I recently purchased some equipment from nemcofoodequip.com and I must say, I'm really impressed. The quality of the products is amazing and the prices are reasonable. I will definitely shop here again.

Bought a steamer. Six months later the button goes out, they ask if we can do the install ourselves (saves them a tech fee). We replace it. 8 months later button goes out again. Now we are out of warranty. The button failure caused burnt wires and a terminal failure. They offer as a "one time courtesy" to replace the button again, but not the wire, not the terminal, and not the labor from a service company. They give a 2 day ETA for the button to arrive, I call on the 2nd day. There has been a "nation wide shortage of nemco buttons". I got the "last button" in America, and it's going to take 7 more days to get it because it's shipping from a different warehouse. Lol. Do yourself a favor, don't buy a nemco steamer. They are awful. Shout out to supervisor Chris Fisher for not helping. : )

I purchased a Nemco 57500-3 1/2" Easy Chopper III ...

I purchased a Nemco 57500-3 1/2" Easy Chopper III Vegetable Dicer through a distributor. Only 3 months after investing nearly $400 into this unit a blade breaks off entirely. I was told the warranty for a unit that is specifically built for the use of the blades does not cover blades. When speaking with someone in customer service there was no effort given to help resolve the issue.
