Impressive building. Especially great is that after a long walk through Manhattan's streets in the square in front of the Flatiron Building you can sit on metal chairs and enjoy the view of the building.
You also have a good view of the building from the opposite Madison Square Park, where you can take a break.

Worth seeing, also because the metro station is very close, but without spending too much time.

Being the oldest building in NY continues to surprise

At the moment they are fixing it but you can still take good pictures

This building is so cool. You have to walk around it from across the street and watch it change shape before your eyes from rectangular to triangular to flat.

Famous landmark, nice place to sit and rest for a bit right opposite.

So this iconic building in typical daylight is nice, just like many other buildings that have an aura of presence in Manhattan.

To take full advantage of its beauty though you should do the following, go an hour before sunset, grab a coffee and sit on one of the chairs opposite the Flatiron, watch the world go by as you chill with the atmosphere around you watching the sun cast it's shadows around the Flatiron.

The building is very beautiful to see and photograph.
Definitely not to be missed, precisely because of its unique feature.
Built in 1902, it is 87 meters high and at the time it was one of the tallest in New York.

Quite an amazing building especially after all these years. Its architecture is unparalleled especially where its located.

The flat iron building is a classic icon of new York. Other than the statue of liberty, it is probably the most photographed place in NYC.

Quite an usual building in New York. Square is a good place to take pictures if the whole tower. Not far from the Empire State Building, just walk straight south on the same Avenue for approximately 10 minutes and you're there.

Great Architecture and clever design to build a magnificent building in the space where 2 major roads merge into 1.

From certain angels building looks flat and think and from others you can see the triangle wedge design.

The history on why the building is there and how the road that causes the problem (only major road in midtown/Manhattan to not follow the grid system?came to exisit is very interesting and helped create this wonderful building.

Flatiron is very famous in nyc. One of the best places for a photo in nyc.

Architecture lovers must especially see this building. However, if you are not crazy about architecture, I would still suggest to go look at it since it is one of the symbols of NYC. To me particularly, it is a symbol of the beginning of the 20th century.

Great sight with the possibility to take a break for a while with a great view of the building.

Historical. I worked there in the 90's for.... An interiorplant place.

Unfortunately it was just equipped, but still interesting to see.

Built in 1902. Beware of which side to get to the 23 street Broadway line, because it is not possible to switch to the opposite direction (that is true for 28 street).

A funny building very impressive when you stand in front of it and look at it.
