Worst experience in my life travelling because of the manager's inconsiderate and without compassion attitude. My family made reservations with the hotel but on arrival they were turned down because they had a 2 year old baby at 11 pm in the night. False advertising as nothing in their website as they did not relate such information. Refused to give back their miles. They changed the information on the website the day after. Other than that the rest of the staff were welcoming, restaurants were delicious, facilities were great, suttle entertainment and wonderful beach

I must accept that I laughed a couple of times on how ridiculously wrong treat theirs customers, 90% of employees need an intensive course of manners, behave on public and treat customers, ridiculous bad service, never experienced something alike...

Came here for a wedding, which was super held on the beach a lovely way to get married. The rooms where very tired , not surprising when you see how full it usually is, so we had to get a room change. Not that much of an improvement but lets make do and make the best of things. Food was OK and changing some of the food daily there wasn't enough variety. Pools were nice but crowded. The entertainment was enjoyable. If you like alcohol and noise and like to party this is for you!

The room has a mildew and musty smell my air has constantly been on and the sheets are still damp feeling can't sleep just to sticky for me .DO NOT BE FOOLED the website may say all inclusive premium drinks but it's not they don't carry any American beer only local and it sucks. I will never stay here again wasted $2,700 so beware before you book. Please be aware that there's no refrigerator in any room you have to pay $10/day and you have to to the store and buy what you want they don't stock it. I can't even get Diet Coke I had to pay $1.50/can and stock my own this place is a rip off not all inclusive

Bar staff did not liven up until spring breakers arrived. No complementy waters in the room. Ice buckets in the room but you need to go to the buffet to fill them. Beach service should be available to all guests not just those who pay extra for cabanas.

Rooms somewhat outdated, however, the service is EXCELLENT, friendly and attentive staff, there is a variety of restaurants to choose from inside the hotel, apart from the piano bar and disco bar which were great. Recommended

Every time I stay at Breezes it's always an enjoyment. You can eat, relax, enjoy the beach and pool, as well as the fun areas with games. The weekends (Saturdays) are epic! They have entertainment. The rooms are okay, beds are comfy. I always enjoyed my stay there.

One of the oldest and most recognizable All Inclusive Resorts in The Bahamas. The property sits on a structure that has a long history in the hospitality industry. The location on Cable Beach provides perfect access to a beautiful beach. Hence the watersports activities provided by the hotel is varied. Travelers looking for fun activities combined with a reasonable price should consider Breezes.

stayed at this resort this past week and I just have to point out one of the staff members named Douglas. He works in the lobby and helps guests with their luggage (im sure there is a name for this but I do not know what it is lol). My friends and I checked out of our room thursday morning and left our luggage in the lobby while we enjoyed our last moments on the beach. I came back to the lobby to see only my friends suitcases. Instantly in a panic I was running around the lobby crying because all of my belongings besides my bathing suit and coverup were in my suitcase. The employee douglas quickly assured me that he was going to find it and hopped in a van telling me to meet him at the airport. Hesitant I got in a separate shuttle in hopes that I would find him there with my suitcase. On our way to the airport we found Douglas on the side of the road with my suitcase in his hand waving us down. I do not know how he found it or what he had to do but he did and everything was still in it!!!! He honestly made my day and it was one of the most amazing things an employee has ever done for me. He really went out of his way to make sure that my bag got to me. He saved me and helped me get home with all of my belongings!! Definitely would recommend.

We stayed from January 17 through January 27, 2017.
,the first four days were OK. On the fifth day the entire feel of the resort changed as the Bahamas National Political Convention began and the hotel was hosting a very large group from the Progressive Libertarian Party (PLP). Once the PLP arrived the rest of our time at the hotel was very unenjoyable. The group was very loud and rowdy, pushy and just horrible to be around, in fact the entire last day of our vacation my girlfriend did not even want to leave the room because she was so sick of dealing with the people from the PLP in the common areas of the resort. The first night the PLP was there we had an incident at 2:30 AM when a large group of these persons congregated at the pool below our room which was on the eighth floor of the hotel and they were yelling and jumping in the pool so loudly that they awoke us, this went on for an hour without any intervention from anyone from hotel security or hotel management. We mentioned this to the hotel manager the next day and she thanked us for bringing it to her attention but stated that we were the only people who had mentioned it. Another night later in our stay we had another incident after midnight again involving people at the pool making noise and being disruptive. We called hotel security to complain and ask that someone tell those people that they were being disruptive to other guests. We watched three security guards walk around the perimeter of the pool area briefly but did not see them talk to anyone and they people in the pool continued to carry on for hours.
We also talked to other vacationers staying at breezes who were at Breezes before the PLP arrived and most all of them were very disgusted with the behavior of the PLP and the fact that the hotel did not care about the other people staying at the resort during this point. One evening we arrived at the buffet for dinner and there were two armed police officers at the buffet to keep the peace and calm. Overall the hotel management did a poor job of controlling these people and did not show any care towards the other customers.

The option for watersports: One of the main reasons we selected this resort was because it stated that they had windsurfing. We arrived on our first day and found that the watersports director had a windsurfing sail/rig set up and ready to go but they did not have the board. I asked them about the availability of windsurfers. They told me they had one windsurfer, but the board was being repaired and he had no idea when it would be ready. I told him I was there for the next 10 days and really would like to use the windsurfer. I spoke to the watersports manager every day and every day I was told the board was being repaired. This was incredibly frustrating because if you are a resort for one thing you should have more than one windsurfer, I have been to other resorts that always had multiple windsurfers at least 8 to 12 windsurfers, this was unbelievable. The other items available were kayaks and two hobiecats.

We stayed on the eighth floor which is the top floor of the resort. The main entertainment area and bar for the evening entertainment is located on the second floor with the piano bar being on the first floor. Every night the noise from the music and entertainment from the main bar was so loud that you could hear it in the rooms with the patio door shut and the television on until midnight, which made it hard for you to try to sleep if you had an early morning excursion planned for the next day. In addition, the Piano Bar was open until 2:00 Am and the people in the Piano bar would go outside to smoke and their conversations were so loud that they could be heard in our rooms again keeping us awake till the wee hours of the night.

Overall I will not return to this resort and was very disappointed in the services we received. I highly recommend any other location on the island. Our cab driver taking us back to the airport recommended the Comfort Suites near the Atlantis as a better option for our next visit.

Place was nice..Yes a bit dated but was fine. Foods were a great surprise and staff was friendly. For Canadian travelers...Double check your dates with American holidays as this is a 14+ hotel. They get 2 "March breaks" this age group totally wrecked our vacation as they were basically unattended and very ignorant.
The hotel is great..Just keep in mind you are not paying Sandals prices so you are not getting Sandals rooms. That being said..You can walk down the beach to Sandals..You know when you are close as even the sand turns into a softer sand..Lol. Crazy but true.
Be realistic and you will enjoy your stay. We hope to go back

Between the loud music until nearly 1am, the paper thin walls, the drunks at 2am in the hallway loudly complaining of pooled "white liquid" coming from underneath their room door, the same drunks literally trying to body slam into their room, the disturbing odor of the room, the electrical outlets hanging loose from the wall, the unpleasant food... why would you skip this place?

I love this hotel

I love this hotel
I come here every year and the staff are on point along with management and food. Layed back atmosphere and very nostalgic.

Bad holiday money thrown in this hotel no relaxing moment screams of employees and drunk Canadians "always" we stayed in this all inclusive hotel where the music is deafening. from 22 January to 3 February tour prices skyrocket
Loud music you can't speak the dining room has the A / C turned too low even when it's cool decent food no respect for sleepers.
Shouts and laughter for plans at any time.

One of the best vacations my husband and I have had. This place provides you with food and drinks all day all night. Their private restaurants are the best. No need to eat outside of resort. Their food is better than the touristy restaurants.

We stayed here for a week. You really get what you pay for, so if you're looking for cheap accommodation in the Bahamas you really shouldn't be complaining. It's one of the only affordable all-inclusive places left. Sure, the decor is outdated instead of "modern and fancy", but honestly who cares? If you came to spend all of your time at the resort instead of the beach then this might not be the place for you... The food is great, the staff are amazing, the beach is gorgeous, the hotel is clean. Our room was clean with fresh sheets and towels when we needed it clean. There are pools, 3 bars, fresh sheets and towels, private beach, 3 great meals per day + midnight snack (the buffet options vary from day to day and they have 3 restaurant dinner options as well). Everyone complaining seems to have a hard time understanding that they can't fulfill their instagram fantasy vacation on this budget since Bahamas is an expensive place. We had an amazing time here over the course of the week. We enjoyed the beach, the pool, the food, the drinks, the water activities, the downtown, and the nightly entertainment. Not sure what more could you want on this budget...

The place is amazing the staffs are very friendly and hard working. The food and the drinks were very tasty and plentiful. They have so much things to do. We even had entertainers from Trinidad where I live and there was a big fete that was awesome. The place is well kept and very clean. The beach is amazing. This resort is one of the best I have been too.

The place is horrible, a nightmare. We booked two nights and stayed there just for the experience of it . They still lure people to the place with an all-in-fee. You stand next to a teenager of 15 years with pickles in his face and he orders a vodka-orange. He can barely move. That's the people you will find there. The hotel and rooms are so badly maintained, it reminded me to my trip to East Berlin 30 years ago. My tipp: Stay away from that place and get cheap food somewhere else!

We arrived to the Resort on a Saturday afternoon for a week vacation /Birthday celebration. Arrival / Check-in went very easy with the room cleaned and ready.

The room - we had a Deluxe Ocean View room on the 7th floor. Room was dated and needed an overhaul. The outlet in the bathroom did not work even after resetting the GFI. The bathroom itself had a mildew smell and some possible mold in the shower itself. The hot water was plentiful and was a delight after a long day/night of drinking. The walls are thin and you can hear all the business going on in all the rooms around and above (if you know what I am saying). The hallways echo and you can hear everyone talking as they are moving through the hallway.

Beach - this was the best beach that I have been on in Nassau. They keep it up very well and kept very clean.

Pool - The water was very cold, this may be because the time of the year (February). The Jacuzzi was always full and it seemed as though there was stuff floating in the water. I did not go into this, due to me being skeptical.

Swim up Bar - this is no existent. The bar is there with the swim-up potion not accessible. The drinks were great and the staff very friendly at the bar.

Outdoor Pool Restaurant - great for quick snacks (burgers, hotdogs, Fritters, Crab....)

Restaurants - Our group experienced all the restaurants, the Italian and Japanese restaurants were our favorite. The Garden of Eden restaurant was good, but not worth the 3 hour wait that we had for a group of 6.

Buffet - This was the choice for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner. Quick and good food.

Our trip was very enjoyable. Would recommend this again for others. Downfall was that there was a tournament of Beach Soccer in town. These teams (although really nice) swarmed the buffet. You needed to be early to all the food services.
The Entertainment at night was good to be expected. Band was great the 1st 2 nights, but it was the same show through the week. They had a magician that was good, his act lasted 40 min and he was gone. The outdoor daily entertainment was non existent. The staff tried some things, but very poor setup. You had to beg them to bring out some of the bag toss or ladder golf. If you turn they lock these up and you cant check them out.
Music - HORRIABLE, there was none. The only time that music came on was when they had the Yoga instructor come to the stage (3 times a day). This was a buzz kill, boring and had no place to do this on the main stage during the middle of the day at the pool. The music was putting everyone to sleep for the 2 hour lunch session.

Once again, despite the issues noted, all places are not going to be great. We enjoyed ourselves and left very relaxed.

We always go after labor day when the prices and the crowds go down, but the friendliness of the staff is always top of the chart. the rooms are more than adequate although i would like a refrigerator, but, that is not a complaint. They are always clean, the maid service is great, the activities are fun, the staff sees to your well being, but the best is the food. Normally you would have to make a reservation to get a meal that you truly enjoyed. Their buffet was excellent every night, and the same for breakfast . lunch was simple but good. You can do as much or as little as you like. This was our third time there but not our last.

Ate in there onsite restaurant and got food poisoning from the fish I ate. The hotel had the security guard escort me to the hospital and stayed till I was released. I traveled with ny handicap brother who can't be unsupervised. When returned to the hotel stayed in bed due to the results of the test from ER hotel manager will not accommodate me either with amenities or a refund since I can't do anything but stay in bed I paid over $800 you be here and I am sick and in my handicapped brother can't do anything and we're stuck in the room. I spoke to the front desk they were rude last when I told him I received food poisoning and said there's still sending manager to the room and didn't even ask my room number. I do not recommend coming here if you want to have a nice vacation if something happens to you the hotel does not want to validate it they just take your money.

The people were amazing, but the facility was completely outdated and the food was bad. The rooms were clean just not worth the money for anyone. You must request a coffee pot and pay $10 a day for a mini fridge which is ignorant. Also no cups in the room at all and straw are non existent there. I would not recommend to anyone.
