I have been there twice, for meetings and events. Both visits were consistent with what you would expect. What stands out most is the staff. Everyone I've encountered has been gracious, friendly and attentive.

It is a little overpriced, but it is in a very convenient location. The drinks were great, and fairly priced. The wait staff was a little overwhelmed, but they did a pretty good job of helping each other out.

Beautiful lobby, incredible rooms, impeccable service from front desk and valet team. The one problem was housekeeping. We stayed for 3 days and there were small misses (not replacing towels and toiletries). Nothing major. Other than that, would have given 5 stars.

Oh and the Alexa Echos in the guest rooms are a very nice touch... and the turn down service with the delicious cookie. Lastly, the tea and coffee delivery in the mornings = !

Luxurious room with nice view of the city. More upscale and charming than the chain hotels. Would have been perfect but NONE of the staff were wearing MASKS, in the middle of a pandemic. That is unacceptable. Fortunately we had minimal contact with them. Also, there is no breakfast option on site.So gave service only 1 star.

If you are in-town for the week or just the weekend, you must come to the Colcord Hotel . There is the choice of FLINT - a nice laid back feel, yet the food is anything but with an upscale flavor. Or if maybe something with a little more business/cozy/romantic feel is what you want, your call, try VAST in the adjoining DEVON TOWER!
Whatever your needs for a relaxing morning - morning tea or coffee and a newspaper or getting your business day started, they can take you where you need to go with there shuttle service. Try all the amenities, you won't be sorry.

Was very disappointed that they would not allow me to make a reservation. I cannot comprehend how you turn someone down for a stay for their business trip, especially while paying with a gold American Express card under the basis of being 20 and not 21. That is blatant discrimination. Fortunately for me the renaissance was happy to disregard their 21 rule for me when I explained the situation.

Everything about this gorgeous hotel was wonderful. It was quiet. The room was immaculately clean. The ladies at the front desk were polite. The guy who valet parked my car was amazing (wish I remembered his name). If ever I need another staycation, The Colcord Hotel is where i will go.

Had a great stay at the Colcord. Amazing room service and awesome bar in the lobby that makes a really good cocktail. Great location to walk to anything you can think of downtown. Great meeting and conference rooms too. Definitely would recommend this hotel for families and or business meetings/retreats.

Amazing Hotel. If you are in OKC and want a nice place to stay, this is it. The staff was very polite and helpful. The room was very clean and taken care of. The only thing I wish we knew was that parking is either in the parking garage next door or Valet.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Anytime I needed anything, they were quick to respond and curteous.
The room I was in was a suite. It was clean, recently updated and classy. Plenty of room for my friends to come visit and hang out.
The coffee was delivered on time and was delicious. The best part of the stay was the convenience to the downtown area and to Flint.
Every night the bed was turned down, the tv was turned on, and a cookie was delivered to my room with a card with the next days weather written on it.
I can definitely recommend the Colcord to anyone coming to town or having an event.

First time here in Oklahoma City! I loved it here! Everyone here is so friendly, and the hotel is definitely a 5 star! Will be telling my family and friend's to come here! It was worth the 5 hour drive from Texas to Oklahoma.

This is pretty much the most awesome hotel ever. They handwrote me a card for my birthday and delivered a bottle of champagne to my room compliments of Colcord. The bed is so comfortable and the rooms are very clean and nice. They've added Alexa voice since I visited last which is kind of cool. The Flint restaurant is really good and my wife and I get the biscuit sandwich with the Nueske's bacon brought to the room every time we stay. It's a must and the coffee carafe is incredible. Overall an awesome experience, we didn't want to leave.

Went to Flint for breakfast, it was very delicious. The wait staff were extremely nice and the food was above par. Enjoyed being close to the Cox center and not having to move the car between breakfast and the event.

Won a free night as a door prize at an event. Booking and check in was easy. Has some nice deco charm with marble and wrought iron accents. Room was spacious and well decorated. Got dinner at Flint downstairs, which was delicious. Only weird thing was turn-down folks left the TV tuned to Billy Graham. Free coffee in the morning was fantastic.

Excellent customer service. One of the quietest hotel rooms I ve ever stayed in. Also, they had incredible blackout shades. Slept until 9 AM with no issues. My only suggestion would be to make an upgrade in bedding..

It was awesome! Spent the night here for my wedding anniversary and it was a blast. Room service was great and the building was very pretty. They also gave us a 50$ gift card to the restaurant inside the hotel as an anniversary gift!

We really enjoyed our stay here. We got a romance package and it was amazing . Champagne , chocolate covered strawberries , matching robes, snacks, dinner & drinks at the restaurant downstairs (FLINT). The rooms are neat and decorated with beautiful decor and furniture. Wonderful experience and I highly recommend!

I love staying at the Concord. It's a beautiful older building, but the rooms are spacious and comfortable. The staff is great! The restaurant, Flint, is very good too. It's right across the street from the Cox Center and near Brick town and the Myriad.

Very disappointed with this visit compared to last years visit after Thanksgiving. Towards the end of August we reserved a room which included valet parking and free breakfast. I m tired of trying to get them to refund the $29 for our breakfast they charged to our room when it was supposed to be free. The people and staff are wonderful but not impressed with their billing resolution. Too bad... it s a gorgeous hotel and is very comfortable, clean and a superb location. If I have to call more than once to rectify a billing dispute, that s one call too many!
Update: Upon seeing my review I received a phone call from one of the managers who apologized for the mix up and credited our statement and also an additional credit for our trouble. This is such a great place to stay!! I am anxious to go back and stay and see the OKC Thunder play at that gorgeous arena and don t forget to take your time to go to the Botanical Gardens across the street from the Colcord Hotel. Thank you for contacting me and making this right. I m giving 5 STARS to such a classy place to stay.

Incredibly nice hotel. The staff was very friendly and ready to help with anything we needed. The bed was very comfortable. All technology was modern. No complaints but parking, and you can't really get away from that downtown. A valet service was offered for $25 a night

The hotel is really nice and the rooms are big and quite. The bath tub was also great, other than the lack of shower curtain. Water gets everywhere. Staff was very friendly. We asked for wine glasses and they brought them in less than 5 minutes. 4 stars for not having a hot tub or pool like a typical hotel and for lack of explaining the park situation over the phone. I don't go downtown enough so a friendly heads up about the parking would've be great. The place is obviously pretty expensive and you are definitely paying for the location. It's very convenient to walk to brick town. Check out was noon, which was nice after a night of drinking.

This hotel was great! Old fashioned but very very clean with a trendy modern decor and very beautiful. Very spacious room and cool shower. The staff was extremely nice and the cheese plate and room service were great. Still walkable to bricktown, but we learned they have a complimentary shuttle 24 hrs (black car service) to Bricktown. No pool though. :(

We stayed on April 29th 2015 on my soon to be wife's birthday! Little did she know I was also planning to propose!

The entire city was booked due to all of the events! This Hotel was amazing to us! Very pleasant every time we needed anything! As a gift they left complimentary champagne in our room for the special occasion!

We stayed in a very spacious suite with a great view of the Botanical Gardens. It is a beautiful Hotel and has an amazing outdoor/indoor resturaunt/bar. Also just a block away from Bricktown and the Chesapeake Arena!

We have stayed at The Colcord many times, including our wedding night. The corner king rooms are sumptuous in every way. The suites are very large with luxurious linens. Some friends bought us the robes as a wedding gift and I still wear mine all of the time. After 8 years, it shows very little wear which speaks to the level of quality one can expect from the property. The furnishings are tasteful and the rooms have neutral decor. Room service is always good. We even met Carlos Santana at the check in desk on one memorable occasion which was funny because we were staying there because we were going to his concert that night. The hotel bar is really nice, not loud. A colleague and his wife trade anniversary planning duty each year and he was stumped so I recommended a night at The Colcord and dinner at Mickey Mantle's. He still thanks me because his wife loved it! The location is perfect for Bricktown activities or Thunder games. Everything from the marble everywhere to the beautiful elevator doors screams old Hollywood glamour. It's definitely worth the price. I know the Skirvin has a fabulous history and has been beautifully renovated but the rooms we have had there are much smaller than the rooms at The Colcord.
