I tried to obtain a preflight exam review for advanced drone certification. After over a month of waiting and no set date was announced for a rescheduled date due to bad weather and sickness. Ive asked for a refund and was told to call back one day later. I've now found out they are closing the department today and gave no other info. Ive sent multiple emails to Richard he has not emailed or contacted me with updated info or a refund.

I've made multiple attempts to reach out I'm now still without my refund for the service. Ive now wasted 2 months time waiting for a date and lost a couple hundred because they wont refund me.

I'll update this review if they refund or respond.
