This was one of my favorite stays at a hotel. The list is long for why. Hotel staff was friendly, there are cool door bells for your room, they bring very delicious, smooth coffee right to your door every morning, the bath towels were extra long (which even a shorty like me loves), the lemon mint shampoo was everything, the king size bed and pillows we had were so comfortable, it was across the street from a beautiful botanic garden, had a cool vintage letter box thing near the elevators, a cookie delivered every night with the next day's weather, the list goes on! We stayed here for a conference just across the street so very convenient. We didn't eat at the restaurant though, but we did stop at the vending machine in the basement a couple times throughout our stay for some snacks, especially because there is not really a CVS or Walgreens type store for miscellaneous items you may need in walking distance. No diet pop options in vending besides diet dr pepper, so that was weird. Overall, very pleased though. I would stay here again.

I booked the hotel in order to attend a concert. At the last minute, the concert was postponed due to an illness in the band. When I called to change my reservation, without even asking me the date that I would be needing the room, I was told very rudely by the lady on the phone that they had no availability for the date I needed and that I would be charged for the room that I had booked because I had not cancelled within the 24 hour window. When I explained that I had not received a 24 hour notice on the concert postponement, she stated that the hotel had nothing to do with that, and it was not their problem that I would not be coming nor was it their problem that they could not accommodate the needed night. She then stated that they would not agree to allow me to change to another night unless I told her right then what that night would be and that even then, there would be additional charges.

This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had with any customer service representative. She was rude, and totally unwilling to provide any options other than me being charged for something I was not able to use through no fault of my own.

Do NOT book at this hotel. If this is an example of their "customer service", I am glad I will not be staying there.

When you arrive at the Colcord expect to be greeted by an extremely efficient, professional, and courteous valet staff. The fabulous odor in the entryway is intoxicating. Insider advice - charge a couple of their candles to your suite and enjoy them at home. The bar staff are very friendly and make you feel welcome. In a city with some superb hotels, the Colcord sets itself apart. Tip well my friends. They deserve it. 11/10!

My choir, The Late Show's Gospel Choir, formerly of CBS TV'S "LATE SHOW with David Letterman," stayed here before performing at the Devon Tower for Hobby Lobby's exciting Christmas Party 12/11/2019. We all had a fantastic one-night rest at this hotel. Memorable trip! Hope to return in 2020!

Staff is very hospitable, rooms are great, and the restaurants have delicious options (We enjoyed breakfast the most). Best hotel experience my family and I have ever had! The Colcord will be our go to hotel whenever we are on OKC.

Couldn't ask for better service, I would definitely stay here again. the only downside is that the hotel is showing signs of age and is in need of maintenance. Our suite had some stained pillows and a few stains in the hallway carpet as well, there was also stained walls and more than 1 switched which did not worked, hence the 4 stars other than that it would be a 5/5

Attended an event on the second floor terrace and the room was beautifully appointed with an unbeatable staff. I spoke to many of them and they were all friendly, professional, and poised. Congratulations to the management for a seamless experience.

From the moment you pull in to the valet drive, you are treated with the utmost hospitality at the Colcord. This is truly a luxury hotel and the history has been excellently preserved, without making you feel like you're sacrificing any modern conveniences. I highly recommend this property and next time I visit I would really like to try the Flint restaurant as well.

The colcord is a very great, comfortable and relaxing hotel. We stayed in a corner king and it was very spacious. The view was nice but could have been better if the windows were clean. Overall we had a great time.

This is Huge thank you to CJ who works valet at the hotel. Had he not offered to help me I would still be stuck in the parking garage wedged between 3 cars and another extended cab truck. He is a gentleman and a class act!!!

Great service, beautiful rooms. Flint restaurant on the first floor has great food, ordered in once and ate in restaurant once, both equally impressive. Prices at the hotel and restaurant are reasonable especially considering the quality. Just a short walk from Bricktown where you'll find a variety of food and entertainment. Will definitely visit again next time we spend a weekend in OKC!

If you are a veteran who has remotely any problems sleeping or has bad dreams and are working through it. My experience with with staff just walking in at 9:45 in the morning while the do not disturb sign was on, set me in a mild panic from a dead sleep. Didnt get a plausible explanation for said incident. I am to assume the staff member knew we were in there because of the do not disturb sign, and just wanted to get her work done so did what she had to do to get us out.

Service, shuttle, view, & the suite we stayed in were all very nice. We had chocolate covered strawberries & champagne as well. The strawberries were wonderful, champagne was good, but a tad more on the bitter side than I prefer. Coffee the next morning was good, plenty of cream which I certainly appreciated. Overall we had a great stay & easily recommend

We ate at Flint. The drinks were amazing and the atmosphere was great. The food was good, although I'll make a different choice next time. The sauce in my Bleu Cheese Burger was a little too strong.

The Colcord is a beautiful hotel in downtown OKC near Bricktown. One of my friends got married nearby, but we prepared in one of the rooms at the Colcord. Great furnishings and a lot of character all throughout the hotel. Way more expensive than I can afford, but I enjoyed getting to check it out!

Check-in was smoothe even though it was very late. My husband had mentioned it was our anniversary and the staff had champagne and strawberries in the room chilled and waiting for us.

Our room sparkled with lights from the Christmas displays and ice skating rink in the park. Even though it was 60 plus degrees, our experience staying at the Colcord is the first time it has felt like Christmas.

The room was clean and spacious. My favorite was the large tub where I was able to enjoy my champagne and strawberries.

The Colcord, with original architecture and exceptional service, is now our new downtown OKC hotel.

Reserved a suite for our wedding anniversary - couples retreat package... were told about the spa tubs, champagne in the room, etc.
We were excited to check in and see our lovely room, but the girl at the front desk felt that messing with her phone for 2-3 minutes before greeting us was more important.
We arrived to the "Accessibility" suite with no tub and hand rails all over the bathroom area. I called down and they said they told me that during booking and that was all they had available (NOPE - You didn't).
We set our champagne service for 7PM because we had dinner reservations at 8PM. At 7:30, still no champagne - we left the room. When we came back from dinner, it was in our room... a little late.
We set coffee service at 7PM. At 6:40, the pounding on our door began - coffee. Maybe the staff isn't allowed to wear watches??
The guy at the outside bar was very nice and very helpful, but that was the only bright point of our stay. I would not recommend nor stay at the Colcord again.

My son and new daughter-in-law had reservations for Saturday night March 10th, but upon arrival were told they were overbooked. They sent them to the Skirvin (who had no room) and eventually to the Marriot.

How cold and incompetent can you be to not make room for a couple on their wedding night that had reservations confirmed 3 weeks prior.
