An incredible desire and that better the location since it is in a well-placed district giving an incredible vision.
Nice area and wonderful building! It s worth passing by, don t miss this spot!
One of New York City's most elegant buildings, the special shape is never to be seen.
One of the most viewed images of New York in the movies, deserves a ride.
of course the best place to visit and see the beauty of NYC.
On June 03 2018. Now I am riding my bicycle passing by here. I felt It is amazing quirky looking building with lots of history (was the tallest building in the world when built ) that can be seen from well up Broadway.
Lots of great photography points in Madison Park
Tip for taking pictures look up 5th Avenue you can see the Empire State Building! There is a lovely square/park area where you can sit and have coffee or just soak up the atmosphere! It is great if you like people watching.
The offices at the narrow end are at a premium to occupy! You are allowed to use a full sized tripod in the centre pedestrian island as long as it's not getting in anyone's way. Try and take your photos early in the morning or later in the afternoon to get the building lit on one side only to add a bit more interest.
It is visible to everyone, although it takes time with scaffolding, it is advisable to visit it very early or early in the morning, it is safe and you will have better photos!
A beautiful piece of architecture, the Flatiron building is an amazing sight to see in New York. Whether you're there to see the building, shop in the many stores in the area, or just walk around in the nearby Madison Square Park, the area is a great place to spend your time.
Good place to sit and look at this paradigmatic city building. One Mr can stay hours and hours. Nearby one can enjoy eataly and eat something. There is a local lego for the little ones.
The Flatiron Building was one of the first skyscrapers built in New York, United States, and has that name for having the similar form of an iron. Classic photo, it has to be taken!
The best perspective from the door of the Lego store. Unforgettable. Beautiful building
Beautiful building in a wonderful city. Great vacation destination.
Curious and creative architecture by Daniel Burnham. With about 87 meters high, triangular base and its unusual wedge shape (whose rounded corner is 2 meters wide), they make it an original and unusual building.
An emblem. A different building that will delight photographers.
Unfortunately was not that great, because the spiral is closed. Still, $ 15 is not appropriate.
Beautiful, iconic building. As an architect I found this place delightful
it's a nice place to sit outdoors and drink a cup of coffee while watching the people go by
watching it on TV is beautiful, but watching it live is awesome and amazing !!!
fascinating architecture building. Very nice park nearby.
Great place to sit outside in the summer and people watch.
Great iconic land mark, so cool to see it in real life and don t the cool photo.. and it s completely free to do so, a no brainer :)
Mandatory visit in NYC ... but this time it was under renovation ... no good photos ...
Building with a very particular "iron" shape from which it owes its nickname. I recommend going to see it if you are in the borough of Manhattan. The Flatiron Building is one of the most famous and particular buildings in New York. It is not possible to visit it inside.
Emblematic place that you can not miss when visiting NY.
It was the first skyscraper built in the big apple, because of its shape it is said that it created a current of air that made the women of the time dress up ... take care of the windy days.
The Flatiron Building or its official name Fuller Building, is a skyscraper located on Fifth Avenue 175, Manhattan, New York, United States. The building is 87 meters high and has 22 floors and was designed by architect Daniel Burnham. After its construction in 1902, it became one of the tallest buildings in the city and one of the only two skyscrapers north of 14th Street.
Such a beautiful classic building that has so much character and is a great place for great photos!
The Fuller Building, better known as the Flatiron Building, with its 86.9 meters high when completed in 1902 was one of the tallest buildings in New York. Located in Manhattan, the building was designed by Chicago architect Daniel Burnham in the Beaux-Arts style on a triangular lot between 23rd Street, Fifth Avenue and Broadway looking towards the Madison Square Park Conservancy.
Admired for its particular shape, the famous "Iron" was one of the first skyscrapers to be built in NY in 1902, with a steel structure. Designed by Chicago architect Daniel Burnham, it was initially called the Fuller Building, after the construction company that owned it. Unfortunately, it cannot be visited inside, but you can indulge yourself in photographing it from different angles outside.
Its simply iconic! Go there, look and chill out on the benches
I love living by the flat iron District it is the HEART of Manhattan especially for Holiday's
Nice place with a nice square where the use of the internet is free and there are tables where you can sit down to eat something or read a book.
Iconic NYC building for its shape and position, serves only as a photo spot for most, if not all. Hang outs at the park up front or check out Eataly across.
A very old building. Good for pictures keeping the narrow edge in the background.
You walk in the area and you suddenly see this well-known building from the movies in front of you. Unique in its kind is in an incredible location and so so erect. You should go !!!
