Great place for a get together and to enjoy the scenery.
Great place for a get together and to enjoy the scenery.
I was there just visiting the bradmoor but every one that work there was super friendly!
Everything about this place made me think of the Titanic
Visited the area with a group of friends. Stopped by the broadmoor after the museum across the street. Both worth the time.
Amazing customer service and stunning place to stay. Five star hotel.
Went to the Sunday Brunch and it was a magical experience!
We attended an event at the Broadmoor sponsored by Papa John's for military families. The staff, location, and food were excellent. I am greatly appreciative for the Broadmoor's hospitality and would recommend them to anyone.
Beautiful place. Excellent Customer service. Definitely a five star place.
We did not stay at the hotel, but we attended a three-day conference. The facilities were great! Bathrooms were clean, as were the ballrooms. Staff were friendly.
Exceptional history is displayed all around the Broadmoor. Art, historic location, golf and a bowling lane in the bar complete a great day trip for any group of adults.
Where the for a children's choir performance. Sound was good.
A five star resort, for a damn good reason..and works to maintain that rating...
Love it every time I visit! They've redone the main lobby, and it is beautifully decorated! This year's gingerbread Broadmoor is magnificent and a must-see!
This is a very well established center for businessmen and woman to get together while traveling through colorado. It is easily accessible from Colorado Springs airport and offers a wide variety of shops, restaurants and things to do. Also a work in progress because they are still striving to do even better. Very admirable indeed.
I love the Broadmoor! Truly wonderful location and staff, and everything about it is beautiful. Stop by if you have the chance!
Amazing resort. The staff were so polite and friendly all The time. I havent been that relaxed in years. It is very expensive to stay here, but if its in your price range i highly recommend staying here. Also they welcome dogs. Dogs get there own bed as well and are allowed in many places around the resort.
Where do I begin? From paying their employees next to nothing, to infiltrating local government and media to fit their own interests - I can't even express how little this hotel benefits Colorado Springs. The true knife in the back was their attempt several years ago to close a fire route to expand their property, putting thousands of Colorado Springs residents at risk, knowing full well the devastating effects of the Waldo Canyon and Black Forest fires. If you support this hotel, you are supporting a blight on our city.
Such a beautiful place, very proud history. Employees could be alittle nicer. Very intense environment
Wow. Lap of luxury. Beautiful grounds, friendly staff ,very helpful. Brunch was off the chain awesome.
Ashley at the Player Bar was amazing. She made great drinks and made us feel very welcome.
Very beautiful, elegant hotel with turn of the century paintings. Beautiful, large rooms.
What can you say about this 5-star place. We walked around the grounds and had ice cream while driving from Milliken to the Great Sand Dunes. Visit the galleries in the main building for some beautiful art.
The hotel is gorgeous with spacious rooms and gorgeous views
This rating specifically refers to the experience going to the Broadmoor for cocktails.
The Broadmoor is littered with bars and restaurants serving alcohol, and different bars tend to have quite different selections of liquor. Prices are high -- 1.5-2.5x higher than other bars outside of the Broadmoor grounds, but this is made up for in excellent service, including bus rides from one restaurant to the next and vallet service.
Overall an expensive but enjoyable place to drink.
We had a drink by the golf course. It's a beautiful quiet setting. There is an adorable crow who loves to sip drinks and steal left overs. The golf course is spectacular. There is an interesting museum attached to bar. Prior to this we were here for the senior open but we enjoyed the serenity today.
Went there for my grandfather's 90th birthday brunch, service was incredible.
Great property! Lots to do, dog friendly, superior service AND close to Garden of the Gods!
Nice but overcharges for everything. not worth it. outdated. there are better hotels for this price.
Everything you d expect a luxury hotel to be. Well-trained, friendly staff. Great food and drinks available.
What an experience. Very comfortable. Amazing staff, and absolutely beautiful.
Easily the most luxurious hotel in town. Wonderful service, amazing food, impeccable grounds. Five stars all the way around.
I attended the Sunday brunch and it was just amazing!!! I'm glad my friend paid though
Such a beautiful place to just sight see, sit at the different restaurants and bars, eat and have drinks while relaxing and taking in the beauty of the mountains.
Most beautiful and elegant setting in the world! Love the international flavor of service
Really is the grand dame of the Rockies, you will not find better service and accommodations anywhere else. You owe it to yourself to stay here and relax while the staff takes care of everything
Took an out of town guest to see one of Colorado Spring's nicest venues. Had a great time.
Good family resort. Customer service is excellent. Would have liked to see at least one more kiddie restaurant.
The staff were wonderful. Sadly, smoking patrons were right by doors and blocking some open spaces. Dropping butts on the ground even though there were ashtrays. People expecting others to clean up after them even when there are places to responsibly drop towels. Sad to me. But the staff were wonderful and welcoming.
Need to get with the times. Scenic views are amazing, otherwise skip this place. Will not go back.
Wonderfully relaxing! Too bad the main bar is closed for renovations, though.
My favorite is PLAY! Fun bowling, and dinner experience, excellent staff, pricey but doable, fun date night, girls night,or family experience
My husband and I spent three wonderful days at the Broadmoor Hotel last week and now understand why it is considered one of the finest resorts in the country. The staff was extremely friendly and efficient, our room with a beautiful view was impeccable. There were many dining choices from which to choose, and the grounds are absolutely gorgeous. We took advantage of their "Cadillac Experience" and had the use of the car to visit the Garden of the Gods for a couple of hours What more could one ask for? We had one small complaint which the General Manager jumped on and corrected immediately. We will definitely return again next year for another anniversary celebration.
A good place to stay and have fun. Lazy and relaxing life here.
The Broadmoor is a great hotel and you will mostly get what you pay for. The rooms are luxurious and the service impeccable. There are multiple restaurants spread out among the complex, all with fantastic, though pricey, food and drinks. The primary downside to the resort is that it is run very much like a conference center, and there is the feeling that they are trying to cram as many people in the complex as they can. You will pay a strong premium for everything you do here; whether it be the rooms, parking, food, or drink. However, instead of getting an "exclusive" experience that you would expect for such a price level; you often find yourself fighting for things. Whether it be reservations at one of the restaurants or even just getting a lounge chair at the pool, the vibe was very much of a Disney resort rather than a luxurious mountainside retreat. However don't let such things deter you should you be interested in staying here, it will still be a very enjoyable experience.
Ate at the famous broadmoor brunch. Lots of variety and very good tasting food. Live piano made quite the setting. Only complaint is there could have been more types of food.
Everything it is hyped up to be. Golf, Spa, customer service, food. Beautiful property in a beautiful setting.
The hotel is located in a wonderful area beneath the beautiful Rockie Mountains. The scenery is stunning and the staff are kind and helpful. I would definitely return shortly for a stay.
Enjoyed the Sunday brunch. Kinda pricey but the variety and quality of food definitely justifies the cost. They lacked in any spicy options and hence the 4*. Would recommend!
Staff was professional. Food was okay, but overpriced for the event.
I was there this past weekend because my son was in the Colorado Elementary All State Choir. This was my first time going to The Broadmoor and WOW! Extremely beautiful and elegant and the staff was extremely friendly. I'm already planning a stay during the summer
Lovely place with a beautiful view, great places to choose from to eat and a beautiful lake to walk around.
Wow, amazing atmosphere, hospitality and grounds. I only had a beer there, but left wanting to come back.
Still the best hotel in Colorado. Amazing restaurants with 5 star food and accommodations. Don t miss the lighting during the Xmas period. Staff is extraordinarily attentive and go out of their way to ensure you have a great stay. Very close to the zoo and lots of walking trails in the hotel. Don t miss the beautiful lake particularly in the evening by the outdoor fire place.
Nothing but love and adoration for this almost perfect place.
I've stayed at a lot of first class properties but this is on a special level. No detail is overlooked and staff at every level is impeccable. Do not miss the opportunity to visit.
