Customer care very poor. Nobody picks up phone for hrs. SonetSome recorded voice comes and asks us to record our message or concern with the promise that somebody from BigBreaks will call back. It doesn't happen.
Discount codes do not work properly...e.g. BBSBI10 ABD BBAXIS10
