Notwithstanding its constraints due to its location, the Flatiron building still stands as an excellent example of turn of the (20th) century New York architecture. Interestingly enough, it was actually designed by Chicago architect Daniel Burman for the George A. Fuller Construction Co and originally named The Fuller Building. Currently encompassed by safety scaffolding, I walked right by it not realizing where I was until I turned around after crossing the street onto Madison Square Park.

Looking at it from the front square is a pleasure, it seems like a narrow paper. Excellent building with architecture and style design in NYC

The most special thing for me along with central park

It is easy to visit and there is a Madison Park, so it is easy to eat and relax.

Unfortunately the building is currently under construction. Lots of scaffolding so not particularly pretty, but still a nice place to see!

This is a great historic site. It's not a must see in New York, but I just love it.

Many things are changed and upgraded , new chairs, renewed walk away, new caffe, all around Historical Flatiron area and they are for good reasons :)

It is an impressive building. It is diagonal to the Lego Store. You can have a delicious beer in front of the building, in summer outdoors.

We were on a bus top tour and were able to get a great view of many buildings and sites in Manhattan.

Beautiful historical building in the middle of Manhattan

It's a pretty unusual construction marvel that impresses every tourist. However, at the time of writing, it is under restoration.

A very interesting design. The plaque on the east side of the building explains how and why such a quirky little building was built in Fort Worth. To the west is Hyde Park, Fort Worth's first park!

Historic 5th Avenue building !!! to visit even for just a few shots

I didn t enter the building inside, but I was happy to see this building from outside. It looks having something tradition. It is one of the landmark you should visit in midtown manhattan, nyc. I also like this old clock tower!

You can't really visit NY without seeing the city's iconic buildings. Especially the Flatiron building, while it's not as tall as some of the more famous towers, it certainly isn't any less spectacular.

The Flatiron Building is one of the most architecturally noticeable buildings in New York City. A must see. You can't miss it....

I like the flatiron building for purely nostalgic reasons. I used to visit the city and get gelato and espresso at Eatily and sit in the park and look at the flatiron. Now I struggle to relax b/c of the amount of stupid people clogging the walkways.

When it comes to neatness and variety, they deserve 5 stars. However, prices could be a little more competitive.
