A nice place great colleagues and always worth a visit

I am of the opinion that colleague David Stolbergerstrasse should have a training session
I think there is a big deficit in terms of passionate customer orientation.

The management of Rewe Golsteinstrasse shines in the highest degree of rudeness and treats customers like inferior people. I CANNOT recommend any customer to buy from Rewe

Allegedly for environmental protection and sustainability but continue to sell brown coal briquettes at Toom. There is also a disposable cup.

Good company with nice employees and very good products.

Today I wanted in Rewe Roland Passage Offenbach empties vouchers, which I have collected for a week, some of friends I have paid out, low sums, worth about 23, - Euro, at the cash at 18.30 h to pay off ,
Unfortunately, it could not, because the young cashier refused to pay me the vouchers with the reason: Tomorrow morning, the manager is in operation and I should turn to him!
The vouchers were in the original submitted. The situation was very embarrassing for me and as an elderly lady a humiliation. The other customers behind me have started a lively discussion. Something I have never experienced in other grocery stores !!! The employee is out of place and harms the reputation of Rewe. I have been a loyal customer for 40 years. With much sympathy and satisfaction.
Because of 23 euros so much trouble and only embarrassment.
Really sad

Had bought packaged sausage at Penny. Here were Sharp-edged plastic parts. No reaction to my mails. Was one afraid of a product recall ?? Will the next time directly to the competent authority.

Extremely friendly and competent staff I am always happy to be there again. Very involved in all topics concerning environmental protection. 5/5 every time

Unheard-of price increases for NEED groceries at REWE!

In conversation with neighbors I was asked to end this recession here at REWE.
We are customers of REWE shops in Kiel-Schilksee and the neighboring municipality of Kiel-Friedrichsort, i.e. in the north of the city of Kiel.
Since the corona pandemic, the prices for everyday groceries have risen many times over in these two shops.
According to the Federal Statistical Office, there is an increase for food by 26%!
And that in less than 2 months!
Otherwise there is no such increase even in the annual average!
It is also noticeable to us that there were no advertising inserts in the daily newspaper or in the twice-weekly EXPRESS in the past few months!
Only now and then there was an advertisement of half a page in the local Kieler Zeitung with expensive "offers".
The more expensive utilities are certainly cited as an argument on the part of the REWE concern, whereby the gasoline prices are currently lower than they have been for a long time.
The current lack of resources to ensure supplies and harvests in agriculture, for example, is also publicly discussed and permitted under certain conditions for "special permits" such as the flying in of harvest workers from Eastern European countries.
Much is currently being financed from taxpayers' money and other cost-saving measures, in particular the downsizing of many previously employed people and the automation and digitization that is often associated with this, in recent years.
We find it reprehensible that REWE is profiting from a time threatening everyone and demanding concessions from everyone through these excessive price increases for food and we wanted to make our anger about this heard!
More solidarity and reliable prices in the grocery trade are indicated here!

I can not understand this "less sugar" hype. It can also be offered in addition to something for the people who want less sugar. But does not force the people who do not want to do this because the original products are no longer available as before.

I do not know if only the north of Hamburg will be supplied with bad goods in my opinion. Rarely buy one here without throwing away a part before it has landed in the fridge. This annoys animal.

We are one of the people who likes to pay more for quality. If I want garbage I go to the bin. Otherwise, I like to buy everything else here. Skilled workers seem to be too expensive because they are strangely always quickly gone again.

Mails are ignored. Criticism of markets senseless - nothing changes. The market in Nuremberg, Gebersdorferstr. is an imposition. Delivery device may be nice. But when those shelves are cleared that are only filled up late, this is not customer-friendly. The fruit and vegetable department is unreasonable on Mondays - old rotten things from the weekend stay in there !!!!

A star is still too much for Rewe.

I have regularly bought from Rewe the meatballs of Yes (by Fleisch Krone delicatessen) and have paid expensive money for Listeria contaminated goods. Apart from the health risks, my confidence in the yes private label is over.
Shame on you!!!!!!! What are you for merchants? What are you for people?

Good selection, nice helpful staff and a fair price. Not as cheap as Aldi or Lidl, but still close enough and of higher quality. The sorting is a bit confusing at times, but you can still find everything.

I give a lot of brain to the employees of REWE, so that you no longer have to ask me the same question for a Payback card with every purchase!
And so long I will go shopping at Aldi, there are the prices cheaper and the staff annoying you not with the same question.
