The ambiance and food at the restaurants are excellent. The quality of customer service is above expectations and the location is a beautiful blend of old school architecture and modern amenities. Love the beach and pools.

Friendly staff, very professional, breathtaking hotel.

I visited the Breakers to be given a group tour and hear about the way that the hotel runs. We were served a wonderful breakfast. The service was incredible. We were then given a tour of what happens behind the scenes to make the hotel run so smoothly. We saw plenty of happy workers who enjoyed what they did and were dedicated to making sure client's experience at the hotel was unmatched.

The architecture is very impressive. The grounds are beautiful and the ocean view is awesome! I would definitely recommend. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. This is a very nice resort for a weekend getaway.

Always a 5-star experience at The Breakers whether we are staying on vacation or going for lunch. Lots of wonderful places to relax- by the pool, interior couches, by the cafe/gardens or on the beach. We love The Breakers. So well maintained! What a piece of history here in Palm Beach.

Great place very historic with unbelievable food and amenities. This is a place to go check out if you've never been. The place is a little bit expensive but totally worth it if you have a few extra dollars that you can spend. I would suggest going there for lunch getting something small to eat and walking around and taking a look at the whole place. parking is free when you gey there and it's a valet parking.

Staff are very rude, rooms are small, beds are uncomfortable, and there are ants all over the bathroom. This is day 1. Never again

Stayed at the breakers for 3 days,
property is very impressive however this is not a true five star property , room was the size of a large closet , yes room was very clean , nice linen, Bathroom didn't even have a bathtub, towels were small and no slippers, for $500-600 a night this is unacceptable, no coffee maker in room , no alarm clock or iPod docking station ,they claim to be eco friendly place , they change linens only every 3 days, no sleeping late in his hotel as you hear everything in the hallway from room service knocking on everyone's door at 8 am , hotel is very cheap on the amenities, no bottled water only a sink filter in every room ,
poll area was very nice but you have to get there early to grab a spot , service was excellent at the pool area , eager to get you drinks , beach area is small only 1 access point from property to utilize beach ,
all in all magnificent property but way overrated , front desk is very polite but they will always say no first , if you ask for a late checkout they will say were really sorry but we have a group coming in , you can store it in our storage , you must vacate your room at 12pm ,
This is not a FOUR SEASON , or Ritz , St Regis, ETC properties,

Breakfast at the Breakers feels more like Europe than Florida beaches.

Was here last month and had a good time!! Nice resort with good employees. Only issue was some lady that worked in the parking lot started yelling at us when we went to check out our car!!

Just stopped in at the Seafood Bar for lunch. Service was amazing from the moment we pulled up in Valet until we left. Very clean. Beautiful grounds.

Old building, we are mold sensitive. We woke from our $699 per night room disorientated, bad headache, stuffy noses and throat problems. Classic mold symptoms. We don't drink alcohol. If your mold sensitive avoid this hotel. Room was small. Staff good, food was Florida.

When you want one of the best experiences in South Florida you must visit The Breakers Palm Beach. Excellent food, drinks and atmosphere. You never know who you might see.

5 star hotel all around. Stayed here for a wedding. Top notch service. Be prepared to drop $100 in room service for breakfast or any meal. You can walk into town if you want something more affordable. The spa and salon where I got my hair and make up done has a great package for $115. Highly reco!

Everyone here is very professional. Very welcoming awesome atmosphere beautifully decorated.

So sad to say the Breakers dropped the ball this year. In fact we were so upset we left after one night. For the past three years my husband and I would go to the Breakers to celebrate our wedding anniversary. The first two years the Breakers went above and beyond to make sure our anniversary trip was top notch. Upon arrival the front desk girl who was checking us in was not nice at all and actually rude. I had told her about my conversation with the reservations department and how I was promised to be upgraded to the Flagler club like they so graciously did the past two years. She said she was upgrading us to a partial room view... I said I don t care about the view, I don t like being told one thing and then getting something else. I was so upset, I spoke to a manager by the name of Francisco, who said he would have to listen to the phone conversation and get back to me. Fransico called me and said I am sorry the reservation agent didn t follow through I did hear the agent say if there were any problems she would call you back and she didn t. I asked how he going to rectify the situation? He said I m sorry there is nothing that can be done, I want to keep the Flagler level exclusive for exclusive guests only. Not only did I feel discriminated against but I couldn t believe this was happening. So I took the liberty of writing a heartfelt letter to the hotel manager Kirk Bell, and to my surprise I received an email back or an apology. In conclusion, my husband and I will not be returning anytime soon. We are disappointed and hurt that our favorite anniversary spot has now turned into our least favorite place with bad memories. We will never recommend this hotel to anyone ever again. Bye bye Breakers

We like the luxury of their Buffet, We were their with family About 20 of us best omelets.and pastry [ NOT FOR DIABETICS OR DIETERS] Too much good food and drinks

Excellent service. Absolutely beautiful. High end resort, expensive but for a special occasion it is ideal.

This is the quintessential Palm Beach hotel. Old world charm meets modern day luxury and amenities. One of the best places in South Florida to host a special event, party or just go to relax. Beautiful inside and out. And, excellent service.

Service was second to none and the rooms are luxurious and comfortable. Couldnt ask for more.

Lunch for 3 was $450, but it was an experience we will never forget and it was a buffet unlike anything I have ever seen in my life including a cruise

Excellent hotel, I recommend it!
Very beautiful, spacious rooms, comfortable bedding, sublime exteriors, exquisite breakfast in an idyllic setting.
The children's club very interesting but quite expensive all the same, there were not many children registered!

I stayed here last year and came back again this year for more relaxation. It's such a pretty hotel, you can take pictures anywhere. The staff is nice, even though I wished they were more easy going. Food is great and the beach is gorgeous.

I am writing from a very different perspective. The Breakers are very community minded and every employee spends time giving back to the community. I work for a local non-profit and over the years we have taken students for tours to spark career dreams. The entire staff has been exceptionally professional and welcoming. While touring, I feel that the staff is sincerely one big happy family. Thank you Breakers!

Attended a beautiful Gala. Venue is gorgeous, the server's at the event professional pleasant & accommodating, attentive which enhances the whole expirience. Valet where proficient curtious even under the pressure & high volume of visitor.

What a magnificent place!! The architecture, it's a must see, such a piece of South Florida's history!

this is the second time, I stay in this hotel. I was very disappointed.
Our room had an odor- There was food leftover from the previous guest in the refrigerator. (milk-salad) I requested @ my arrival fruit platter and Moscato to surprise my husband, but it was not there. The place is beautiful. they took almost 2 hrs to removed the smelly food.

Amazing architecture, completly unexpected in palm Beach. Parking is $30+ but can be validated if you go to a restaurant.

Front desk staff are exceptional, as well as most resort staff. However, when you leave your room, make sure you lock up all of your prescription medications in the room safe, as well as any other small items that may "walk away" on their own.

this is a fantastic place to go especially if you are a fan of people watching. Everywhere from the high echelons of society down to your basic traveler that is looking for an extravagant day. This is a well-dressed location, if you dress down, you will feel a but out of place. Enjoy a brunch at The Circle and enjoy as much as you can as it is pricey!

Ahh, the sea waves churn indefinately,,; splashing, churning, thrashing squashing the palmdale of the sea.

The venue was beautiful! Service was excellent. Great place to have a fundraiser!
