Thank you for the response. Aha! I was a student at your flight center hence, I posted my experience here. I am not voicing my concerns I shared my experience and what is making you feel unusual?
I have been through the darkest times in my life and career after this experience in my life.

Your instructor J****h was highly unethical, who was not giving proper instructions and was not going with my pace and if I used to ask him anything, he used to answer me in a rude way. Yes, you re right I flew few hours because of the fact I never got a chance to reserve any aircraft and if I got any reservation that used to get cancelled.

I appealed extension from your administrator for my permit, she told she will contact me but, she did not contact me and I called her & she said you don't often fly therefore, cannot issue an extension and I was forced to leave from that country.
The consequences of leaving the country without getting for what I came for brought me more troubles when I applied for a tourist visa of US in that they ask details which countries the applicant has stayed & for what purpose, in an interview the officer asked me that you lived in Canada for pilot licensing and I said yes and officer asked me did you get your license? I said no & my tourist Visa was rejected.

I applied to pursue pilot licensing in another country and every country is asking detail about recent country visited and purpose, so I got rejected again. After these rejections, I decided to visit Canada as a tourist but, my tourist Visa of Canada was rejected with a very unusual remark in rejection letter. If you want will post that remark here.

This is the mark I got in my career and majority of the instructors and staff at your flying club are graduated or in-process students themselves and I believe they are not that trained in instructing customers with patience.
Please respect other's time and money. Time is valuable thing for everyone. Money can be restored in later stage but, time cannot be reversed or brought back.

Now, when I made it with my professional pilot career in some country after this large gap & compared my present situation with the past. I regret for my past's decision because I trusted someone's recommendation about this flying club and the profile which is created for me in an immigration point of view gave me rejections from many countries which affected my career and time. If you were in my place where, no one listens you then what would have you done?

Positive or negative review won t make any difference to you or anyone but the mark I got in my career gave me a great difference in my life where I suffered like hell and we are social beings & in society I became a joke because of your flight centre's management & flying which is difficult in your club. The meaning of my name is Akash meaning Sky and neighbor s kids in my society commented me Akash the Pilot guy has been grounded forever because of the flight center.

How much is the cost of pilot training for international students???

What an amazing experience. A Group of us did the introductory flight today. It was such an amazing time. Thank you BFC for giving us a taste of the pilot life! Some of us will be getting our training soon I m sure!

This airport is very good. The simulators that they have are very good and the seem realistic. The planes that they have are in great condition and they know what they are doing. The place is clean and the staff is really friendly. The flight shop is small, but it does have a lot to offer. The restaurant food smells great although I have never tried it.
Overall, if you are a pilot or want to be one or even if you like flying, this is the place to go.

Had a great lunch from a varied menu. Good weather it was busy in and airside too with many small planes taking off and landing.

Love hanging around here with my friends and enjoying the view.

I had very disaster experience with BFC, and i think just for my nationality the administration unit bother and suffer me so.
They really torment me for the acceptance refund fee , And still do not pay me a refund
incontestable .you will be more committed and more professional without racial discrimination to your customers.
but unfortunately i have just seen disloyalty , suffering, disrespectfully from BFC.

Great atmosphere, pleasent instructor, wonderful restaurant to be in while watching the planes take off or land.

I was an international student here enrolled for all the licenses but, due to many factors I could not complete my training.
I would like to name this center as Bermuda Flight Center because there is no transit here and it is hard for taxi cabs to come here & approximately 20 minutes they take to come.
I had a worst experience in winter after the lecture got over at 10 PM flight center got closed and I was asked to move out of the main gate and my cell phone switched off and I was in the middle of nowhere with no options left except to walk few miles.
In flight center I never saw any progress because of reservations, weather, availability of aircrafts and instructors.
You will end up wasting lots of money for taxi and other factors will reset your progress.
Management and flight training administrator are least bothered about international students they just keep blaming students for not flying. My training administrator's mistake forced me to leave Canada and now I am pursuing training in Gulf.

I highly recommend international students that think thrice before joining this Bermuda Triangle and this is my personal experience.

Flight center is charging 100% more for a UAV flight reviewer exam just because they can? Total cash grab!

This place is very close to Brampton Downtown. Probably a 20 min drive or so! It was a great experience to come and view those smaller planes taking off and landing! Children had an absolute blast. There are benches by the fence very close to the runway for close up viewing. Recommend visiting the museum too which right adjacent to the BFC. Didn t go there as it was closed but should be worth the visit with lots of planes standing there.

Very friendly staff. Nice restaurant. Had our first 20 minutes sightseeing flight with my 10 year old daughter. It was a wonderful experience. Instructor Neil was super nice. He made us feel very comfortable, explained many facts about the plane and it's operation, and answered all our queries. It looks beautiful from above. My daughter had a chance to steer the plane left and right, thanks to Neil, who made this experience wonderful.

So much fun to watch the planes land and take off. Quiet, peaceful and beautiful and it is free. Heard the restaurant is good to. Nice place and usually not busy. Can't believe so many small planes close to Brampton. Come fly away

The restaurant makes really decent food, loved watching take offs and landings. Pilot shop carries a good selection of flight sim gear.

We purchased gift certificate in January 2017 for $230 at a present to our friend 50th Birthday. It was his childhood dream to fly a plane and certificate entitled him to get 1-hour introductory lesson or sight seeing flight. He waited util May to make an appointment to FLIGHT. On the day of appointment he got a call from instructor that whether is getting worse, it's better to cancel an appointment. He made 5 more appointments and every time there were different reasons to cancel it. I am really disappointed, and promised myself do not buy gift certificates or make full advance payments for anything. Once you paid money, it's difficult to get promised service .

I don t think that you really care why I rated 1 star, but since your asking and some people might see this I will share my experience!
I have been calling for 6 month and asking you guys when I will be able to get access to the booking system! It has been 5-6 month that I am in the wait list for the access to booking system. You guys first told me it is gonna take 2-3 month but now is 6 month and each time that I called,you took my phone number to call me back but never did !
I called you guys for more than 20 times,in this 6 month ! I emailed Joe George and left him voice mail but I never heard sth back !

I at least should get a call back after leaving Joe 5 voice mails ! Or emailing you guys for many times!

I was planning to finish my PPL by end of the summer ,I took loan and planned on what you guys told me on the phone ! On January you told me it is gonna take 2-3 month ! But now is 6 month !!

I don t care how busy were you ! In these 6 month you never responded me ! You never respected me!

Nice airport. Lots of plane traffic to watch. Some nice planes. Restaurant is decent. And priced well. There's also a museum and a shop on site.

The reason for a five star is because I lost my gift card but they were able to look up the gift card number and get me an introductory flight. Great service and in the perfect place to see a great view of GTA. Highly recommend!

Went in today to have breakfast and book an introductory flight. The food was very good. The staff was friendly. I ll be going for the flight in about a week.

Do you have to pay upfront for flight training or can you pay as you fly?

I tried to obtain a preflight exam review for advanced drone certification. After over a month of waiting and no set date was announced for a rescheduled date due to bad weather and sickness. Ive asked for a refund and was told to call back one day later. I've now found out they are closing the department today and gave no other info. Ive sent multiple emails to Richard he has not emailed or contacted me with updated info or a refund.

I've made multiple attempts to reach out I'm now still without my refund for the service. Ive now wasted 2 months time waiting for a date and lost a couple hundred because they wont refund me.

I'll update this review if they refund or respond.

Great instructors and friendly enough staff, but they can be quite incompetent at times. There are times when I call to request a rental booking and I get told that there are no openings for that day. A few minutes later, I happened to check the online schedule and saw that there were several openings. I called again to have them check and then they booked me for my requested rental. I understand that there is a paper schedule of the flights for the day that is more current, but when someone makes a booking, the online schedule must be updated for everyone's convenience.
There were other instances where I had booked specific airplanes for various purposes which werent ready or I was never told were not available. I had only found out that I was unable to take them after my 1 hour drive to the location.

As I said, great and friendly people, but if not for a few issues such as these, I would have given it 5 stars

I went to get information about licenses conversion and the guys from front desk were so kindly, I hope fly there!

The flight centre FAILS to recognize the absolute importance of maintaining necessary altitude when approaching residential properties.
Not maintaining necessary altitude creates a significant noise nuisance and the REFUSE to acknowledge the impact this has on the residents.

Regardless of the Brampton Flight Center "changing" its circuit height from 1700 to 1900 in February 2019, it seems that you have failed to inform ALL of your pilots of this change as they continue to fly at low altitudes above residential properties.

It's a thrilling experience to pilot an airplane. Brampton Flying Club provides a good facility for learning to fly with friendly staff and instructors. Lessons are available for both private pilots and commercial pilots.

I had introductory flight gifted to me at this place. I guess, I was so excited that mixed up dates, and came 1 week before booked date. I was suprized by customer service when they actually were able to help me anyway. Flight experience was wonderfull, instructor was nice and knowlegeble, overall A+ for the time spent. Thanks guys!

What a horrible time I had with my drone flight review at BFC. I wish I'd gone elsewhere. The reviewer M was condescending and rude. Did I really need to hear all about how much aviation experience he had? He insisted on going over every aspect of my written exam in an oral form before the practical portion. I already passed the advanced written exam. Why did M insist he needed me to prove I had that knowledge in person? I had no difficulty performing the expected practical tasks but the reviewer said would do me a favour and let me pass even though he thought I had made some mistakes (didn't bring a fire extinguisher). I knew within minutes of starting the review I had chosen the wrong place and the wrong person. I emailed the company regarding my experience and received no response.

It was my first flight and it was great. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. My pilot made me feel safe and let me control the plane while in the air. Although my first plane was covered with frost and wasn't ready for a flight, causing the delay and more waiting time, the overall experience was amazing! Definately I'll do that again.

Currently a student pilot, and soon to be fully licensed, I am loving every minute of it! The instructors and staff are amazing and personable. Always willing to assist and help where possible. I am glad I chose BFC as my flight school.
