We purchased gift certificate in January 2017 for $230 at a present to our friend 50th Birthday. It was his childhood dream to fly a plane and certificate entitled him to get 1-hour introductory lesson or sight seeing flight. He waited util May to make an appointment to FLIGHT. On the day of appointment he got a call from instructor that whether is getting worse, it's better to cancel an appointment. He made 5 more appointments and every time there were different reasons to cancel it. I am really disappointed, and promised myself do not buy gift certificates or make full advance payments for anything. Once you paid money, it's difficult to get promised service .
