Visited as someone dropping people off at the hotel. The valets let me leave the car temporarily without any fee while we were unpacking and bringing things up to the room, which was nice. For longer stay, free street parking is generally available after 6pm right by the hotel too (not overnight). Overall a nice hotel up to standards

I cannot see why some previous Reviews have been describing this property as a dump.

This Hotel has the cleanest rooms of a huge amount of Sheraton's and other Hotels I have seen so far and I travel for business every week!

The Hotel Design might not be the most modern one but it is well maintained and it seems like People working here take pride in their work and the Property itself.

The odd think at this Hotel is the Bar / Lounge and the Bartenders - they are certainly not on the height of the Bar tending standards.

Overall - Staff is very accommodating and has helped me with all my request.
Also the Club Lounge serves excellent prepared Food and even Beer and Wine (r/w) is complimentary here.
At other Sheraton's you have to pay for this extra!

All the best - and I can only recommend this Hotel.

Expensive parking. The air conditioners are inches away from the bed. The bathroom sinks have no room or counter space for much more than a toothbrush. The lighting in the room was terrible. It was actually dark.

Wonderful hotel, the beds are comfy and clean, room amenities are great although could use a microwave in my opinion. For so many people on the hotel WiFi it works fine, one issue I have in my room is that the TV powers off at random times and needs to be power cycled to work. I haven't brought up that concern to the hotel yet but will later today. Staying here for the Power Morphicon event in 2016 and nothing beats walking out of the hotel and into the Pasadena convention center!

Older property. Under construction, likely renovations during visit, no proper lobby except for after following a long handicapped accessible ramp? Very small rooms, loooooong corridors and long walk to get to room. Clean, nice, can imagine would be great if you had business or pleasure at the convention center. The parking lot elevator goes directly to the rooms, even after hours though (is that secure?). Solid C in my book, probably wouldn't return.

My family stays here when they are visiting. Very nice hotel, great vibes and beautiful outdoor seating. This hotel is close to many stores and restaurants. This is always a first choice when in Pasa.

Hotel is in the middle of a renovation but we were put in a renovated room. Nor immersed. No full length mirror. No mirror, except in the bathroom so hard for multiple people to get ready at once.

The rooms are Very clean and very well maintained.
The beds and pillows are the most comfortable I have been in at any Hotel.
Staff were friendly and helpful at any hour of the day or night.

Went to the front desk to find guest laundry only to find they have none, and I was directed to a laundromat a mile away. Even the crappiest 1-star hotels have guest laundry! What a joke! I'll never stay at a Sheraton again... I guess they're just too good for us peasants to do laundry at their luxurious establishment... They can kiss my butt!

The beds were comfortable and the room was nice. Only problem was the slow moving elevator. We were on the second floor and spent one morning waiting 10 to 15 minutes for an elevator. Not very accommodating for my friend on a crutch.

This place was in a cool area of town I enjoyed my stay here for sure and a good thing about this place is the price of room service is cheaper than a lot of place. I think they got their own restraunt and dining area party/ event space and all.

I was so disappointed by this hotel. For starters, it's hard to get to. Second, its grossly overpriced and misrepresents its amenities. For example, it claims to have a Starbucks on premises. What it actually has is a small bar that doubles as a Starbucks for part of the day with an extremely limited menu and about 5 or 6 stale pastries. Nothing here is complimentary either...no breakfast, free parking, nothing. For the prices they charge, would it kill them to offer something comp'd? The only good thing I can say is that it is right next to the Pasadena Convention Center which made it convenient for getting to my conference. But I wouldn't stay here again.

The room was smaller then expected i also walked out back to have a smoke where there is clearly an ash try and trash can and an employee said i could not smoke there so when i tried to go back in where we was he said no and that i have to walk to whole way around the building and come back in the front i will not recommend this hotel to any one i know

This location is at the East end of old Pasadena. Attached to the Convention Center which if you were here for an event would be practical, but close enough for a walk down Colorado Blvd. Enjoyable facilities, rooms are modern with very comfortable beds.

It was a really nice hotel that was close to several stores and the convention center. Its 20 minutes away from a lot of different places like Hollywood. The two things that I didn't enjoy were constantly having to get new keycards because they didn't work and the elevators were pretty old.

Expensive. Rooms are clean, elevators are slow and feel really old. I paid a great deal to stay here and I still have to pay and additional $20 per day in parking. Also, no coffee offered ?? Who does this ?? I have to pay for my room, pay for outrageous parking fees and I still have to buy coffee from the hotel in the morning !! Bottom line is... I will never stay here again.

Personally, I love it, and to my family, the place is also very nice, very elegant, and the staff very helpful, the margaritas very rich, the person who was at the bar was very kind thanks
