Loved it! Me and my husband stayed there for our honeymoon for about a week and it's the Best resort I have ever seen. In airport itself, they have welcomed us and took us to this beautiful place. Suites are really good and clean. They have a big clean refreshing pool. They have a beautiful beach resort nearby. Food is also delicious in affordable price. Staffs are very welcoming and heart warming. So we don't have to worry about anything. This resort have everything we need. So just go, sit back, relax, enjoy in pool, beach with awesome food and scenic views. Never gonna try any other hotel in Bali, even in my next visits!!

Absolutely appalling. They double dipped our bill at the pool for every person, sitotaltriple charging. They were so desperate for the bill every time you order something they ask you for cash or pay on your card before you even finish. Room service would take literally 2 hours and they were so stingy with amenities. It s not a good beach and there s not much around you. We come to Bali often and this place is a rip off in comparison to other places. Don t bother.

The staffs were not friendly, especially the bellboy who brought our luggages to our room, he spoke too much, bragged about himself too much and was not polite. The room itself was good. We gave two stars because of the service not good!

Beautiful resort close to the beach and water sports area. Very helpful and cooperative staff. The pools are amazing. The entrance lobby is beautiful. The rooms are lovely and have a nice good sized bathtub. The morning breakfast speard has a lot of options to choose from. We really enjoyed the stay and had a great time.

If I could give Sakala Resort 10 stars, I would! We had our wedding ceremony at Sakala Resort back in 2019 and it totally exceeded our expectations! The decor was gorgeous, the wedding planning team was phenomenal, and the resort was absolutely beautiful. Unfortunately shortly our wedding day, I caught the Bali Belly which put me in the hospital for a few days. The day after my hospitalization, members from the Sakala Resort came to visit me at the hospital to make sure I was alright. This kind gesture alone already deserves 5 stars! Not to mention this resort hotel has an amazing continental breakfast buffet and their spa treatments are a must try! We're definitely staying here again the next time we're in Bali.

It's a lovely hotel but not quite 5* but you tend to expect that from countries that economically aren't as well off there 5* is not the 5* elsewhere. We upgraded to a villa which was huge and very well appointed could be cleaned better though as found several dirty spots , lots of industry spots and mouldy fruit around the back of villa in outside utility. Service is fine little slow but that's pretty normal for Bali I think overall giving it four stars as pros outway cons, does need beach beds on beach in front of it though this is a let down as not everyone wants to sit by the pool, also music by pool and throughout hotel needs to be turned down a notch or two overbearing at times, if I'd been in the hotel rather than a villa this may have become annoying. Modern decor a plus though and despite reviews we did not find it pricey for food but think that may be because the pound has a good exchange rate compared to US dollars or Australian ones. Would I stay again yes, it's only a few little niggles that loses it a star.

-Pas entering the room can be different from the one ordered, smaller but the message is a large room, but the complaint is straightforward - Not bad, in terms of rooms okay ... there is a stove, for those with families it helps -The room for 2 consecutive days wasn & apos; t cleaned for some reason, even though the lights to ask for cleaning were turned on. -If you go to the beach you have to cross the road, if you want to swim in the pool near the beach you have to pay lg (separate from the hotel) -The beach in my opinion is quite good, it's a bit dirty because ... lots of people are buying and selling -Food is okay, but it's a shame when there was a line up first -Far from anywhere

One of the best hotel if you decide to stay at Benoa Bay area, Bali. Room is spacious and modern. Breakfast is great. You have lot of option. They also have beach club. You just need to cross the road. Everything is easily accessed.

Resort with good facilities BUT very poor staff quality service. Staff definitely need more proper training or hire quality ones (front office and operator are both inefficient with poor english, room not properly cleaned). Better options with same price in area.

Do not book with Sakala Resort in Nusa Dua. They refused to refund our accommodation that was booked in May for a wedding that has now been canceled. With the travel restrictions for Australia how does a resort expect people to travel when you re physically unable to leave the county. We have been communicating with them since the beginning but they are still adamant that Bali is safe! Our flights has been fully refunded by Jetstar and even our other accomodation in Bali has done the same. Shame on you!

Very dissapointed with traveloka/hotel on this booking. in my booking it stated "all suite" but when i received my hotel voucher suddenly i got lower ground suite The room was located on the basement no sunlight coming into the room and all i can see is basement wall outside the room. the worst part - this room was never actually advertised and i never picked this room on my bookings. Definitely not recomending this hotel and might not comeback on using traveloka service.

Very nice hotel close to/on the beach. Flawless service with really nice, clean and spacious rooms. (Atleast the one we stayed in, double bedroom suite). One, very large, pool area in the middle of the main complex, and a infinity-esque pool at the beach complex with different areas suitable for all ages. Swim to poolbar. Kids club for all ages with amazing staff. A spa, of course.. Nice beach with lots of activities. Watersports, horse riding and so on. Breakfast was served in the main area and dinner was served in the smaller area at the beach. Breakfast was amazing, they have just about anything you can think of and, again, flawless service. Super delicious! That allso goes for dinner where you can eat a la carte, or sometimes get a real barbecue with local ingredients. They even had shows from time to time. Highly recommended.

I love this resort so much because of direct to the beach just for 200meter from my room. Also they have best service very comfortable for the family. They have a perfect swimming pool and a bar in the middle of the pool. Haha good at all!

We expected a 5 stars experience because we've been to 5 stars hotel and resorts before so we want the kids to have the same experiences, BUT we were disappointed for some small but quite important items. Nice interior, great bed quality (not complaining for this one, slept well). However, they dont provide hand towel (u need to request), they do have a bath tub but they provide the soap shampoo, soap, etc in the shower attached to the wall and it's like 1,5m to grab it from a bath. So we used cup and saucer to grab l those essentials to the bath tub because they dont provide them in small bottles around the bath. They dont have bath foam or soap bar which a little bit ridiculous when u provide a bath tub. We got this room in a basement please dont get this one unless you're okay with rooms without windows. Get a better one if u have more budget. It smells like damp towel. No air circulation cos the terrace roof covered with fiber on the top. Too bad my husband already booked and it cannot be refunded. Mini bar is upon request. Have an ironing board without an iron. Anyway, the swimming pool is nice, breakfast selection is great. Just the amenities in the room.
