The Big Break Review

It was truly an amazing experience and wonderful trip . My family trip to Goa was very well organised ..and in the meantime I booked with them my trip to Siem Reap ( Combodia ) with friends.
Over all Cost effective ,great team work and execution (Flawless )and will definately, look forward for next year plan. Special thanks to Mr Suresh Rawat and Ms Shalu.

Big Breaks are Cheaters initially BB showed low price when I completed
and clicked finally BB jacked up the price which is v v unfair

The service and followups were amazing before,after and during the trip

I think booking process should be more simplified.

1- Why need to input Company Address, Phone No. E-Mail ID in GST section. No other portal is asking for these details.

2- Why need to input Passport Number, Expiry Date, DOB of traveler. No other portal is asking for these details.

Plz. simplify the process to make it faster.

Best service and accommodations. Excellent views and amazing snorkeling. This is a can't miss vacation. They were accommodating of our international mixed group. They gave us lots of options to make our trip work. We also had constant support from our travel agent Mr. Dheeraj Sharma. That made our whole trip smooth and relaxing.

Date of birth field was missing. I did not know what i was entering and realised that it is the DOB field on the confirmation page.

BigBreaks did a good job for my trip to Gangtok, Kalimpong & Darjeeling. All hotels were good and transport arrangements were excellent. Mr. Suresh Rawat, who had helped me in planning and bookings from day one,did a great job in making the trip a memorable experience. He deserves a big HURRAY for all that he did.
Mr.Akhilesh, who is based at Siliguri, also deserves a big HURRAY as there was not a day when he did not call two or three times to enquire about progress of the trip to ensure that we had no problems.
Good experience with Big Breaks. Looking forward to another chance to avail their services.

Poor. A 275 Rs convenience fee was charged per person and discount offered was not even 5% as compared to what was promised to be 10%. Worst service.

We took a package from Big Breaks for Chennai, Pondicherry and Tirupati for 5N/6D. It was very good. I have been travelling since last so many years and have taken packages from D. Paul, Makemytrip and Yatra but this was the best package. My sincere best wishes for Ms. Monica Singh who had arranged all the details and used to get in touch with me for any problems during the trip. I sincere thanks Ms. Monica Singh and Big Breaks for a wonderful trip.

Me and my wife would like to Thank Dheeraj @ Big Breaks. He was really supportive. He supported us in planning our South Africa. It was very well planned. All booking were done accurately. We had bothered Dheeraj all the time for information, booking, changes, information about guide etc. He was always courteous and never no say attitude.. Great service. 10 star for service of Dheeraj !!!!

It was an amazing trip organised by Big Break... from transfer to hotel stay and sight seeing was very nice and we'll coordinated. Every thing was transparent and they have well attended any clarificationspecial I had. Whatever mentioned in the package provided. Hotel stay was very comfortable.. Good economic package with load of fun..

Visited Singapore in the last week of Jun 17. Our trip to the country was planned to absolute perfection by Team Big Breaks. Thanks for giving us a memorable holiday.We enjoyed staying at Taj Bentota, hotel. The staff was very courtiers and took good care of our needs. The Grand hotel was also very beautiful located in between lush green mountains.
All the bookings were done well in advance by shalu ma'am and we absolutely had no problem in check in at different hotel. The car provided to us was also comfortable and the driver too took good care of all our needs. The tour went smoothly as per the itenary.

Thanks Big Breaks for providing us a wonderful holiday. We trust you and definately would like to plan our future holidays through you.

Have only ever booked flights on this portal. Clear interface and unhampered booking experience. Feels like a small, tight portal run with care, and most often offers better prices than other bigwigs.

Well made App and honest to the core process of booking vs lots of others. Keep it up and we will keep coming back.

Your multi-city booking page does not work. The flight listings are mixed up, and book button is not displayed.

Website shows ticket booked but then PNR Status is showing on hold. Also airline website shows that ticket is just reserved and not booked. Ticket payment is pending. Your customer care does not work on sundays. how does a customer work with you??

we really had a great time .Package was planned as per our requirement .Great services.

One of the worst experience. The Payment Gateway has not been working for more than 12 hours. The customer care representatives do not understand the value of a customer and are very laid back. The only reason i was booking from this website was that i was getting a good offer on HDFC Credit card. However, when i complained that the Payment Gateway is not working, they offered me to use Net Banking which fails the whole purpose of booking via this website.

Website has very good offers. User interface needs lot of work though. Issues: 1. They give you very less time to fill all passenger details, its very difficult to fill data within time they give. They keep on expiring session and then you need again fill all data
2. They do not give you option to add passenger details in user login
3. They do not allow you to copy paste dates increasing time taken
4. They do not store passenger information even if you check the box for it
5. They do not allow you to retry payment after failure and force you to start from flight search, selecting flight, AGAIN entering ALL passenger details you already gave

There was a standard chartered credit card offer and hence chose to book through this website, however the offer was not given to me.
