Terrible first impression...
Their website advertizes a spa and stay package that is broken and fails out, it tells you this is an invalid offer
Clearly the webmaster isn't on the ball and there was no consolation when I called, I got hmmm yeah that is odd, would you like me transfer you to rooming?
???
I was anxious to stay at the only 5 star 5 diamond establishment on the north american continent.
Sort of speechless.
Very disappointing.
