That place is so great maybe too fancy but all around it was a great experience

Terrible service valets drive through the lot at 30 miles per hour not stopping for anyone no respect for anybody terrible place to stay

It was cool to walk around and see the lake - if you park by the chapel, there are a bunch of free spots!

I was there for a reception, it was pretty great, EXCEPT during the toast champagne was being served.(being that I'm underaged they served it to my boyfriend (only 20) and when the mistake occurred it was handled very poorly. We were patronized, and then the drink was snatched out of his hand. Everyone at the table was a witness to a very embarrassing situation that could have been handled appropriately. Very unhappy with the staff.

Went to the Golden Bee for the singalong. So much fun! Food, service, and beer was excellent, though a bit pricy. Highly recommended!

I recently stayed at the Broadmoor for business and I was very happy with my stay. True 5-star service. They do a phenomenal job of training their staff to be attentive to the guests and their needs and the grounds are kept to an almost magical standard. I ate all of my meals on the property and the food and drinks were divine! Be sure to visit the Golden Bee- a fun English pub on the property. I took many walks around the lake and was able to come very close to a lot of deer, squirrels, and birds. I also visited the spa and received amazing service there as well.

My one complaint would be the walk to my room (the north side) had me walking through a hall with many service and staff-only doors, which is no problem to me, but I did see some of the magic "die" (if you will) when I passed through this area. Some staff members finishing up their shift would not hold open the door or share the hallway in passing (I would have to move out of their way). Not changing my rating because I think we all know what it feels like to go home after a long day and turn off work, but I do think some employees could improve that experience for guests that walk in those areas.

Beautiful day to walk the grounds at the Broadmoor. Lots of deer outside and all of the employees were very helpful and friendly. The paddle boats are no longer available for public rental, but relaxing on the chaise lounges lakeside was still wonderful!

There is no other place like the Broadmoor. We got married on the south terrace last year, and we have plans to return every year we can. Every meal I've ever eaten there was scrumptious. Our last waitress was pleasant, polite, and was one of those servers who was excellently absent when not needed, but right at the table side when anything at all could be done to improve the experience. It is truly a 5-Star Hotel and Resort in every respect. This picture was taken with Google Night Vision, and no filter. The experience will match the landscape.

The salon scheduler lacks attention to detail. She made an appointment for my two best ladies today, and when the ladies arrived for their treatment, the scheduler said the appointment wasn't entered correctly. She made no attempt at remediating the problem. This is NOT five star sevice.

This property is beautiful! Their service is outstanding! All resort employees were polite and helpful. The ammenities are top notch and the holiday decorations made the resort feel festive. The many deer on site were almost like pets, they were not scared of people.

The Broadmoor is a great place to visit for the views and great food. Staying twice has been excellent and I would recommend for anybody whom enjoys good food and lots of things to stay busy with.

How can you go wrong at this stately treasure? Decked out for the holidays, it takes on an even more beautiful ambiance. The ginger bread house is not to be missed. Nor sampled!

Very pretty Christmas decorations. Great service. Gratuity is included in the bill at most of the restaurants but that's fine (some people are cheap and don't tip) and always remind you when they bring the bill. Very nice room as well, although the pillows were a little flimsy.

Every single employee we encountered showed catered to our every need. I felt like absolute royalty and will be going back!

I don't think I've ever had a shorter massage than the one I had here. They tell you to come 30-45 minutes early to get checked in, change, etc. I got an 8an appointment time for some reason... Who wants to get a massage at 8am? I arrived 30 minutes early and they weren't open. I called the number listed and they told me that the spa wasn't open until 9am. I told them that they gave me an 8am appointment and needed to know if it was doing to open or not. Someone finally arrived and I had to wait on my massage until 8:10. My "50 minute massage" lasted 30 minutes and I was leaving the spa by 8:45. The massage itself was ok but not good. They clearly didn't care about giving a decent service since most of us were there for a company function and our company had already paid for the massage and gratuity.

Everything about this place is it outdated, over priced and done half way. The rooms haven't been updated since the early nineties, food was bland, bowling lanes weren't working, and they have disorganized staff from check in to check out.

The Golden Bee is the best! We've been coming here for 3 generations

The staff is friendly, attentive, and professional. The rooms are gorgeous and fully equipped. The grounds are beautiful. Fitness center is adequate. The only disappointment is the mandatory 20% service fee on everything on the grounds, put there "for our convenience."

The Broadmoor is very elegant and place to go. Just be prepared to open up your wallet when you go, because it isn't cheap.

We went for Sunday Brunch and it was awesome. Enjoyed the walk around the water back to our car. Everyone was very nice and loved looking at all the pictures and the wall where all the people who were there for shows or visited.

Called ahead for the Bee House and tried to make reservations. They stated they were booked. We stopped in at 4:45pm and they were empty

Beautiful resort and golf course. Its a bit depressing knowing people are spending more money for a weekend than I make a year after 10 years in the Army.

A truly 5 diamond experience. The Broadmoor is on par with the best resorts in the world. Even if you aren't staying on property be sure to visit to just walk around the lake and enjoy the amazing views. If you're looking for food options there are several amazing places. The Golden Bee is as wonderful Irish Pub that is a must. The Penrose Room is as upscale as you can get and is an elegant and delicious experience. Ristorante del Lago is a wonderful Italian place. I also highly recommend the spa is you are inclined as it is the best I have ever been to.

Felt like royalty!! We wanted to cancel our vacation plans and just stay on the grounds all day! The room service was expensive but completely worth it - best breakfast!!!!

What an amazing experience! Christmas time is an especially lovely time of year to visit. The stores, restaurants, ambiance, service and grounds are spectacular.

The Broadmore ruined Christmas
We spend every Christmas at the Broadmore. No more. The staff was so rude on Christmas. Our friends were meeting us on site and they wouldn't let them on the property because they didn't have their own room.

What an amazing place. Like Disneyworld for adults

This was a very special brunch to honor the National Western Round Up Champion Parliamentary Procedure Judging team and their coach. The staff made it very special for them.

I am about over the Broadmoor. They have just built too much. What used to be a unique, old world gem, has turned into a modern convention complex with too many people, too many cars, and too loud. They have ruined the ambiance.

The only 5 star hotel in Colorado.
