have been travelling thru BigBreak for over 3 yrs now and will continue to do so God willing. Have visited Phuket, Krabi,Prague, Budapest, Vienna, Istanbul and Greece thru them. good experience so far.....they admit to their mistakes and then they take complete responsibility for cancellations and rebooking . their packages are quite reasonably priced as far as i am aware. they do not adjust or manipulate costing as per market demands like some other famous tour operators. they are happy to make adjustments and changes in tour itinerary as per our choice. Priti kejriwal handled our latest Greece booking and did a commendable job and i must also mention Aditya who is at the helm and is a very mature, sensible and capable person. Kudos guys!!

charges levied are not done in a transparent manner. You are like any other website and suck

I have traveled on Leh package from 15/5 to 20/5 . The arrangements were good. The guy wlth whom (Mr. Suresh Rawat) I have been interacting for the tour was very helpful and was able to clear all my doubts/queries.

Customer care very poor. Nobody picks up phone for hrs. SonetSome recorded voice comes and asks us to record our message or concern with the promise that somebody from BigBreaks will call back. It doesn't happen. Discount codes do not work properly...e.g. BBSBI10 ABD BBAXIS10

It was overall a wonderful and hassle-free experience. I would especially like to thank Vidushi Jain (Assistant Manager) who was constantly co-ordinating with us to make sure we get the best deal. She offered us a wonderful package which utilized every bit of our time that too at a decent price. Looking forward to plan our upcoming trips with BigBreaks. Cheers!

Big Breaks organized a lovely trip to Leh. Everything was well planned. Special mention to Suresh Rawat, who prepared a great itinerary for us and helped get us tickets done. It was an amazing experience. Kudos to Big Breaks!

1) I loved the country - Singapore, there was so much of movement. Sentosa, universal studios, gardens by the bay, night safari.. evrything was awesome. 2) The entire travel was very well organised. We didnt wait or had no issues. On time pickup and drop 3) Hotel Boss was centrally located giving you a view of singapore from window. Just the room was small but we hardly stayed inside. Only thing- the breakfast could have been better of the hotel as there were less options to eat specially for indians. On a whole it was a wonderful trip and very well organised.

Hi Everyone. We visited Greece in 1st week of October. All our arrangements were made by Big Breaks. Excellent tour selection in each of the locations complete with local transfers. Excellent support provided by their local tie-up in Greece, all of them were very well informed and supportive. They even provided us a lot of choices with hotel and excellent visa assistance. Response time is very quick. Thank you guys more making it a very special trip. Special thanks to Dheeraj ji for coordinating the entire tour. We had a great time.

I had to fill details thrice as for some reason the booking was not getting complete at the final transaction level. may be the payment gateway had issue but because bigbreaks was not retaining my information i had to refill everytime. Atleast for incomplete booking it should retain details. Plus my money got deducted from my wallet even when the payment gateway didn't complete my transaction

Thank God i have not booked with these Guys. their executive Dheeraj is so unprofessional and quoted me very higher package & even without sharing the final itenary and cost he insisted us to share the passport copies and already shared to hotel team. When i told him to cancel my booking as i was getting reasonable deal for the same hotel he offered me the deal on same amount now. They are the real thugs. An excellent trip. The selection of the hotels,location and facility wise was excellent.We were in the heart of the town and therefore could make very good use of the time at our disposal.Must say that entire programme, from ticketing, visa, pickup from the airport,the guided tour,the selection of guides and their ability to communicate in english left absolutely nothing to be desired.All in all it was a memorable trip. These guys have done Fraudulent charges of 1.5 Lakh INR for using their service and upon showing them the proof, offered to refund only 50k INR and stopped responding to us. Strongly recommend NOT to use this service!

I had a fantabulous experience on holiday with these guys! They have a professional network of tour operators and had arranged all transfers and stays seamlessly. Mrs. Sapna handled my holiday which was a honeymoon and she coordinated very well with even last moment improvisation. We enjoyed each day of it. Highly unprofessional team with almost null experience, one of my friend unfortunately booked a package with them and return with having tears on his eye. Seems that he booked the package to check how to get yourself in trouble I would better prefer to rome in karol bagh Gaffar rather booking a foreign trip with BigBreaks.

Very unprofessional people. Unacceptable behaviour these people don't know how to manage things. I'll suggest not to book from these guys otherwise you'll not be able to enjoy your trips. Much higher prices, didn't deliver what they said.. They will literally put "BREAK ON YOUR HAPPINESS".

Excellent Site... I booked the ticket at smart price and the ticket also shown up in airlines...The ticket booking site is also amazing to review the order before payment... One suggestion is when we enter the card details in top the ticket details should shown to avoid confusion

I went to Europe for a ten days trip, customized by Bigbreaks to four countries Italy, Switzerland, France and Netherlands, had very good experience with Bigbreaks. Vidushi was coordinating our tour starting from planning of itinerary to last day of the trip, where we wanted to change the pick up time from hotel to Amsterdam airport. She has been very cooperative and replied with positive approach even we have changed the plan 3/4 time before confirming. She and her team resolved all our queries as prompt response. Congested to drive in your own vehicle. Advisable to take a metro to Kailash Colony which is just 500 mtrs away by a walking path..
