Beautiful, large property with fabulous staff. Spa, golf, paddle boats, fishing, hiking, fitness center, bowling, cinema and a large variety of restaurants. So much tho see and do yet it is quite expensive. $200 for 50 minute massage, with tip.

I had a spectacular experience at the Broadmoor. I got engaged there and I can't even explain how great the customer service was. We booked a room in Broadmoor west and they even upgraded our room for us! Dinner at the Penrose room was also amazing! Thank you so much!

We sat out on the patio for drinks and the view is beautiful. Drinks were a bit on the pricey side, but that is to be expected at a place like this. My chocolate martini was good. I would definitely come back!

Beautiful! Very luxurious. Property is stunning. Rooms are high end, clean, and spacious. Chandlers everywhere. Great attention to detail. Staff is very friendly. Shuddle price was steep, so we Uber'ed. Otherwise is was wonderful.

I was with a group that has our annual December lunch at the Broadmoor. We had a great meal at the Golden Bee then a little shopping at Luma. Finished the afternoon with a glass of wine in the Terrace Lounge.

We went to the Italian restaurant for our anniversary, and everything was absolutely amazing. It was a gorgeous night, the food was outstanding, and every employee we interacted with from the moment we walked in the door was extraordinary. Thank you for a wonderful memory!

One of the hidden gems of Colorado Springs. The entire property and surrounding neighborhood is stunning, serene and inviting. With a recent update to the lounge area there s now even more space to enjoy a coffee by the fire or play a game of chess. The staff is friendly and helpful. Love getting a drink and going for a stroll around the lake. The Italian Lago restaurant on the back side of the property is the most authentic Italian food we have even had besides that of actual Italy. Grab a Negroni and a view outside and you ll be loving life!

AMAZING time at the Broadmoor Hall Christmas buffet. The place was decorated beautifully, the food was beyond description and the staff was attentive, friendly and helpful. I cannot say enough nice things, If you haven't been.....you need to.

Probably the coolest luxury hotel I ve been to thus far. I loved running alongside the lake in the mornings to burn off the Amazing dinners here and they have a wonderful spa and gym as well. Definitely would recommend others to take the time and hike seven falls, it s mostly paved and has a cute little restaurant hidden. How everything is carved into the mountainside with the waterfall is also one of a kind. Within the hotel walls my favorite gem was the library next door to the ballroom - makes you feel like you re living in Beauty and the Beast.

The hotel was top notch and their service was excellent. The room was clean and comfortable. Food served in the conference room was delicious. The hotel was easy to find. The staff will try their best to meet your need. This is one of the best hotel in Colorado Springs.

Nice hotel, beautiful grounds, close to the seven falls park with free shuttle there which is awesome. Rooms are a bit expensive but they are clean, service is good, and the buildings on the grounds are great for coventions. Looking forward to coming back.

Has black mold in several buildings in BOH... pay is sub par. The venue is expensive and had protesters break through security more then once!!! Managers don t listen to employees and the workers are neglected.

It is a very beautiful place. We went to see the Christmas lights and it was absolutely worth it! This year didn't have as many lights as last year, but it was still gorgeous. The only issue was the incredibly rude staff at the coffee shop in the hotel. They were annoyed that we ordered a pastry with our coffee. Other than that, it is a place to see!

An absolutely beautiful place. Wonderful staff. Lovely grounds. Service is impeccable. I was a little disappointed we were in the main building and we had scaffolding out side both our windows with workman on them all day. So we could not open our curtains and the language was a bit harsh at times. Not what I would expect at the Broadmoor especially at those rates. I do not believe those rooms should have been used during their repair.

It's a really nice place. Very deserving of its 5 star rating. If I had to pay full price though I wouldn't choose it over a holiday Inn unless I was making a lot more money than I am now. Price for a Saturday during August was $400 a night.

The Broadmoor was spectacular. The people were so nice there. The employees knew my name wherever I went. It's a big property and I got lost a lot but there was always someone there to help me. I would highly recommend the Broadmoor they are really Five Star 5 diamond.

EXTREMELY RUDE PIANIST AT THE GOLDEN BEE! My young millennial friends and I make really good money and went on a Friday night expecting to open up our wallets for the high level of professional service that the Broadmoor and it's employees normally offer. The waiting staff was professional and friendly, but the pianist managed to sink our entire night with rude, under his breath, comments while we sang along to his rendition of old 60's songs. We were celebrating our colleague completing her master's program at 23 and were content on enjoying a few yards and singing along, enthusiastically. However the pianist routinely made snide comments about our singing ability even though we were the only ones to sing along with him the entire night, continuously tipping him, and trying to liven up an otherwise stuffy atmosphere. If you're a retired old timer maybe this is your place to be where enthusiasm is discouraged on a Friday night at 10pm. Highly discourage millennials with money to go. Much better places downtown to spend a whole lot of money.
