I don t think that you really care why I rated 1 star, but since your asking and some people might see this I will share my experience!
I have been calling for 6 month and asking you guys when I will be able to get access to the booking system! It has been 5-6 month that I am in the wait list for the access to booking system. You guys first told me it is gonna take 2-3 month but now is 6 month and each time that I called,you took my phone number to call me back but never did !
I called you guys for more than 20 times,in this 6 month ! I emailed Joe George and left him voice mail but I never heard sth back !
Rather than being unprofessional,This is so rude !
I at least should get a call back after leaving Joe 5 voice mails ! Or emailing you guys for many times!

I was planning to finish my PPL by end of the summer ,I took loan and planned on what you guys told me on the phone ! On January you told me it is gonna take 2-3 month ! But now is 6 month !!

I don t care how busy were you ! In these 6 month you never responded me ! You never respected me!
