Great place for a 3 star. Food at the restaurants was delicious and well presented. Staff and locals all very friendly. Wonderfully soft sand beach. Pool and ping pong tables, work out gym with casino next door.

We stayed a couple of years ago and the food is terrible! The room was recently rennovated, which really nust meant smalled strongly of varnish.

I stayed here for a week with my boyfriend and we had a really nice time! The beach was gorgeous and clean. We both really liked all of the restaurants and enjoyed the pool bar. The room was simple and very clean and comfy. The staff was friendly and we would certainly come again!

Great food, friendly staff and very comfortable rooms. Biggest complaint is that drinking water provided has a plastic/chemical taste to it. Snorkeling off the beach is fairly ordinary as it is sand and sea grass. However, with a bit of luck and patience there are plenty of sea turtles to spot. If you watch the surface of the water from the beach you can see them coming up for air.
There was 4 people in total in my group in which stayed at the hotel durring the week of September 25th, 2017
Durring our stay we had many unpleasant inconvinences. First begining with us being under the impression that it being all inclusive an with us paying off our trip prior to our arrival in Nassau, Bahamas at Breezes that everything was covered and taken care of, but Upon arrival we had to pay 200$ worth of deposits that they took for a room deposit This was unmentioned to us and was unknown of and could only be put on a debit card, Thankfully I had a card on me or we wouldnt of be able to do that. Secondly we waited 3 hours to be checked in to our room at the location because they where not ready for us upon our arrival. Durring this time we sat miserablly in the heat, with all our luggage.
After checking us in they informed us they didnt have rooms even on the same floor as eachother nor did they have us set up in a King bedroom, and a Double bed room as requested throught the agency while booking. We had to fight to get the proper beds, althought we still ended up on differnet floors. Once we began to explore and try to enjoy our trip other things came up. We were told this was a 4star resort durring booking. Unfortunately we werent pleased. Each bar area was open to us and inclusive but they were dirty and smelled like raw sewage making the bar area a place we didnt want to drink from, which again led to an expense out of pocket because we had to go buy our liquor from the local liquor store and pay cost of transportation to do so. The smell was awful surrounding both bar areas an lingered throughout the trip, that is completely unsanitary. While booking we were informed there was 4 all inclusive resturants in the facility for us to dine at. Unfortunatly we were not told that 3 of these where only open on certain days out of the week, and for 3 hours between the hours of 6-9pm, and that it is first come first serve with a 8item limited menu with very small portions. We basically only had access to the outdoor bar grill which consisted of hotdogs, hamburger, conch fritters and a crab salad and fries. The morning buffet for breakfast was always cold, and old. Again leading us to have to eat outside the facility and spending more money. The facility took pride in their nightlife clubs on the resort, unfortunately durring our stay they werent open, when we asked about this we were told that it mainly is on Friday and saturday nights only, this was frustrating because we were told it would be available to us and very busy and fun, again leading us to the city to spend more money in serach of nightlife entertainment.
Durring our stay we also encountered issues with room service, the room I stayed in was cleaned 2x in the course of the entire week, despite me leaving a room vacant please clean sign on the door. Constantly I had to search for cleaning women to locate fresh towels and wash rags and room ammenitys which became a nusance. The air conditioner was also broken in our room causing everything to become moist and damp including our personal belongings and even the bed because it was running moisture and not getting cold when addressed with staffing they said it was turned on wrong and they corrected it, although the problem continued to occur at this point we gave up and dealt with the moisture all over everything. These were just some of the issues we encountered. This was a huge dissapointment to us because we were all so excited prior to the trip, but felt very mislead and upset after encountering all these issues and more. We wouldnt reccomend this location to anyone in our future. This trip all in all cost us way more than what was intended and wasnt as relaxing as it should have been. I would highly reccomend spending your hard earned money elsewhere!

This place was an absolute disappointment. The food was terrible and the selection was very limited. The tap water was yellow and smelled like sulfur. The beach was overcrowded with solicitors because it is not a private beach. Way too many seagulls... they were literally swooping down and stealing food from our plates. There was a group of college kids there when we went. They were absolutely obnoxious and none of the staff had anything to say to them. I felt like I was at a terrible frat party for our entire stay. 10 thumbs down!
Always a good time, bartender Godfrey was awesome. He made our pool party experience out of this world. Definitely more trips in the future.
We stayed for 5 nights at Breezes Bahamas. We are frequent travellers and this trip has been one of our favourites. We had an issue with our booking of a private cabana on the beach which was immediately addressed by Dante the Food and Beverage Manager and rectified. Bianca is the most fantastic and attentive bulter at the cabana. She treated us like royalty. Our favourite waiter at the restaurants was Al Vano who went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our meals, even memorizing our drinks. The resort was lovely and our room was spacious, private and kept very clean. The beach is one of the most beautiful we've seen. The ocean was very warm. There are never ending activities. No reservation required at the a la carte restaurants. The food was out of this world. Just can't say enough. We will definitely be returning!
Stayed here while responding to Hurricane Dorian. Didn t have time to enjoy the amenities but the staff was amazingly accommodating and ensured my team was well taken care of! Looking forward to returning for a vacation soon!
My husband and I this will be our third time at this resort will be there this September we are also renewing our vows. The people that work here are wonderful and so nice and helpful food is good your never hungry entertainment is awesome looking forward 17 days left until paradise
My wife and I had a amazing time at this resort and the Bahamas. I would say it was phenomenal. Would like to say a special thank you to Antonio from the water sports, he was great, amazing and made our stay very pleasant and fun. Very helpful and took good care of us. Also a thank you to Shaunan who was friendly and awesome. My eye glasses fell a distance away in the ocean and He ( shaunan ) didn t hesitate diving in the water and getting it for me. Thanks a lot to the both of these guys for making us have a good time. I could say that these two guys are a great asset to the resort.

We were just there for 6 days. It is a beautiful resort inside and out. The beach was fabulous. No complaints at all. The staff were fantastic, so friendly, kind and always willing to help. Met Garfield, one of the managers and he went out of his way to give us coconuts. What a thougthful gesture. I love the way the Bahamians are always happy dancing and singing. I recommend this resort for folks who can make due with anything. I love the Bahamas and I will be back someday to this resort.
I booked two nights at this hotel for my birthday. I was beyond disappointed by the rooms and the smell of the hotel. I ve stayed at really nice resorts and this place is really a stretch by being considered a resort. Mildew; Moldy and paint is the toxic combination you will smell. I asked to sleep on the lobby just to avoid this nasty place. The lobby was fun and open space, their night entertainment was cool the drinks were okay. The best thing they have is FOOD. I eventually checked out and went to Comfort Suites Paradise Island. Do Not Stay Here
The accommodations and facility are outstanding! Incredible staff. Value for the price can't be beat.80 degrees here while it's 20 back home

Spend enough time traveling around the Caribbean and you will get a fair and honest feel for what to expect in an all inclusive experience. Breezes Nassau was a complete disappointment. The entire vibe is that of a resort that could be so much more, but isn't. If your idea of spending a vacation is going where consuming large quantities of speed rack, bottom shelf alcohol and having to deal with the aftermath of over indulgences of said behavior of those around you, then you found your bargain. More appalling would be the allowance of 18 year olds to drink to beyond excess. If you are a parent who thinks it is acceptable to dump your child's lack of proper upbringing upon the masses by fitting the bill for a party till you puke extravaganza, by all means send your degenerate family gem here to further propagate the exemplary precedent you feel demonstrates what you did to raise a contribution to society. Meal service is more like standing in line at an ancillary services facility for a state college. There is a complete disregard for other guests amongst those that are present. Expect loud yelling and slamming doors, at all hours. Better yet, if you are gifted with a room that has an adjoining door, expect to feel as if you have bad roommates. The staff works hard as possible to keep the resort as well running as possible. However, as good as they are, they have no control over the clientele that seems to prefer to frequent this resort. All in all, if you are looking to have a special experience that leaves you wistfully longing to get back to the hustle and bustle of getting up to go to work at 4 AM and then coming home to take care of everything else, this is the place for you.
I was really disappointed this time. We stayed here last year and I gave it 5 stars. However, the food and service was excellent...but what the bars were serving was awful. Super sweet pre-made mixers with the cheapest liquor you could add! Even the wine and beer were the cheapest one could serve! We ended up buying our own good liquor...so a great all inclusive this isn't! This time we made a mistake of coming when groups of high schoolers were there. They were allowed to take over the pool and bars and were totally obnoxious to say the least! The bar staff was great even though they had to serve such awful drinks! I'll be questioning whether to come back!
Very nice overall. Nice people. Our room was right next to the elevator so very loud. People waiting not elevator noise. Food was good. I prefer buffet styles so i can control portions. They gave a lot of food in two larger restaurants. Water cooler but then again I have never been to Bahamas in January. Will try later in the year. Pay extra for the refrigerator and view. Some places this is a given but was not aware for the need to upgrade here.

Awesome resort, food was delicious the buffet and especially the restaurants. The desserts were phenomenal. All the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Everything was clean, and the room service did a great job of cleaning everyday. Pools are really nice and clean, pool table, ping pong table and foosball tables near the main lobby area we're really nice, great place to mingle and meet new people. Would definitely recommend breezes, definetly one of the better vacation resorts I've been too

Retro, could be a must in the 70/80 varied and plentiful food at all hours. Alcohol at will for cocktails lovers. The best? The conch fritters and crab meat salad served in the gazebo by the mare.Magnifica the beach, the most beautiful island.
Great staff. All inclusive. The food is really good. Even the standard fare and buffet. If you can't afford Atlantis I would recommend this. The rooms are decent. Maid service everyday.
The Breezes Resort.... Where do I start?? The place is very nice and clean, we absolutely loved it. We were sad to leave, I have never felt so at home. The staff welcome you, very friendly, the hospitality is amazing, they have fun activities and entertainment every night. You will meet lots of nice people from all over. The beach at the Breezes is beautiful and clean, the hammocks, water activities, and other sports are great. We visited Atlantis and only stayed for about 2 hours cause we couldn't wait to get back to Breezes, where you are treated like family. I give the resort 5 stars, the staff 5 stars, the food and drinks, 5 stars!!!! We love you Breezes staff and can't wait to see you again. We were sad to leave but we will return.
Went to Breezes a few years ago in the March. We didn't know when looking that it was Spring Break in the USA, which means the hotel was filled with young Americans all out for a good time. But got to say, they were all decent. There wasnt too much noise on the floors where the rooms were.
Hotel is fantastic, although looked a little tired. Nice pool, with bar and outdoor food area. Just watch out for the seagulls around the food bar, they steal your chips from your mouth!!
Beach is really lovely too.
We had a spa treatment of a massage, Marcian gave me my massage and he was such a nice guy I went back again for another.

We had a wonderful 6 day vacation. The staff was so kind and helpful. The food was great. We did eat at the restaurants of an evening, buffet for breakfast and the grill for lunch. traveling from the resort is easy. The beach is gorgeous and serene. the rooms are dated but clean and the beds are comfortable.
My best friend and I stayed at the Breezes for a short bday trip. I loved it from the second I got there. The lobby area is so pretty and colorful. We booked a classic room, but got upgraded to ocean view at no cost . It's definitely a laid back, relaxing resort. The entertainment staff did an amazing job keeping everyone entertained . Larry and Reno from the entertainment staff did an outstanding job hosting the activities by the pool side. It was a bit chilly when we went, so swimming in the pool was out of the question. It was nice to see such a great team working so hard to entertain the guests. Larry and Reno are also breakdancers. Both did an outstanding job at the talent show . All in all, beautiful secluded beach, amazing food and you HAVE to try their bahama mama drink. It's delishh. I'd definitely recommend Breezes Resort and Spa. I can't wait to go there again.

The only thing that bothered us a bit is that the pool is a bit old and unfortunately it is apparently not being renovated. In addition, the pool was probably not cleaned very often.

I really enjoyed the resort. Most of the people there could work on the customer service skills. Front desk was great, getting us settled into our room and helping us with anything we needed. Anyone on the beach and entertainment was excellent. The daytime food service outside was not friendly at all, everyone one has a day here and there but it seemed everytime I went there ( and it was on a daily basis) they were unfriendly and not helpful at all. Just seemed unhappy. Oh and Pelican Pub bartender, not friendly. But everyone else was great.
Don't get me wrong, everyone has a bad day, but leave your personal life outside your work place and do what your there to do, your job...

The hotel is quite bad.
The food buffet is poor, it doesn't have much variety.
the wifi is cut continuously, there are only 2 elevators for the entire hotel and one does not work.
the reception is the worst, there is a man named Kean, who only laughs if you have a problem, because to attend is quite serious.
The information is null, they explain nothing.
They lost our reservation and we had to pay $ 270 the first night to be able to sleep. The next day he got ready ... thank goodness!
Anyway, I do not recommend it at all and I do not understand why it has good reviews.

We had fun, its truly all-inclusive. Meals & drinks were plentiful and good. Activities were included as well. I did not like the room at all. Very out dated and felt "dingy". I wouldn't say unclean, but I would say dingy and uncomfortable...
My banks party was held there. Food was great and staff was awesome.
I visit this because my cousin got marry. They hot water wasn't working in which I'm miss rehearsal dinner.... I had to wash up in cold water. And which I reported it to the manager and they never accommodated me for it. 2. I want to go swimming but I never once did because the pool is so dirty. When I was leaving I was so much in a rush that I left my cell phone in my clothes in the drawer. When I got to the States I realized I left it. I called the hotel to let them know to find out that they never found my phone. But they had my clothes. SMH. The only thing that they did right was hold on to my clothes and give it to my cousin before he left. My cell phone magically disappeared. After all I went through they never accommodated me for nothing. I would never stay there again.

Breezes is a great place to go for the all inclusive experience. From ample food choices to the flowing drinks and sunshine, if you're looking to unwind, and not spend a fortune, check it out! Also, Wendy Anya is amazing as is Rosie the housekeeper. Wonderful people that really make you feel cared for.

The other problem making this rating low was the clientele of the resort. I know the resort cannot control who comes there, but the class of the visitors was low, bring down my experience.

Very enjoyable experience. The entire staff was pleasant and informative about different things regarding the resort as well as The Bahamas in general. Beach was fairly clean. Food was really good, a lot better than expected. Would recommend to someone traveling to The Bahamas. Nightly music can get a little loud if you turn in early, but you're on vacation so you shouldn't be!
The beach, views, and service was pretty great! That's why they aren't getting 1 star. However.... the rooms are too toxic to actually stay in. They have a severe moisture problem. Your bedding, flooring, curtains and even your own belongings are constantly damp from the air in the room. At one point, we were laying in bed and I look over and see black mold on my husband's pillow! Then the next morning I noticed there was black mold all on the curtains! When we mentioned it to housekeeping they didn't even know what black mold was nor did they know that it was toxic. She might have been playing dumb for the sake of the hotel but it was pretty awful. A few of our friends had to sleep with their balcony doors open because they didn't want to breathe in the air from the ac. And a couple were even sick from the toxic mold.
Out of all the elevators, only one worked then it broke on the day of the wedding we were attending so everyone was getting sweaty going up/down trying to get ready for the big day.
Sadly, there's more. They partner with some student travel company and have 18 year old high school graduates come in by the several hundred. During our stay there was 600 18 year olds. And the week we left there were 1000 more coming in, that's right 1000 kids at an adult resort. Due to this, there was no way to ever reach any of the bars because there would be dozens taking over and being so rude, vulgar and trashed. I understand they are paying to be there too but it is just crazy to have an entire resort taken over by teenagers.
If you get married there...don't let the officiant bring parents up to stand in front of you during your first kiss as husband and wife. Because it ruins the entire moment. Oh, and their resort photographer uses extremely old gear with kit lenses. Not professional quality at all.
The only peace you could get was if you reserved a cabana on the beach and had the beach butler service, which was great. If they didn't have that service, the stay would've been horrendous.
The 25 and up piano bar was great, we enjoyed singing along and enjoyed the peace from the teenage take over.
One other positive note...it is walking distance to Baha Mar.

This is a nice hotel all-inclusive right on the beach on the Northern end of Nassau... only about 5 minutes from the airport in a generally decent area... lots of entertainment live music and food... The all-inclusive package is wonderful because you can eat or drink whatever you want whenever you want for the most part. Just go order it and there you go. Buffets were pretty good and diverse enough to where you always find something delicious to eat. My only complaint is that there's no refrigerator in the rooms and they cost $10 to rent per day. This is only a mild inconvenience but I had bought drinks and such outside the hotel and I had no way to keep them cool
My BF and I went for his birthday and we had the best time. The people are all so nice and accomodating, the culture is inviting, the food was better than i thought for all inclusive. The alcohol selection is limited but that wont stop you from getting drunk af. If yoh have the money and the time, GO!
This Resort is the worst. I have never stayed in a place that smelled worse. The beds are horrible and older then my grandmother. She is 90.
Horrible experience food was the worst, and had to wait over 3 hours to get served.
The hotel was super clean, the kindness and attentiveness of the staff was absolutely superb! I came here on my honeymoon and would choose Breezes again in a heartbeat! There was always so much food that was prepared so deliciously to cater to all food cravings; the grounds were absolutely beautiful and well-maintained. My husband and I felt very much at home.
Shout out to Samantha, one of many wonderful servers for her sweet demeanor. I wish I remembered all of the staff by name so they can be appreciated for how wonderful they are!

Ava's beachside was the best . This is a great spot with amazing good and awesome staff. We are repeat visitors and will be back. Only complaint was the pool bar didn't seem to restock rather they run out and that's it for that day. Vodka, straws, napkins etc.

Me and my husband check in and when we arrive we had to pay a deposit that caught me by surprise of $100 for anything extras like using telephone or gift shop purchase overall experience was fun the staff is very attentative and polite unlimited liquor and food great housekeeping lovely place will definitely go back we even got a free upgrade on our room and they bake a birthday cake for my husband and deliver a nice free Champaign to our room as well they earn my 4 stars would have been 5 stars but 3rd parties purchases was clear that hotel didn't provide free airport transportation and deposit of $100 is needed would love to see hotel include a movie theatre as well that would be nice
This place is a huge disappointment. I've been all over the Caribbean in all inclusives and this is the only place that charges you for everything. Even bottle water, a mini fridge and even free bottles of beer are not free. The food is limited and they give you only a little portion when they serve you.
