Great rooms, wonderful staff, the signature smell is incredible, and there is food and bar on site (sidebar... The drinks are uncomfortably strong and not in a good way... But we'll let that slide because the location is great and the outdoor area is comfy)

Very nice hotel. Friendly staff and great accommodations.

It was ok. Definitely not a 4 star experience as it s rated. 1 valet/bellman was incredible (he was the black guy that s been there for 10 years. That man needs to be in management or something. I watched him take care if every individual coming through that place. But the rest of them didn t even open doors for us, they just stared haha! The morning shift of the front desk people were kind but the 2nd shift was incredibly rude. The beds were like cardboard. They charged us for valet automatically and we didn t even valet. I hate when people assume. Thankfully I checked the receipt and got it removed but it should be more professional than that and they should have a system where the front desk people know what s going on. Small things matter when you say you are a 4 star rated hotel . So all in all.. it was ok wouldn t come back.

Had a professional meeting at Flint. The staff was extremely attentive and helpful. My colleague and I ordered an appetizer with drinks. Both were served quickly and tasted spot on. Flint's specialty drinks are a high recommendation! The prices are higher than average and match the higher quality service and products that we received from Flint. Great job.

We had drinks at the bar downstairs before a concert at the Chesapeake. The location and atmosphere were great.

My mom, sister, and I were at the Colcord two nights for a girls weekend in OKC and could not have been more pleased with our stay. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful - we were greeted promptly by valet upon arrival , had a quick and simple check-in process, and received help with our bags to our room. We took advantage of the complimentary shuttle service on our nights out on the town and it was wonderful - we never waited more than 10 minutes after calling for them to come get us. The room itself was extremely clean, with very comfortable beds. Also, the shower had great water pressure - a must for us! The hotel restaurant was still closed for renovation, but we didn't mind as the complimentary hot breakfast was excellent and the staff was so polite and accomodating to any of our needs. The whole experience was terrific, and made our weekend in Bricktown that much better. I will reccomend this hotel to anyone!

I recently stayed at the Concord with my wife and son during a long weekend. Our experience was less than perfect as our room wasn't cleaned and our shower leaked under the glass door. Employees were friendly and the valet service was nice, but I've come to expect a bit more for $180/night. The front office manager did refund some of our money for our troubles, but we probably won't stay at the Concord again. Hopefully you'll have better luck than we did if you do!!

Fantastic hotel, excellent service fm the minute we arrived. Super room had everything and more, food varied and delicious. Good location for seeing tourist brick town area.

It was beautiful! Everyone was helpful.
One thing is the house keeping should clean the bathroom walls because there were steaks down it from the shower. Other than that super clean and nice.

Food was so so. Expensive drinks for the town but a good looking bar.

We ate at Flint's for lunch during the ComiCon. We really enjoyed it. Not much more than eating at the event.

Top notch wait staff at their in-house restaurant, Flint. I am an old school type of person, so I appreciate that there not only is valet services, but that small thing of opening the doors for people. That is how I was brought up. It's a courtesy shown. Honestly, there are those out there that come to assume they deserve it, but whether they say thank you or not, these guys open the door for everyone. Yes, even a working class man like myself. Great job, Colcord!

Our experience at the stunning Colcord was 10/10 even before we arrived. The staff was incredibly accommodating, making sure we had a hot meal delivered to our room even after we were delayed to a 10pm arrival, generously offering a complimentary room upgrade, and being extremely dog friendly was just the icing on the cake. We will definitely revisit and we re so grateful for the wonderful hospitality.

Thanks to The Colcord Hotel you can host and event, or eat at the hotel restaurant Flint which is 5 star restaurant as well. The proximity of it to the Devon tower provides an alluring view. A Must Go.

We love the Colcord. Always have a great stay when we visit OKC. Their complimentary bedtime cookie and morning coffee are the little touches that make us love our experience. The hotel is beautiful and filled with historic charm. Looking forward to our next stay!

I just stayed at the Colcord for 4 nights for a business trip and the hotel was fantastic. I had a lot of things to coordinate in terms of special deliveries and the staff was very helpful in making sure everything was in place when I arrived. I had a suite which was a good size with two rooms one bedroom and a full living room. Everything was clean and well kept. The restaurant was also very good, great food, and fun bar area. My team all stayed here and so in total we had 3 rooms and everyone was very happy with the hotel and agreed it was a step up...elegant. Special thanks to all the staff that helped me out as I was a little high maintenance this trip: Shaniqa, Shea, Lee, Brandea, Peyshence, Shareca.

All around excellent experience when we were at the hotel for less than 24hrs. Upon arrival, everything was taken care of from cars to bags to providing a microwave and bottle opener, without having to barely ask. Dinner at Flint was also exceptional. Can t wait to come back!

Stayed there Thursday for the Tom Petty concert! I was charged $200.00 extra for cleaning fees! I was accused of smoking in their room which never happened! They also charge you $25.00 to park! The bathroom walls were disgusting & you can't see the view from the filthy windows!! Watch out for all the hidden charges!!

FLINT had outstanding Sunday brunch. Would definitely try it again.

Excellent hotel, it's historical and amazing. Parking isn't the greatest but you can look past that. Would highly recommend to anyone staying in OKC.

In the heart of Oklahoma City, comfortable, beautiful renovation of a historic building. Too bad you do not have your own parking space or garage.

Very quiet, reasonably priced (on an off-peak night), super clean first class lobby & accommodations. Well equipped fitness room, Dumbells up to 75 lbs, all new equipment. Highly recommend it. Valet parking costs extra.

The hotel is in a very nice spot in town. It is very quiet and neat. Employees were very nice and accommodating. Also the restaurant attached, Flint, had amazing breakfast.

Attended a meeting in the Wright room at the hotel. The room was well laid out with plenty of room and the chairs were comfortable. Location was easy to find in the hotel.

Relaxing atmosphere with an amazing staff very helpful. Not over priced and professionally mixes cocktails.

Filthy windows obscured what would have otherwise been a gorgeous view. The coffee that was reserved for morning never made it on the list. Interrupted 3 times by 2 people about payment method and that cash isn t accepted and someone was coming to the room to get the cash payment?! No ma am you re not. Turn down service is creepy-don t care for someone coming into the room while we re out, turning lights off that I wanted on. Bizarre. Soap smells good

Stay for okc marathon. Staff was great we brought our dog and staff made us feel welcome.

My girlfriend and I went on a cross country road trip and had a reservation to stay at the Hilton Skirvin right around the corner from Colcord. When we arrived that hotel was closed without even so much as a phone call to tell us, so we drove to Colcord and thankfully they had a room for us. It turned out to be a blessing in disguise. Colcord turned out to be a really great place, lots of charm and class - the location is great as well! We were able to walk to the Federal Building Museum, Bricktown and Scissortail Park. We loved OKC and will definitely return to Colcord when we come back.

I got tired of waiting 15 minutes just to go downstairs. Could you get a working elevator please?

Hotel was breathtakingly beautiful with wonderful architectural features. Hotel room was clean, nicely decorated, and offered wonderful views of the city. Hotel was conveniently located next to venue at Myriad Botanical Gardens. Service was exceptional. Staff allowed bridal party early check in to get ready for event without any additional cost.

Had a cancellation of my plans so decided to go to Bricktown in OKC. Got a room at the highly-rated Colcord Hotel. We had a room with a view of the botanical gardens. Awesome.

Flint is a good place for drinks after a hard day at work

The Colcord is absolutely gorgeous. The front desk agents are super friendly, and the valet guys have some real hustle.

We stayed 2 nights last weekend for a little get away and I am so pleased that we chose this hotel. It was clean and updated, yet it is still full of charm and little touches left from the early 1900's. It was incredibly quiet too, we never heard a neighbor or anyone in the hallway even though there were guests in the rooms. The staff was very friendly and the valet parking was fast, friendly and they validated which was really nice. They also offered a shuttle service which I thought at first that we would never take due to poor experiences with other hotels, but they were very fast and we never had to wait for them. It was quite convenient on the one rainy night we had. I highly recommend the Colcord Hotel and we will definitely be back on our next get away.

Stayed here for a Thunder game. Best location, very good service. The rooms are nice and clean. We loved the fresh coffee service in the morning.

The room was amazing! Decor was lovely. Lots of room. Very nice bathroom/ dressing area. The only minus was our shower control was broken, so no way to shower. Hubby not too big on baths.

This hotel is absolutely amazing. The staff there is extremely friendly and helpful. We were there for our Anniversary and had such a blast. It is about 3 or 4 blocks from Bricktown so we used the Lime scooters to get everywhere we needed. We also had some car issues and the Valets did everything they could to not make us feel embarrassed or rushed. This hotel made our stay even that much more enjoyable! Definitely stay here if you get the chance!

A beautiful historic hotel with great rooms and service. Not much for kids to do, but a great place for some adult time.

Overall a great room. Walls were a little thin but it was a nice room and the staff was really nice.

An excellent Hotel especially for the price we paid which was very economical. The restaurant is delicious as well.

Loved the service, spent a night for my husband's birthday. They were very nice and caring

I booked the penthouse suite for two nights, one for the day before my wedding, and then my wedding night. When we got there on our wedding night, the room wasn t cleaned, bed wasn t made up.

Bed was uncomfortable, and it didn t have the penthouse feel. I was frustrated especially with the amount of money spent. I shared my frustrations with the front desk, but seemed to be unheard.

My sisters and I always stay the night together before any of us got married, and this was the first time to stay at the Colcord, and unfortunately this will be the last.
