Great instructors and friendly enough staff, but they can be quite incompetent at times. There are times when I call to request a rental booking and I get told that there are no openings for that day. A few minutes later, I happened to check the online schedule and saw that there were several openings. I called again to have them check and then they booked me for my requested rental. I understand that there is a paper schedule of the flights for the day that is more current, but when someone makes a booking, the online schedule must be updated for everyone's convenience.
There were other instances where I had booked specific airplanes for various purposes which werent ready or I was never told were not available. I had only found out that I was unable to take them after my 1 hour drive to the location.

As I said, great and friendly people, but if not for a few issues such as these, I would have given it 5 stars
