Hip hop brunch was fantastic! Enjoyed every bit of my dish and the vibes. I enjoyed my blackened chicken over grits with a fried egg and hollandaise sauce . A must go!

Service was good until after I paid and 2 waitresses came chasing me down telling me that my payment was not approved (even though I received a receipt via email and it was taken from my account) and forced to walk back to the restaurant with them.....just to be told that it was approved. Makes me wonder if being Hispanic in a wealthy area played a part because this didn't occur with anyone else.

There is no better place to get craft beer in North Texas. They are the OG craft beer bar in DFW, their whiskey selection is second to none, and the food is always incredible.

Great gastropub with a decent late-night menu and lively staff!

I don't normally write reviews, but I felt I would be doing the world a disservice by not spreading this information. The food at this restaurant is fantastic! Everything we ordered was delicious. Try the Notorious P.I.G., you will not regret it. I'm not sure what the sauce on this burger was, but I'm confident it is made from, or comes directly out of unicorns.

Decent prices, good service and comfortable atmosphere.

Mac and cheese with the smoked Gouda was delicious. Service was ok. That s where the good vibes end. Other entrees were just meh. Very loud, hard to hear the other people at the table. Server asked if we wanted our check while we were still eating. They seemed to want our table. We were happy to leave quickly once we were done and let someone else yell across the table to their dates.

Great food. Definitely go here if your boss is taking everyone out for lunch. A little on the pricey side with a cobb salad going for $15 but hey it's on the company's tab. The fish tacos were delicious. But small enough portions that an appetizer and dessert aren't out of the question.

Hip Hop brunch had great 90s music and awesome drinks!

Such a cool place and is definitely one of the most unique in Frisco. Lots of unique food choices and they taste fantastic. Definitely recommend if you're looking to try something new!

Hip Hop Brunch has become my favorite event! The food is delicious and the tropical mimosa is SO good!

Love coming here on my lunch break for a variety of craft beers and good food. They always have the tvs showing current games and the out side area is cozy. Staff is friendly and helpful. I think they're getting sick of seeing me. Lol

Must call to make a reservation! The hostess wasnt very friendly. I got the chicken pot pie and shared it with my mom, I recommend this dish.

Sub par in most areas, grits were ok but there is a $2.00 charge to sub anything. The $1.00 un toasted English muffin was sent back to be toasted and returned a butter soaked still un toasted mess.
BCT sandwich was ok also but nothing I would come back for. Service was ok but I didn t care for the raucous Easter Sunday rap music. Hundreds of other options in Texas this one is not for me.

Amazing food and beer selection! The notorious PIG is the best burger ever!! Service was amazing and atmosphere was well worth the trip!!!

Nice selection if beers. Service was timely and friendly. Food was solid. They were out of salmon and redfish the evening we were there along with french fries. We will return again.

A bit slow for a weekday business lunch but food was great.

Slow service, decent food, VERY loud
We sat down and it was just some quiet music playing. After we ordered drinks, they cranked up the hockey game so loud we couldn t even have a conversation. If it had been that loud to start, we would have gone elsewhere. Asked them to turn it down, and they turned it down to like 98 instead of 100 on the volume knob. What a joke!

Looks like a decent place, but no social distancing

The food wasn't very good and the service was very slow.

Worst. Customer service ever. Waited at the bar for 15 min, made eye contact several times and still no service. I suggest not a good place to go.

I am sad to say that I am very disappointed in our experience the other evening. we sat at the bar to eat and have a couple of cocktails. It was 8:15. First of all the service at the bar was HORRIBLE! One girl, one guy. They were too involved in to this one particular group of guys that it was like the rest of us didn t exist. Mainly us. Our drinks stayed empty for over 10 minutes while they just chatted it up with this large group. I don t know if they were regulars, friends, co workers. But it was their only focus. Then by the time we were waited on to order it was 8:45. My husband decided to go with the all you can eat wings. Okay perfect. 5 minutes later his first plate comes out. Immediately when the bartender set the plate down he said oh and it s last call for wings . WHAT? Before 9pm? And you didn t tell us this 5 minutes ago when we ordered? So we have the choice to order a bunch them right? Nope he said he could bring two more orders (orders are only 5 -6 wings each). Okay so it s not really all you can eat? Meanwhile the people they know next to us are catered to once again and they brought them out several orders of to go wings. we were told it was the kitchen to blame and he couldn t do anything about it. Okay cool so my husband got 18 wings for all you can eat wing night before 9pm. Not about the food. It s the principal. He was actually fine and full. again we sat for 10 minutes while eating with empty drinks. We finally decided to just yell and interrupt their conversation. I post this in hopes that management will see and make some changes. The food is good. But sometimes service is more important.

My first impression was good drinks, above average food, great atmosphere. Worth another try but the chicken fried steak was supposed to come with mashed potatoes. They did but it was a very thin layer beneth. Did not feel it was great value for the money. I will go back to see if I ordered wrong or it was an off night.

My favorite thing about this place is the live music, although it can be a little loud. I prefer the outdoor patio over sitting inside. The food is your standard comfort food but is pretty good. A little pricey but relatively average for the neighborhood. For drinks, their mules are good but I do NOT recommend the Skittles sangria. It was gross. My friend couldn t even finish her s and never wastes alcohol.

I liked the beer selection and all the food we ordered was yummy. The staff was very friendly!

Between 3pm-4pm, you cannot order actual menu food. Only appetizers. Menu is VERY small unless you're looking for alcohol. Also, there was a hair in the appetizer we did get. Waiter was really nice, but this place needs to get it together and have a menu that lasts all day. Oh, and I even the Dr. Pepper was flat.

The food was great, but my favorite is a tie between the brussel sprouts and bison meatballs. We went during trvia night and had the best time!

Despite their sign responsibly open none of the employees were wearing masks. Servers seemed oblivious to the ongoing global pandemic

We went to community table to try the all you can eat wings. The dry rub and spicy bbq wings were both good. My husband and I both had the ahi tuna salad. It was terrible. The quality of the tuna was so bad you couldn t even cut it. It was the worst I ve ever had. We both left the tuna and ate the rest of the salad. Our server, Kaitlyn B, was great and very friendly. She noticed that we had both not eaten the tuna and asked about it. She apologized, but I was a little surprised they didn t give some kind of discount. I definitely wound not order it again.

My husband and I went to this restaurant last Saturday night for the first time. This is why we give one star.

- On the first 15 minutes, the waitress cut our conversation and kept hurrying the appetizer order for 3 times, then another waiter and asked for the appetizer order (it was not that busy, there were still 2-3 tables open)

- Chicken pops appetizer was undercooked, saw red bloody part near the drumstick bones

- The waitress served water with earwig(
photo attached) , I mean does she not watch what she is serving?

So we called the manager to notify the earwig problem in his kitchen and told him that we are uncomfortable to try the entrees those we ordered. He didn t even apologized, but he told us that the appetizer was on the restaurant and walked off.

We definitely would not return to this restaurant because of how unsanitary the kitchen is, horrible, unorganized service and undercooked chicken.

I came here for happy hour recently, and I was very pleased with the offering and the prices. Half price appetizers and cocktails helped is select this place over others, and I m glad we did. I tried a couple of cocktails. Both were good, but my fave was the Spring Fling (if I remember the name correctly). Now I m not sure I d want to pay full price ($11) for these drinks, here or anywhere else, but the HH price was perfect. We had the pretzel bites, fried pickles, and Asian wings for apps. Enjoyed them all, with the minor complaint that I wish the pickle slices were thicker. The breading was good, but the pickle slices were so thin that there wasn t much pickle flavor.

Better than average gastropub. Unique appetizers. Had the Kobe Beef Corn Dogs, the burger and the Risotto Carbonara. Good Trivia Night.

We popped in after dinner on a Saturday night. It was a fun atmosphere with good drinks. The bartender lady wasn t the nicest but wasn t rude either. I ordered the traveling pig, good whiskey cocktail. We are coming back to try the food.

Expensive, mediocre food. Music was so loud at the brunch it was difficult to have a conversation.

Eggs were nicely poached and the patio is a great place to spend a Sunday morning. Our appetizer came out after our entrees so we sent it back. Hip hop was too loud if for a quiet brunch and conversation.

Been a few times and the food is always good. Last time I had the chicken bacon ranch flatbread and it was amazing. The only bad thing is that it was not a permanent item on the menu. My husband loves the coffee flavored beer and Biggy Smalls burger. Service can be hit or miss.

Great people, great food and great service. Being the minority mainly but didnt feel out of place at all. Everyone was friendly, including the customers. We danced with each other and laughed. During times like this, we needed the laugh and love from all backgrounds

Excellent food; had the chicken and waffles. Delicious. On the weekends they play old-school hip hop during brunch. Wait Staff attentive and friendly. A great meal experience.

Great atmosphere and music for hip hop brunch (we sat on the patio as the weather was great). Food was very, very bland and they don't even have salt/pepper on the tables. Anything with meat (breakfast tacos
grilled cheese) had barely enough meat to see/taste. Service was VERY slow. Our drinks went empty multiple times and took forever to refill, we had to ask more than once for things like cream/sugar for coffee and actually got up several times to get things ourselves. Two drinks we ordered off the brunch menu were out of stock (we got there at 10:30 before it got crowded). On top of all this, an 18% tip was already included in our checks (party of 6 adults, 1 toddler). Not sure we'll return as there are enough other places with better food and service.

Stood at hostess booth for 5 mins place was slow. 2 waiters walked past me and even bar tender looked over an no one greeted us. I told waiter I'm not just standing her for fun can we have a table please.. he had a theatrical attitude for stopping him and asking. Sat us down and we waited for someone to still come and greet us for 10 mins I got fed up and walked out! Unbelievable!

First time I ever tried chicken and waffles as a meal and it was sooooo good! Customer service was also amazing!

Went here on a Thursday night for dinner. It was a nice vibe, pretty quiet. We got the corn dogs, which was delicious! Decent portion for $12. We split the chicken fried ribeye which was pretty good as well! We were full with just that app, entree, and a side salad. Would like to come back and try some other things on the menu. Also they have $15 all you can eat wings on Thursday after 5pm if that speaks to anyone!

Great food but prepare for terrible service. I brought the family here for a fun Saturday hip-hop brunch but unfortunately our table was ignored for about ten minutes. We had to ask the host a few times before we finally had a server visit our table. Once we were visited our server was apologetic (it wasn t his fault) and we ordered. We ordered drinks first but they didn t come until after our entrees came out. Honestly, it was so disappointing. I wanted to like this place but the experience was pure trash. Based on my experience, I d never recommend this restaurant to anyone.

I'm obsessed with this place!! Their brunch is amazing and their bloody mary is in my top 5 all time favorites! You cant go wrong with anything on their menu and my husband loves the rotating beer list!

Just an overpriced burger in a high priced location.

Their potato chips and fried pickles are crazy good. A bit sad they don t have shiner but they ll find good beers to substitute if they don t have what you like. Their food is good and the atmosphere is casual so it s a good place to hang out. If you work at the star mention it and they ll give you a discount.

It would have been 5 stars if they accommodated for people who are high-risk and want to follow CDC guidelines. We chose this place because they said they were safe. A person in our party is high-risk with multiple pre-existing conditions, but they started packing people in RIGHT next to us. We asked to move but they still sat people next to our new spot. The waitress confirmed they were crowding the restaurant inside and outside. With this, plus multiple waitresses and hostesses not wearing masks or wearing it below their nose or chin, they obviously don t respect the LAW. Wont be back until they care about public safety.

Definitely recommend this place for the Sunday Hip Hop brunch! I would recommend going early because of the popularity.

No lunch menu and the food was just alright. I ordered the short rib hash and the meat was almost beef jerky. Most just ate the potatoes... $17 potatoes :(

So loud! You cant really have a conversation with your table without screaming. Terrible table right by the pick up area for drinks. Make a reservation or you will have to wait or get terrible seating. Food and drink is very good.

The beer and whiskey selection is nice. The food is really good. The service was good. The only reason I knocked a star off is that I didn't get the whiskey I ordered they brought me some other Scotch)

Very good craft beer menu although it doesn't stray out of the ordinary like the cocktail menu does. We haven't had the food at the Frisco location, but the food is excellent at the Dallas location. However, it might be difficult to get a table on the weekend for a group smaller than 6. We couldn't make reservations for a group fewer than 6 and the tables were for "reservations only." There are too many equal, if not superior, options in the immediate area to turn so many people away.

Never a table available, call to reserve a table and you won t find one. Also they discriminate against families with children. Shame on you

Good food..to many people not wearing their masks walking into the restaurant and also leaving.

Environment /vibe is pretty cool, but the food and drinks are mediocre (especially for the price) and the service is horrendous!!! Dirty dishes, extremely slow service, all of our food was brought 20-30 minutes separately so some of my friends were paying while I was still waiting to even get a plate to eat. And then had the nerve to add 18%gratuity. Should ve only been been 8%. Definitely won t visit here again.

Had several group lunches and happy hours here. Food is good with some bizarre dishes. The general group consensus is always that it was a good choice

Walked out before order at 10 am. Sun. Why? Music cranked up a weekend club. Had to tell three times for no relief. Way too much effort to visit across the booth. Pd for $3 cups of bitter coffee, no question, no fix, who cares? Bring your outdoor voice and ignore the words your kiddos will feel to the beat! Come On!
