Attended the Lake Terrace Dining Room brunch and it was phenomenal. Five star experience through and through, from wait staff to atmosphere to food, everything was elegant and very detail oriented. The brunch offers something for everyone, with varieties of meats, cheeses, omelets, desserts, pastries, a sundae bar.... the list goes on. Also at the champagne brunch bottomless mimosas are included. Definitely on the pricey side but for a celebration or a special occasion you'd be hard pressed to find a better location. There is a dress code to be cognizant of, you can find those details on the Broadmoor website.

We stayed one night, to celebrate my birthday. Every single staff member with whom we interacted wished me happy birthday. The level of service at this hotel is unparalleled. Dinner at Ristorante Del Lago was magnificent. We had the chef's taster menu, and it was more food than we could eat, though we sure tried!

Took the family to the Broadmoor brunch to celebrate my wife's 50th birthday. It's expensive, but absolutely amazing! The food is out of this world, the coffee is great, and the atmosphere is very nice. The workers are friendly and very helpful as well. Highly recommended!

You don't even need to be in from out of town. Just go and look around. Everything is beautiful.

I mean where to start, will give it a try. Awesome, stupendous, wondrous, magnificent will be some of the words to describe the place. The staff is amazing, they will go an extra mile to ensure that you have the best experience of the place. The rooms are really comfy and every effort has been made including small details to ensure that guests have a nice and relaxing stay. Folks at front desk are really courteous and empathetic to your needs, the shuttle service is super, plenty of stuff to do at the hotel property or if you want to step out to see the local attractions they have shuttle services. Highly recommend to atleast stay couple of nights to soak the place and what it has to offer.

I only visited the Broadmoor because I was on the bus. This place is not photographer friendly. I went several years ago with my Mother and wanted to take photos of the swans and ducks, and a security guard refused to let us in. When I was little, my Mother and Aunt were employed here and my Uncle worked at the Zoo. We went to watch the swans and ducks frequently and didn't have any problems.

We visited the Golden Bee on a Thursday night. The service from our waitress was great but the wait was expected to be 30 minutes to an hour and at about the 30 minute mark they realized they forgot to put our names on the list. They offered us a seat at the bar for dinner but we finished our drinks and left. I don't know if it's so.ewhere we would choose to visit again.

Upon arrival we checked in giving my credit card and photo ID. The front desk checked me into the wrong room and charged my card $579.49. They checked me in again, now charging an authorization of $443.54. The manager couldn't explain this even though he pretended to. I had to cancel my credit card due to the charges that we unexplainable by management. We got our car out of valet when checking out and a tire had a nail in it. The mechanic said it looked like it had just been done or else the tire would have been flat. There is a big difference between excellent standards of customer service and being pretentious. The Broadmoor is pretentious with low standards of customer service. Staff in the restaurants were rude. The bathrobes were a joke and very worn. The price is worth it for amenities but definitely not service. I'm so disappointed because everyone raved about it before I went. I don't know if I will return. The only thing going for this place is the grounds. The restaurant dining is non-comparable to restaurants in NYC, nothing spectacular.

We stayed in the "Classic Room" with a king size bed. Perfect for a couple. The staff were all very helpful.
Note: 20% tips are automatically added to any of the Broadmoor Restaurants, and you can add more of a tip of you'd like.
Make sure to take some time to explore the hotel. There are tons of interesting photos, art work, and memorabilia.
The fitness center had free weights, 10+ treadmills, training coaches, exercise machines, etc. One of the best setups for a hotel/resort that I've ever seen.

Fancy, beautiful resort. If you don't mind spending a lot of money for a very fancy experience, this is the place for you. There grounds are immaculate, activities plentiful and the scenery is exquisite. I've slept in nicer and newer beds, and better kept rooms, but this had an experience unlike anything I've done before.

Beautiful Resort. It is very busy with conferences, groups and visitors. It is a destination for high tea or a nice dinner. I would also suggest it for brunch and bowling.
It is pricey, but you will get the service you want and need.

This is my all time Favorite place to visit in the Springs. Outstanding service, always sparking clean and well I call it the Heart of Colorado Springs. I have been visiting the Broadmoor since I was a little girl and it's so near to share this gem with my kids now. Walking around the lake is so relaxing and it's stunning! The rooms are the best sleep in town and the staff goes above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable. I haven't stayed in a room in a few years since my mom lives near the hotel but we always go up here to walk around, snack and enjoy the scenery. The cost is high to stay here but believe me, you get what you pay for.

The Broadmoor is truly a magical place to stay. I was here for a work leadership off-site and my wife came along with me and we both were blown away by the service amenities and the hotel itself. Great service from all staff from the valet to the counter to the in room dining service, everyone was simply top notch. The grounds are beautiful and there is plenty of space to sit and work, to walk, to lounge, and even to paddle a boat. We will definitely be back to visit the Broadmoor with our entire family, and plan to visit the zoo! Yes there is a zoo nearby.

There is something magical being here. It feels as if you've left Colorado to a far away destination. I also worked here and the magic is how the staff makes you feel. I still love walking the grounds. The history is also fascinating.

The service at the Broadmoor was exceptional! The servers, attendants and staff were amazing. I travel a fair amount and this service was better than any place that I can remember. In addition, the cottage I was in had a babbling mountain brook in front of it. This was an opulent abode nestled in the shadow of the Rockies. I would come back here again and again.
