Disappointing experience. 😕 The service was slow, and our room wasn't as clean as expected. Facilities felt outdated, and I encountered several issues that were not addressed promptly. Overall, not the luxurious getaway I hoped for. Wouldn’t recommend.

The Breakers i can tell is wow ,amazing, a lot future day and day ,i m in love breakers.

Went to two big affairs there and both were terrible. The food was terrible and the service was also extremely bad. This place supposedly has a good reputation but it appears that things are changing. I suggest they evaluate their service and change their ways.

Neo-baroque architecture full ocean view and a concentration of aesthetic surgery at the single m2 .......

*** TOP NOTCH HAPPY HOUR & SOCIAL SETTING *** My colleagues brought me here after my birthday dinner at the Meat Market. Apparently, this is one of the most happening spots to hang out at for happy hour and after dinner. It was my first time at the Breakers Palm Beach and I was impressed by the sophisticated ambiance and the large social setting. The cocktails were amazing and the desserts were absolutely the best! They also have complimentary valet. I will definitely return sometime soon. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. 5 stars!

The ambiance is unsurpassed, but the dishes had too much cheese or salt, to compensate for being overpriced?

The facility and grounds are wonderful and very beautiful. Superior customer service from the front desk to the valet to room service. The food is delicious, the views are beautiful, the rooms are comfortable and always clean, luxurious wines and little surprises abound. Visit the Seafood Bar! The food is excellent and the bar is lovely (fishtank tabletop). Pools are everywhere and the fitness center is like a mini Lifetime Fitness. I've never been to Palm Beach before but now I will certainly be back soon.

One of the most comfortable hotel of this area. Views from the hotel is mind blowing. Rooms we're fantastic. Good staff members. A day well spent. I would like to visit again.

Had a lovely lunch with friends. The staff was courteous, kind and very patient as we decided what to have. And the food was fantastic!!!

Its unfortunate but I must say the hotel has really bad service. The staff is just missing the mark. I have been a guest many times over the past 15 years. Wish it would return to its former 'luster'. Not sure if I will return . Maybe things will get better .

Great location. Room was brilliant and clean. The owners made us feel special and welcome. Can't praise this place enough and I've stayed in a lot of places around the country. Value for money and good times guaranteed. The Breakers is Newquay's finest.

My husband and I have been going for the last seven years. The rooms are beautiful and restaurants amazing. Best of all is the wonderful pools and beach access. The renovated spa and gym are great. I almost forgot to mention the golfing....love the courses. !

The most luxurious and classic hotel in West Palm Beach. You can visit without the need to stay for $ 30- or its equivalent in consumption within the Hotel.

Rented a bungalow for a day. Beautiful beach and pools. Great atmosphere.

Went to the HMF Lounge for our anniversary. They have a wonderful selection of Tapas or small plates. We shared several kinds while sitting at the bar which was very comfortable as the place was very busy and there was nowhere else to sit. It was a wonderful atmosphere and we enjoyed ourselves very much. I would suggest it to anyone who wants to have a very nice evening out for a special occasion.

Not really my kind of place. But go to see it.. because it's something unbelievable.

I was working, I'm a photographer from a Brazilian music group, I'm always with them at the show, I take pictures of the dancers, A TERRIBLE DAY, THE PERSON who had direct contact with the owner of the group, I try to get out of the show, COGENDING THE NECK AND PUSHING ME, SAYING, that because my photos were not professional, ... I LEAVE WITHOUT WORDS, ME I APPROACHED AND I SAID THAT I WORKED WITH THE DREAM OF THE GROUP. I APPROACH THE OWNER I SAID Q WILL NOT TAKE MORE PHOTOS .. THAT PEOPLE OF SO LOW CULTURE AND EDUCATION ... LACK OF RESPECT ... THE POINT IS ..... WITH EDUCATION EVERYTHING IS MORE EASY.

A superb hotel with an excellent staff. The property is absolutely gorgeous and maintained to the highest standards.

This place really lives up to the hype for brunch. It is around 150 per person all in. The food selection and quality coupled with outstanding service make this place worthy of a bucket list. The main room and view are spectacular. Take someone special here, truly memorable experience.

From steps of service to decor to atmosphere to food and beverage...This is a preeminent resort property. From the second that you pull up and are met at the gate and then directed to the front door where valets and bellhops abound...staff members balance the lobby to greet you, offer you a bottle of water and answer any question that may have popped up. The sheer opulence and detail work is extraordinary. From couples to families, The Breakers can accommodate everyone! Personally, I have no idea why it has anything less than four stars. Maybe you didn't like a door knob here or there or you stubbed your toe on the bed? This place is paradise.

I had brunch in the dining area. The setting was amazing and the food was incredible. Perfect family outing. There was even a harp player playing classical and modern songs. Service was unmatched.

We had brunch for the second time and without a doubt the best buffet I have ever had. While it doesn't have the amount of choices as other buffets it the quality of the food is absolutely incredible, lobster, stone crab, caviar, prime rib (amazing) and absolutely delicious desserts. And of course service is impeccable. The property itself is worth a walk around, stunning views of the ocean and a great park for the kiddies.

A wonderful hotel to visit. Ambiance and service were outstanding. I highly recommend going there if you have an opportunity.

AMAZING dinner. Very high priced, but well worth it!

Took my wife here for afternoon tea around Christmas. We were the first sitting of afternoon tea of the season. I asked for the holiday tea which I was told they were out. WOW!!! Frist sitting and your already out of Holiday Tea!!??? Really?? The tea sucked was worst we have ever had. Tasted like coffee. They were using coffee French presses to brew the tea in!! Over priced and totally unacceptable ! I'll never go back

Seafood Bar is great scenic spot for lunch. A little too loud is my only complaint...Service excellent, food excellent. Love the whole place!

My absolute favorite high end brunch in one of the most beautiful hotels in the world. Ocean backdrop, top notch staff, more food then you can imagine and not your normal eggs and bacon. I am talking caviar and crab claws, sushi, lamb chops..... 5 massive stations filled with brunch delicacy. Harpist playing while I sip my mimosas and down my caviar and all while gazing into the teal ocean waters......i am in heaven !

We come here each year for a fun, luxurious lunch. Everything about this place is grand, classic, and beautiful. The attention to detail is amazing, and makes it easy to imagine visiting there in the bustling, glamorous days of the early 1900s. I've never stayed here overnight, but I can only imagine it would be immaculate, service-oriented, and just perfect. Also, I'm oddly fascinated with the grassy areas. The grass is kept cut so, so low, is the perfect green, and so incredibly soft. I know, I'm weird, but it's this kind of detail that makes The Breakers the masterpiece that it is.

One cannot easily leave The Breakers, but alas, my bank account requires it.

Amazing service and amenities! Accommodations, meeting spaces, ballrooms, dining and nightlife are all 5-star! Can't wait to get back!

I don t know where to start to tell you about the wonders of The Breakers. The breathtaking beauty of the main lobby and all public areas has to be experienced, there is something delightful in every way possible. The rooms are luxurious, the ground are immaculate and welcoming. The staff is attentive and aim to please my every wish. The food is delicious, never just ok. It does come at a price, and it is worth every dollar. A destination that must be savored to appreciate. We have made this a tradition in our travels.

Friendly staff, amazing service, updated rooms, and family friendly. What else could you ask for?
