Tight as hell and a lot of time wasting here for unloading,came here on appointment and had 2 trucks ahead of me

Worked there for 6 years, a total waste, they will treat you like dirt and try to crush your spirit

Forget appointment times got here 25 mins early stuck in line for over 2 hours one to 3 docks for beer loads. Supper slow process. Seems like the staff needs more unloaders on the beer side. Get drivers in and out in a TIMELY MANNER. We shouldnt have to sit here past 2 hours to unload.

If you are Truck driver don t come here. You can come, if you want to spend your whole day .... Worst place. Truckers, avoid this place!!!

Place is a joke..they play favorites with regular drivers and unload them first..

Arrived 30 minutes before the appointment. Took an hour. Unloading 3 hours.

No problems at all. I got there early and they took me. I was gone before my dock time
Other places need to take lessons.

Wine and spirits deliver to south side. Go in 2nd driveway by train tracks, room to turn around in back on west side. Unload at doors 4-7. Fast unload so I'd wait until you have room to maneuver. Shallow with a brick wall in front of More

I love my rep. The rest of my experience with this company is horrible. Called in order on Wed. No delivery. Called back. Response from Break Thru customer service was Friday or Saturday. I never recieved the order. Now it's Sat. I cannot speak to anyone. This is normal bad customer service from this company!

Pain to get to .. tight area .. go around back if your in a big truck and turn around...but otherwise pretty decent to deal with. Nice enough folks...

As a truck driver this is one of my least favorite places to go to ! they have outgrown their building very tough backing in and out!

Off of I 94w take exit snelling turn right at light left on university street then left on prior it's on right hand side wine delivery on the back of building ..right address is 429 N prior ave .. for wine delivery no gates at entrance. Good one truckers

We work@ a bar n sell your products !! We Never get calls to see what is needed ?? When we Finally do hook up your delivery guy is Awesome w bringing it to the cooler r leaving it out front... Of course we Always Need to stock your products !? Any Ideas or help with this issue would be great !? Thanks

9:30am an appointment. Checked in 8:40. Out 9:35. Unloaded.

came early and stayed behind the building by railroad track. Overnight parking there. at night there is no cars but will in the morning. Its wine and spirit building.
check in starts at 7 am. I walked around the building at 6am, as google said they are open. but turned away and came back at 7am. then will give you clip board and put it back of the trailer as you dock.
got lucky as they took me early, my dispatcher said 8am appt. but receiving said 10:00
we were the first waves of trucks as soon the staging lines were packed also with packaging delivery truck. which they use opposite side building dock. It gets crazy but with each other's help we managed. one driver was nice enough to dock his truck in 45deg angle at cross packaging dock so we could move out with no problems.
they will give clip boards to all the trucks coming in as they park and wait. once you get a door they are usually quick between 1 -2 hours unloading time. no restroom I know of, might have port-a john but not sure. I wouldn't take the load if it wasn't for long haul from PA. so tight and some workers park the cars at packing building front of the docks. so good luck.

Tight docks on liquor side. Beer goes to northside liquor goes to the South. Quick unload nice people

Dang, by appointment only, been here 12 hours now, they were closed when I got here, checked in they said appointment is for 12:45 that's another 5 hours. I'm only 62 miles from home. Only 1 other truck waiting to unload.

I was on here yesterday just looking for hours of operation and saw the reviews about long unloading times. So thought I should come back and update the reviews. Was there today for a 9:45am appointment and was done by 11am. And the two trucks next to me were done in pretty short order as well. Easy to work with people, no problems.

Bring a lunch, was here for 5 hours. Not much room either for big trucks to maneuver...

Fairly quick and easy. Somewhat Tight parking, liquor unloads out of doors 4 or 7, can park overnight!

This company does some shady deals I would never do business with them. They way they treat their employees is absolutely appalling. Stay away do not work or do business with them.

Overall not a bad experience. Arrived at 11:10 for an 11:45 appointment. Had 2 trucks in front of me. Average unloading time per truck is about an hour. The lot is by no means spacious and if you get here too early you will have to go off the lot and wait until your appointment. The people are friendly, but you can't expect much more from a warehouse this close to downtown.

Got here early to my delivery. They started unloading me 10-15 minutes after I got here. Very nice people. It is tight in here with a lot of trucks in here so be careful when you come here to deliver.

This place was not bad to unload at all but I dropped off in the back of the building .....

Extremely high volume of business goes through here. Extremely competent crew to go with it. Definitely call ahead to verify appointment. Show up too early and they will put you in line around East side of building next to train tracks.

By appointment only, unloading very slow, very tight space, they got overnight parking behind the building before bridge take a right behind the building there is a parking,,,,, I got here 30 hours before my appointment time and they didn t take me!

Worst will call service!! They make you wait and wait. This is the 4th time been here and I never had good service. The people working at the desk don't care. The workers in the warehouse don't care. Whoever runs will call there should get a good talking too from management. Hate coming here!!.
