Beautiful hotel with amazing views, as well as an amazing location. The only reason it isn't a 5 star rating is because of the price. This is most definitely not a cheap place to book a night :P However, there are many amazing activities to participate in while here as well as restaurants and bars that serve great food. So if you aren't afraid of spending a decent amount of money then this would be a great place for you.

Attended broadmoor for an event with 600 people in attendance. It was located in one of their halls. The location of broadmoor is gorgeous, in a wealthy district of Colorado Springs only 2 miles from Cheyenne mountain zoo. The hall itself was enormous, 600 people and had 4 vehicles inside it as well. Not only enormous but absolutely gorgeous and we'll kept, the lunch was delicious and the servers were incredible and easily kept up with the demand of such a large gathering. The bathroom was spotless and I couldn't be more impressed with the entire experience. Truly lives up to its 5 star rating.

Beautiful hotel, older aesthetic including oil paintings, gourgeous fountins and fantastic archetecture. The rooms are wounderfully spacious and quite comfortable. Staff is extremely curtous and considerate, attending to any need you may have. If you are willing to pay the price, the Broadmoor offers anything from a gym and spa to a world famous golf course. One of my favorite expreriences at this hotel incuding walking on one of their many paths around the lake in the late evening, I proceed to walk by (close enough to touch) a group of fawns just laying in the grass about a meter off the path. This hotel combines the older western feel of Colorado with a unique connection to nature and sleek modern touch.

It was a beautiful evening. Calming and relaxing. I especially appreciate how I was treated, considering I'm going in for my transfusion tomorrow. Jimmy Porcadilla left me with ease of mind, even for a split-second! Everyone was so nice and Jimmy seemed happy to accommodate me in anyway possible, making the night even more enjoyable. I can honestly say the hospitality was a breath of fresh air. Thank you for giving me a night I will treasure.

A must visit when at CO Springs! Classic historical resort. Landscape architecture heritage site. Museum quality art and sculpture. Remington, Maxfoeld Parish and many other western landscape artists from late 19th & early 20th centuries. High end shops and gem stores. Excellent service and we only visited for a few hours. The Broadmoor defined a destination resort over a century ago.

Went to the Golden Bee for a dining out with some co-workers. Tried the yard of beer and had the Fish and Chips. Food and drink came out quickly and waiting staff was friendly. Fun place but can be a bit expensive. Lovely atmosphere and the tradition of throwing the sticky bee on people is hilarious. Had fun and would definitely like to go again. Earlier you arrive is better for parking.

Incredible! We didn't stay overnight but in regards to the atmosphere, exquisite decor and attention told detail, upkeep of public areas and gardens/lake, and wait staff at the outdoor terrace, this is a phenomenal place. It was so soothing to be here.

Such an incredible place to stay! Great management, polite and friendly staff and very clean, our room was spotless!! They accommodated us so well, including our two dogs (Special thank you to Alan!) and we felt as if we were the only guests!!! Our only regret is that we could not stay longer. This is the best hotel I have ever had the pleasure of staying at! We will be back!!

One of my favorite places to visit in CO; it's perfect for an open weekend to dress up and explore the hotel. Every restaurant has amazing, sometimes cheap, options. The staff is incredible accommodating and kind, the rooms are cheaper than what I believe they're worth, and the bowling is definitely NOT you're grandma's bowling. Worth the drive every time, especially with the close proximity to Seven Falls and the Zoo (the view of the closely residing mountains are always a plus). It's always nice to be in an environment with nicely dressed folk and beautiful architecture. Worthy secrets are the library, the SPA(!!), the hidden luxury checkers, and (sometimes) playable pianos.

I have mixed feelings about the Broadmoor. It is undeniably a classy and elegant place. The staff are friendly and helpful and the grounds are beautiful. But during my recent stay, I was underwhelmed by the overall experience.

My wife and I spent our anniversary there and were disappointed with the room. For $500/night I expected better. The room was comically small -- the dresser drawers could not fully open without hitting the bed -- and the view (attached) was of the HVAC, through a disgusting tattered screen.

Overall I can't say I would recommend staying at the Broadmoor, although if you do stay there is plenty to enjoy.
