pizza Hut express was open during hurricane Matthew. However, quite cluttered during lunchtime.

All the receptionists were kind and polite, which is always good. There's a Pizza Hut at the hotel and they offer transport to the parks. My only complaint would be the carpet in the bedroom (it could be cleaner), and that our TV was very old, so forget about watching Netflix. It's a good hotel overall and pretty comfy.

Great location, close to everything, bars, restaurants, outlets, convenience stores. Apartments with all structure for those who want to economize cooking at home. The breakfast that is weak but breaking twig.

Loved this hotel. The woman at the desk was very nice and even upgraded our room for us. The room was a little outdated but it was huge and had 2 separate bedrooms, a living room, and a full kitchen. There was complimentary breakfast and s free shuttle bus to universal and SeaWorld. There was a heated indoor pool, an outdoor pool, 3 hot tubs, and an outdoor bar. Can't say enough great things about this hotel.

This hotel is tired and in great need of a refurb. The first room given had the ambience of a cave but we were moved the following day after we complained. Many staff do not speak English making requests hard to convey. Our second room had a broken dishwasher, poor cutlery/crockery content and a broken safe (safe was promptly fixed). Comfortable enough and clean but desperate for attention.

Good size rooms, even for studio rooms. Clean rooms with kitchen and balcony. Rooms are cleaned daily if asked at reception.

Location is good for universal studio and Sea world/Aquatica but move to hotel in Tampa if you want legoland, Bush gardens and even Disney. Otherwise, plenty other things to do nearby with easy access to transportation

Virgin breakfast is alright but if you stay for a while, you might find it repetitive.

Overall a nice stay and nice hotel bubt unreliability of the wifi at times.

We got there around 6 in the evening. I saw staff working hard making sure guest were taken care of. I was given directions to where my social event was. I enjoyed the time there. Very beautiful atmosphere

My family and I (4ppl) stayed at this hotel in Orlando, I can see why the price was cheap, you get what you pay for. Very dirty, ac is so loud and rattled, we didn't sleep well bc of it. The hallway rugs we filthy!!! Smelled as well. I would not recommend this place

Fab location, staff are amazing,very friendly and helpful. Get a free breakfast with Virgin which is brilliant. Rooms need updating. Hairdryer and one hob doesn't work in ours and shower is a bit lame, bigger bed would be nice too. But would definitely come back as no issues are deal breakers

Its a little out dated but it's good and in walking distances to lots of restaurants and to the parks

Nice place! It could use and update as there was some visible damage to some of the walls in our room, but nothing too bad. the spa was excellent and the prices were fair for what you get. The breakfast was a bit lacking though in that it was a little too basic, cold cereal, fruit, and bad oatmeal. there is a breakfast upgrade and its probably worth it. On the whole I'd stay again as it is very comfortable and fairly priced.

From check in to check out the staff were amazing, their always willing to help make your stay something magical. Inside the there is a pizzahut express that will deliver to your room and also gift shop. There are 2 outside pools and spas plus a 24 hour indoor pool and spa and a small bar area. The hotel is well situated just off I-Drive and a 15 minute walk to wet and wild. Inside reception you can book the free shuttle to universal studios and Islands of adventure. Some of the rooms are dated but at the time of my stay the hotel was in the process of updating and renovating the rooms.

It is a good place to stay ! At the same time I fount one amazing place to have the ice cream rolls ! It is special place !

It was terrible and it was disgusting and me and my family nearly threw up in the hallway. It felt like the elevator cables were just going to snap. I would rather sleep outside than in there. It sucks!!! It was like a horror movie in the hallways. The room looks like crap and they lie to people and put false pictures online. Just to let everyone know... don't go there it's like they kill people in there it's so bad.

Unless you pay for a suite the room you will get definetly need updating and tlc. It looked like something from the eighties. The hallways were stinky, there was water leaks on the ceiling, dirty furniture, wallpaper that looks like it had been there for 20 years and falling off, bed was hard as a rock, found mold under the sink in bathroom it was by far the worst experience we have ever experienced at a hotel do not reccomend unless you want to pay for a suite. The suites were amazing they were all updated and beautiful but the other rooms were disgusting.

Not value for money if u get dumped in the 3rd block. Run down comes to mind. Not happy.

Location is great, rooms need a little updating, elevators need to be vacummed, staff is very courteous and friendly, two outdoor pools give plenty of room to accommodate all guests. All in all we had a fantastic time

Pool indoor and outdoor well maintained and clean rooms, friendly staff. Free continental breakfast which we didn't know until reception told us on arrival. Good bonus. I've had to edit my review to tell about how well the reception dealt with an issue with the air conditioning. Unfortunately the engineer couldn't repair so we were upgraded to a stunning 2 bedroom suite free of charge by Vera Deminantchouk. I would rate higher than 5 stars if this was possible.

Cleaning at this hotel is an issue, you have to keep asking for your room to be cleaned. I had to get a roll of toilet paper from another room as my room was out. Also on my floor, others were putting out their rubbish and dirty towels, as the rooms were not cleaned daily. I took photos of this, was quite shocking. The only good thing about this hotel is the close proximity to shops and amenities, night life and restaurants, fun things to do were wothin walking distances. Visitors need tp be careful, please be aware, when taking safe key, if not explained at checking in, as at checkout you can be charged $1 a night for using it. We were not informed of this, we were just given the keys with the room keys, no notification or explanation about the charges. It's a shame the cleaning process is not good as the hotel environment is really beautiful.

Do not stay here.....1st day we could not stay in the room it was dirty with mold, there was poop on the toilet and wall in bath room the beds were dirty with no bottom sheet, there were bugs and left over food on the counter and bad stain covered most of the carpets. They moved us to a different room that was cleaner but the curtains were ripped and the room was extremely out dated, our view was of the dumpsters on the bottom floor. pool was dirty and the kiddy pool contained a dead lizard that fermented in the water for the hole two weeks we were there so my kids could not use the pool. Breakfast was stale and gross consisting of small muffins and corn flakes. Was not worth the money and will never stay here again....DO NOT STAY HERE WITH YOUR FAMILY..

Nice accommodations, full kitchen with stove and freezer. Mini apparetment style rooms with bath and shower. Balconies available along with pool and other amenities. Overall good choice to pick if with a family or want space to have guests

Great rooms very clean and spacious. Breakfasts and dinners were nice and staff were helpful. The pool facilities were great and well maintained

Room #1104 avoid this condo if booking thru Airbnb, it is scruffy, the patio is a disgrace. We found a cockroach under the ironing board cover.
It is tiny, nowhere to sit or relax in the evening if more than 2 of you.
Never again.
The pool area and bar is nice, but this private condo (1104) needs a complete refurb down to the bare brick.
On Airbnb it is advertised as "Best location" and to be honest that is all the positives we can say.
The bed was the most uncomfortable i have ever slept in, i had a bad back throughout the holiday Xmas eve till 5th January.
The taps in the master bedroom ensuite were pathetic with no pressure, the shower unit was tiny, id hate to see an average sized American try to shower in it

The Enclave's website is a little misleading with it's amenities and photos. The hotel stay was decent, a bed, toilet, shower, no problem there. The downside was looking forward to a nice night out, just the two of us enjoying what I thought was a fancier, balcony, 3 pools (one heated indoors, too!), an arcade, ping pong table, game console in the room...Etc. The balcony did have a nice view-plastic chairs and enough space for two people-at most 4 shoulder-to-shoulder. The heated indoor pool is probably about 60-70 degrees, but a little worn, plus not too much room on the deck. The arcade is similar to a small pizza shop-no problem. Ping pong outside, but bring a ball and paddles. No game console in the room (whatever, not needed). The room was painted in about 1985 and the furniture dates then as well(strange worn-down arms of all chairs). All in all, decent for price and has basic needs. But not what I expected after checking the photos and going through the website.

If you want a room that was last decorated in the 80s with the most unhelpful staff....you're in luck! The best thing about this hotel is location. The free breakfast is abysmal....yes it's free but still. Shower didn't work, waited 40 mins for maintenance to turn up. Fixed it but was still abit ropey to use. Staff just didn't care at all about any requests/problems. Iwouldn't waste your money here.

Dirty towel and pillow case both stained and the pillow with makeup. These are hard to miss because everything is white but makes it obvious that the room was not properly cleaned/washed before our arrival. Everywhere you get wifi included but here they charge for wifi. The view is nice though.

Ideally placed for international drive. Plenty of restaurants near by. The hotel is dated in parts but my suite was ok. It had been recently decorated and newer furniture had been put in. I've stayed here 3 times. The pools are good. Clean. Tidy. Staff were always nice. I didn't make use of the breakfast but I used the onsite pizza hut. It has a limited menu but it was fine for us.
Overall I'd have no issue staying there again

We had to wait two hours after normal check-in time for our room to be ready. We had the room reserved for several months.

This suite hotel is conveniently located in the area near Sea World, Universal Studios, and not too far from Disney. It is an older building, rooms are clean, linens and towels are clean and good quality. Kitchens in smaller one bedroom suites consist of two burner stove, no oven, small fridge, coffee pot, toaster oven and dishwasher. Bathroom was small with no counter space at all, walk in shower, no tub. Plenty of hot water but water saver shower heads give you a very limited flow. Toilets are small and very low to floor, hard on your knees if you are an older adult but great for kids. Free breakfast is fair. Prices were reasonable but it was also off season so they may be higher during the busy season. If you are on a budget and not expecting a resort type experience but just a place to stay while touring the area and saving a few dollars by eating in your room this may be the place for you. It was quiet while we were there but again it was the slow season. TV has very few channels, there is free WiFi.

Horrible experience. Will never return. Our room was right next to the roller coaster theme park. Very loud. I called front desk to inquire and was placed on hold for 5 minutes and when the gentlemen got on the phone, I stated my concern about the noise and he was not willing to help me. I was at this hotel for my wedding anniversary. The breakfast food at 8am looked like it was from the day before. We wete hounded repeatedly by the Time Share Representative who wouldnt take NO THANKYOU as an answer. The indoor pool area was so chlorinated we couldnt stay. So at the end of our stay, I left a message to speak to the guest relations manager and never got a call back.

If you're a larger person, whether heavier or just taller, everything is just tiny. I could barely fit in the shower.

the building looks very old and the mobility of the rooms too. but in spite of that we were very comfortable and the pools are quite clean

This hotel is the best hotel I have been to in years it is brilliant the rooms are good they have a indoor pool with spa and a outdoor pool with the same and also have a tennis court and a pizza hut express and a night they have a BBQ I would definitely recommend this to other people

Really a Zero rating...front desk is rude! Its a Dump go somewhere else! Stayed one night and ran! Hallway smells, squeaky bed, carpet musty, old school big back TV, Granny's couch, holes in the comforters, elevators slow had to take the pissy stairwell! NEVER AGAIN...only worth the Disney Tickets. Project-ish Section 8 Special...not vacation worthy!

Omg what a awefull experience booked with virgin for 14 nights the room they gave us was absolutely filthy it smelt of cats there were stains all over the floors and carpets my son and wife both had reactions to the pet hair they moved us to another room this wasn't any better tried to shut us up with free pizza which went into bin and a free basket of goodies which we threw back at them all the complaints went on on deaf ears manager is ignorant and just didn't want to no the breakfast was awefull and the kitchen they cook in was filthy if your coming to Florida keep well away from here pics are different to what you actually receive this hotel is cheap for a reason I've stayed in better travel lodges

To be honest it's hard to give this a full rating as we stayed in one of the air bnb. Which by the sounds of it was much better than the hotel rooms, it was so lovely and personal. The hotel seems some areas have had better days but staff super friendly. Didn't test the pool too busy, had pizza at pizza hut and it was great. There was a massive down pour and felt so sorry for some of the guests as the rooms completely flooded due to a brush pipe... one thing I'd say, don't bother with the continental breakfast it was so laughable. I guess for $3.99 each I shouldn't expect much. But cheap break, cheap juice and some tinned fruit... that was it really. Could have done better filling up from Publix myself. Otherwise seems decent the location was perfect! Best thing about it. Oh the view from our balcony!

Very good. With kitchen, balcony, two bedrooms, two bathrooms and living room. At the hotel there is a Pizza Hut Express. Serves breakfast. Close to everything, International Drive, Universal, Sea World and outelets.

This is a baseline accommodation for PARK destination travelers. The location is good, staff is well chosen, very accommodating and pleasant.
The property is maintained in a "fair" fashion with lights being dysfunctional here and there, decor and carpeting quite dated. Chipped paint, stains etc. This is the place you pick for "Bug free, baseline lodging so you can bring the family to crash and feed meals, let the kids destroy the pool while you hang out poolside", close to the destination parks.
Whomever said the food was great in a previous review must have been stoned and had a terrible case of the munchies! The food is typical Motel 6 continental breakfast, no better unless you upgrade to the $7 hot breakfast and then its scrambled eggs, link sausage waffles... I will say the staff is personable and kind. Otherwise McDucks or Hardee's is a superior choose for food.
The pools are clean, plenty of clean folded towels. The grounds looks pretty good. I would have to sum it up with "Meh". I'm ok that we are here but I'm not saving it in favorites or admitting/telling my friends we stayed here. Hey, but we saved some money

The Enclave is by far the best hotel on international drive. With Vera as the manager providing unparalleled customer service there is just no other choice for my family. The rooms shocked me because they are so modern and everything is brand new. From what I understand there are a few outdated rooms but they're working on turning them all into the same quality. If I were you I'd give them a shot, ask for Vera and I'm sure she will make certain you're taken care of with the utmost concern. I honestly wouldn't be surprised if she was brought in to "clean" the place up because 3.7 is not even close to what I'd rate it. I rarely post reviews but this hotel definitely deserved it.

Hotel is very dated and is undergoing renovation. Staff are very helpful and seemed very used to sorting out problems. The location was good but I would choose a different hotel if everything come again.
