Beginners surfers can fully experience this beach ... if the wind is cheap you just need to jump into the water and catch some waves and off you go. The water is not so warm, I was always there in the fall.

I fell in love with this place the moment I stepped in. Between the architecture, relaxing pool, aquatic bar, tasty restaurants and beautiful views from our room I didn t want to leave three days after. We had an amazing time! Highly recommend and the staff is great as well.
We went here for some sushi and drinks. The sushi was great and so were the drinks! The Breakers is a beautiful historic place and a staple of Palm Beach. The architecture inside and outside the building is very pretty. The hotel can be pricey, but it is worth it for special occasions.
My wife and I stayed at The Breakers last weekend for our one year wedding anniversary and without a doubt it was one of the most memorable trips we have ever had. Everything about this resort is 5 star from the rooms, food, amenities and anything else you can think of. From the moment we walked into the resort to the moment we left, anything we needed was always taken care of and the staff and service was always ready to help with anything. The pools are amazing and the beach is just as beautiful. I played a round of golf at the Ocean Course and it was by far the nicest course I have played on, immaculate. I really can t say enough great things about The Breakers and we can t wait to visit again! Thank you for making our first wedding anniversary one we will always remember!
Be prepared to spend money. Two shrimp coctail 's ,3 drinks, with gratuity and valet parking was $186.00. Excellent food with elegant surrounding makes it worth a trip.
The best and amazing place in town! My uncle is a member and I usually visit the restaurants. But what I really would like to do in this vacation is having some tea up there.
Hotel rooms are fair at best. We paid for a suite and we paid a lot of money for it every single night. It was on the top two floors of the hotel with a special eating amenities and privacy room in which the food they offered was fair at best. If you re looking for a great resort in my opinion this is not the place. The staff is very well trained they re very courteous in the hotel. Up by the pools they didn t have enough cocktail waitresses and we did find one outdoor bar and restaurant they had pretty good drinks and really good food. We actually went off property to have a decent meal. They really talk up the resort like they are the best but honestly it s an old resort very beautiful inside but the rooms are small our bed was saggy on both sides and as hard as the floor to sleep on. Everything you eat and drink there is 100% higher than many other good resorts that I can name. Plus they build and 20% tip on every purchase of food and drinks. My girlfriend and I ve been to very nice resorts over the years m, all five star places and this particular resort is definitely at the bottom of our list. Also the beach is not a soft sandy beach it s a rough sandy beach and there was tons of seaweed that came in every day during our stay. But as they say to each their own
If you're visiting Palm Beach, you either stay at The Breakers, it visit and shop there. Henry Flagler's legacy lives on in the rooms, restaurants and shops. Read up on the history and stay/visit. This IS Palm Beach.
Superb Hotel. Although old, it has reasonable service. And for its architecture, the excellent rooms, pool area and Kids! Despite having a hefty price tag, between the months of June to August, the hotel has reduced by over 50% in the value of their daily. Who want to have an unforgettable experience at a hotel in Florida, The Breakers is the right place! The unique children's pool and children's menu are great! ****
When we are in Palm Beach, always we visited the hotel for a coffee or afternoon snack. Besides being beautiful landscape, the hotel offers a choice of shops and super cool restaurants. Be sure to check the shop that sells cards and homeware, one more thing different than the other. Access to the beach and the pools is restricted to guests and the hotel mebros. A good tip is the burger SeaFood bar with its delicosas potatoes. For those who like the crab burger is a great choice.
Can't say enough about this place! My wife and I got engaged and honeymooned here. Top notch service in all areas from valet to front desk, restaurants and gift shops to room service and beach club.
The instructions "describe your experience" really does defy me. While wowed by the beautiful property - the ocean - the facility, we were just devastated by the rude and haughty treatment of staff. So disappointing, so sad, and so out of place. Words are failing me. In the future I will spend my thousands somewhere that appreciates me. To be treated so rudely - I don't deserve and I will never give them another opportunity. Do yourself the same favor.
PERFECTION, EXCELLENCE, BEAUTY totally MAGICAL. If TEN STAR'S would be available it still wouldn't be ENOUGH!!! PLUS and EXTRA BIG THANKS to all the STAFF for making our stay so EASY never before staying with my to elder parents with WHEELCHAIRS have I had such great service and all round just EASY time with them at every turn. I honestly was amazed how at ever turn staff was there willing to help. Believe it or not people don't mean to be off with the elderly/wheelchairs but they are. Breakers staff did not miss a beat they were actually ahead of everything. It meant the world to me. So THANKS and EXTRA KUDOS to the remarkable STAFF for there attention to the needs of the elderly/wheelchair guest and all the HELP.
The location of the hotel is very advantageous being just outside the small, charming city of West Palm Beach. The appearance of the hotel itself is spectacular with its old, charming, majestic architecture and prestigious yet relaxing vibes. Everything inside is just as beautiful, and the staff is always helpful, kind, and courteous.
Fantastic resort but a bit stuffy. The gym and pool area are unbelievable. The food and drinks are fine but egregiously expensive though that's kind of the theme here. Exquisite hard product though and great service.
Exceptional service in an elegant setting. There is self- parking available for those who perfer to park their vechicle. Outside professional photographers are not allowed and this rule is strictly enforced. We dined at the seafood restaurant and their food was very good.
Just stopped in for a lunch bite. The aquarium bar top, friendly staff, super nice patrons, and superior service to ensure we were satisfied all topped off with a beautiful view of the ocean. I m sure it s nice at night but I d rather be there during a nice sunny afternoon.
I ve been visiting this hotel for the past 20 years and always is a pleasure. Immaculate! A must see if you visit South Flo. Best brunch and elegant restaurant in the area.
