Ya this is close to heaven. Service supreme, great food and amenities. Loved the room. Right on the beach.

If you want to see where the .01% sleep, dine and shop, spend the $30 valet fee and go have a $9 draft and some oysters at $5/each. It's the same ocean view as anywhere else but lots more$$$$ to see it. Greens Pharmacy is better.

We visited for The Circle brunch. Definitely a worthwhile experience with delicious food in a gorgeous room. The never ending mimosas/bloody marys makes it that much better, and the staff and servers never made us feel rushed at all, even continuing to refill drinks and encourage us to linger after we'd paid the check.

If you looking for a exceptional hotel experience, you have to go there! It is not only a beautiful building with a spectacular view of the sea or beautiful and comfy rooms, It's a place where you'll feel in paradise.

No doubt one of the the most luxurious + finest world class service and hospitality an establishment has to offer. Truely was amazed by the open space, breath taking views of tge Atlantic and the fine details of the numerous Italian Reniassance based architecture throughout the hotel. Elegance, opulence, location, front row seat ocean views and world class service can definitely influence the skyhigh prices per stateroom but it was definitley worth every dollar.

My husband and I love it here and had a wonderful time during our visit. The hotel room and property was 5 stars. Everything on site was amazing . Great view from our room.

Is so good breakers,I went and is amazing,good breakfast,good rooms ,good pools,they have arcade and fun for children's,I love this place

Phenomenal customer service beyond expectation. Bring your own liquor to save. Room service food quality was questionable. In-room TV remote controls are awful. Ample USB charging ports throughout the rooms. Inadequate mailroom service. Valet only.

The rooms are so small - much better places in Palm Beach to stay. This place is old and outdated, management does nothing to accommodate you. Going back to Four Seasons or EAU.

Nice place to stay for dinner vacation wedding and reception partying

If you have never been, please go. They have a seafood bar that is actuallly an aquarium. The atlantic ocean breaks just feet from you. It is very pricey, and for good reason. You wont find a place like this anywhere else.

Expansive and iconic landmark resort with many shopping and dining options. The Circle bar is my favorite. The Seafood Bar despite having a nice floor-level view of the ocean is over-priced and under-quality.

Rude, very over rated and over priced. Will never return. The hotel is beautiful but needs a LOT of work. Bug problems, plumbing problems, broken promises. Failure to deliver at a 4 or 5 star level on anything. Disappointed

You get what you pay for and here its amazing luxury in a historic hotel. Erosion has been a long term problem so don't expect a natural beach with the massive bulkhead and breakwaters behind the hotel.

Fantastic higher end resort setting. View onto the Atlantic is spectacular. Hotel and associated grounds are worth a trip just to see and enjoy. Excellent amenities abound.

Great service, staff is pretty friendly and professional. We had company meetings and they also had all set up and working good for presentations, speakers, breakfast, lunch, snacks, and dinner. Recommended.

Really cool hotel. Didn t stay here just stopped in for a meal. The Italian restaurant in here was not so good. I liked the bread but that s it. Was expensive as well, but this hotel is beautiful, I d like to stay a night here and try out another restaurant.

This place is not cheap, but it is lovely, has great beach access and the hotel is the oldest on Palm Beach! Worth it.

Beautiful and elegant great service wonderful view of Ocean what can be better

A child vomited on the floor in the middle of the restaurant bar area. The staff didn't clean it up or acknowledge it. They even tried to seat people at the table before the vomit was cleaned up! For the prices they charge for a drink or an oyster, I would like to dine vomit free. Also the clown fish didn't have anemone in the fish tank/bar. I have a degree, and you don't put clown fish on display without their proper anemone. Their drinks and food were good though.

Always stay here when my son competes in Wellington, this place deserves 10 stars! Nothing like a good pool relax and spa after a day of horse riding.

This is a beautiful 5 star hotel in downtown Palm Beach! March 2019.

Beautiful resort, inadequate management.Staff not able to handle seasonal influx of people. We have had frequent and various problems with services at the hotel including having to make multiple requests to de-feather room; not having room cleaned until very late in the day, concierge failure to obtain and confirm, in a timely manner, reservations at selected outside restaurants, and inability to provide early check-in despite representations that "every effort" is made to do so. In fact, when our room was not ready at the guaranteed check in time, a resort credit was offered which hardly makes up for the multiple hours of waiting in the lobby for a supposedly guaranteed check in time. Lastly, conversations with management, R Higley, were professional but customer unfriendly and quickly devolve to the hotel's "contractual" obligations. A pleasant customer experience is completely lost in these conversations.

Wonderful ambiance and feel, many things to do and a very interseting history, would DEFINENTLY go again, when I have money
